Extremely disappointing experience. This feels more like a converted service apartment charging 5-star prices without offering 5-star service or amenities. The rooms lack even basic 5-star facilities, and the service is painfully slow. To make matters worse, the staff repeatedly calls and pesters you over minor checkout delays or visitors staying slightly beyond 9 PM, while taking their own sweet time with room service. At these prices, both the service and overall experience are simply not worth it.

Just the bathroom thing While taking shower the water comes outside of the shower glass door. And it gets messy. Also the toilet seat is too high. Babies cannot sit comfortably.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the mini kitchenette, which was well-equipped and very convenient for preparing light meals and snacks. The room size exceeded my expectations, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options available each morning. Overall, the hotel provided great comfort, cleanliness, and convenience.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with all the kitchen amenities available. The service was prompt and courteous

The walls are very thin you can hear your neighbours who were very loud and had parties all day during our stay

The balcony's door lock is not working . Mr. Mahaveer has fixed the problem at midnight, thanks to him.

The reception is on the top floor, which is not suitable for Citadines. The welcome attention is very poor.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it had ample space. Having a washer in the apartment was nice too.

No dryer in the apartment made it very inconvenient. There was one dryer on the top floor for the whole building. There was one pool was not open due to maintenance. There was no coffee maker in the rooms. No bar in the hotel.

The location is little away from everything. Malls and eateries. Evenings are boring if one wants to have some entertainment and engagement after work.

The bakery section which is included in the buffet was not good nothing was fresh there. And the same goes for the food as well ,quality was not that good.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The Reception team was exceptionally welcoming and helpful—thank you for the great hospitality. The restaurant food was delicious, and Dharvendra, our waiter, was so kind and supportive with our child. A special thanks to Naresh Kumar from housekeeping for keeping our room spotless and always greeting us with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel for a warm and comfortable stay!

It was awesome! Oinam, the receptionist, was so welcoming and helpful the whole time. Everyone was super nice and the service was great. Yeah, it's a bit outside the city, but taxis are easy, and you can get deliveries there.
