Bardzo trudno znaleźć. Pomimo otrzymanych wskazówek odnalezienie obiektu było bardzo skomplikowane. . Wskazany parking nie otwierał się, musieliśmy znaleź inny. Poszukiwanie wejścia do budynku i następnie mieszkania było bardzo trudne. Obiekt nie odpowiada zdjęciom zamieszczonym w ogłoszeniu. Jest bardzo zaniedbany. Czystość kuchni, łazienki, sypialni - przyzwoita. Jedynak podłoga pozostawia wiele do życzenia.

Voll ausgestattet, sogar kostenloser Tee, sauber und eine Dachterasse mit Grill und einer schönen Aussicht in die Ferne. Platz für 9-10 Personen. Dann ist es aber eng.

Sie ist gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, wenn man beruflich oder privat nur 1-4 Tage in Basel ist. Für einen Urlaub eher nicht, es sei dann, man will unbedingt direkt in Basel Urlaub machen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Obergeschoss des Parkhauses. Da gibt es für einen Urlaub sicher schönere Unterkünfte. Etwas eng, wenn voll belegt und nur 1 WC.

The location is close to the train station but you have to enter a dark bike and pedestrian tunnel to get to the door. Very sketchy at night. We saw groups of teenagers hanging around late at night, We were 5 adults so they kept their distance but it was not a comfortable feeling

We were extremely disappointed with this 3-bedroom apartment. There were many issues, beginning with the fact that there was only one set of keys for the entire apartment. If one person went out, they had to take the keys with them, which meant everyone else was locked inside until that person returned. When we arrived, the apartment was extremely hot. The air conditioning had not been installed and there was no way to vent the portable unit, and the fans had been turned off. None of the beds had been made, and there was still laundry in the washing machine. The amenities advertised were another major disappointment. There was no hot tub, and none of the terraces were usable. The roof deck had no furniture, and the area where we could clearly see the outline of what appeared to have been a hot tub had no furniture. We were also greeted by young men in the neighboring apartment who were drinking beer, with cigarettes overflowing from their ashtrays. When I expressed my disappointment about the apartment, one of them asked why I was unhappy since we had a great sunset. I explained that there was no hot tub and that the terrace was in a truly unacceptable condition. He then offered us a deflated children's pool from their side of the property! The apartment also did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. The only indication that any cleaning had taken place was an automatic vacuum. We had to clean the refrigerator and freezer ourselves just to be able to use them, as there was old food stuck inside the ice area. What appeared to be two bathrooms was actually one bathroom divided into two rooms—one containing the toilet and sink, and the other containing the washer, dryer, sink and bathtub. The bathtub was old and had an extremely slippery bottom. Unfortunately, I slipped and fell in the tub and seriously injured myself. We left a note telling them what we thought they should address!

The most ideal location one could think of. I arrived by car and with the explanation of the very helpful and communicative owner everything was super easy to find. It’s a very nice, spacious, clean apartment.

angefangen hat unser urlaub als wir eine stunde eher da waren und nicht reingekommen sind trotz schlüssel, auf nachfrage wieso das schloss klemme wurde und am telefon EINE STUNDE vor checkin gedroht die buchung zur stornieren weil wir dem vermieter scheinbar zu nervig waren (wir sind über 6 stunden aus deutschland angereist), gegen 14.40 kamen dann die reinigungskräfte da die wohnung noch nicht gereinigt wurde (es wurde bettwäsche geschwechselt das wars, gewischt und gesaugt wird dort nicht in der küche steht ein elektronischer runder roboter der dies natürlich hygienisch übernimmt und bestimmt auch in alle ecken kommt :D ) die wohnung ist auch keine 190qm groß sondern maximal 90, die fotos entsprechen nicht der realität, es war überall dreckig, essensreste und meine füße waren schwarz vom boden, jaquizzi gab es nicht, möbel waren zusammengewürfelt, die wohnung wird bei booking als klimatisiert aufgeführt was für den vermutet zwei kleine mobile klimageräte bedeutet, die höhe ist die freche hausordnung : ein detailliertes blatt, als gast soll man die wohnung quasi selber reinigen ansonsten kosten verschiedene sachen wie zb geschirr nicht abgespült 50 franken. frech. der vermieter war dermaßen unfreundlich, wir haben unser komplettes geld von booking wieder bekommen und sind nach einem tag abgereist, empfehlen kann ich diese unterkunft aufkeinenfall, ein hostel bietet dasselbe und kostet weniger.

Det var tæt på stationen og der var god udsigt. Rart med en stor seng til os hver. Let at finde stedet og let med check-in. Vært svarer hurtigt på alle beskeder.

Der var gamle madrester i opvaskemaskinen. Tagterrassen var rodet, snavset og slet ikke gjort hyggelig. Der var super varmt i lejligheden.

Die gesamte Wohnung entspricht nicht der Beschreibung "Deluxe". Das Mobiliar, insbesondere die Küche ist alt und teilweise defekt und in einem schlechten Zustand. Die beiden Klimaanlagen sind zwei mobile Geräte, die nicht richtig funktionieren. Der Deckenventilator ist abmontiert, dafür gibt es zwei Standventilatoren, die ihren Zweck nur teilweise erfüllen. Das Bad ist Standard der 1970 er Jahre. Die Terrasse samt Gartenmöbel sind dreckig und ungepflegt. Wir können diese Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen ! Preis und Leistung passen überhaupt nicht !

Purtroppo mi aspettavo di più dalle foto sul sito, sembrava un super appartamento invece non è stato così. L'aria condizionata in realtà si trattava di apparecchi mobili con il tubo da inserire all'esterno e fuori era caldissimo. l bagni veramente piccoli.

Not much, we expected a luxury rooftop and found ourselves in a not so well maintained apartment with Ikea furniture and cheap stuff everywhere.

Booking dot com allowed the property owner to charge a premium price for a below standard apartment. The photos are very misleading and the atmosphere of the location feels like spooky and sad.

Well located, close to the station. Good instructions and nice touch that there were cold beers in the fridge available to purchase. Huge beds and fans were great in the heatwave!

The air conditioner was unfortunately not effective and the apartment was very hot. One of the mattresses seemed older and was not comfortable.

Very conveniently located just 2 min walk from Basel SBB. The facility inside was phenomenal! Very spacious, bright, and also complete. The host was also very nice and welcoming, everything was explained and arranged accordingly.

The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and tremendously convenient for Basel central station, which was a huge plus for me, and there is a good supermarket very nearby. I liked the flexible self-check-in arrangements, so that I did not have to worry when my train was badly delayed. The self-check-in was very easy, and Lawrence had sent superb instructions - crystal clear. The apartment was also beautiful quiet, another hugely important factor for me. I would highly recommend.

The views are incredible! The host is amazing! Place was fully stocked too! The beds were super comfortable, it’s with in walking distance to everything and has parking which was a bonus! The hot tub was such a great addition. We will definitely be back again. The guest book was such a great idea, it was nice to leave a little note of appreciation.

Da wir mehrere Personen waren, mit unteschiedlichen Programmen, fehlte uns ein zusätzlicher Haus/Wohnungstürschlüssel. und ein - zwei kleine bzw. mittelgroße Kochtöpfe.

Il n’y a qu’une douche et qu’un toilette, mais même à 10 personnes et une bonne synchronisation, ça se passe très bien.

it was clean, comfy, and the amenities are fully equipped. The host is also very communicative and clear about rules and instructions to check in and check out. They also provided toys for our children. Overall it was a great experience!

Die Lage war top, die Schränke gut gefüllt und Kaffee und Tee soviel man trinken konnte! Bei dem tollen Wetter war die Dachterrasse super zu nutzen!

Leider gab es für die 6 Personen nur ein kleines Bad und eine einzige Toilette. Auch über Liegestühle hätten wir uns sehr gefreut und das Wasser im Jakuzzi machte nicht den frischesten Eindruck.

I rented this apartment months in advance of my stay and prepaid it as well. On the day I was to arrive there, a few hours earlier, at 5:00 AM, the apartment owner, Mr Lawrence Pawelzik, cancelled my booking. His reason was: "overbooking". On Friday, March 27, there was a friendship soccer game (Switzerland-Germany), and it is clear that Mr Pawelzik cancelled my booking to accommodate a larger group, as his apartment has five beds. I was left in a very uncomfortable and stressful situation, scrambling to find a new place to rent within a few hours. Mr Pawelzik is unprofessional and should not underestimate his clients who rent his apartment in good faith and prepay it!

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut. Auch die Lage war optimal, da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind.

Die Betten waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Appartement super bien situé et vraiment spacieux (4 adultes et 3 ado). Calme alors que nous sommes en plein centre ville. Commerces de la gare tout proche, ouverts le dimanche/tard le soir ce qui est pratique. Grand coin salon et salle à manger très apprécié. Grande terrasse équipée pour manger. Cuisine vraiment très très bien équipée en vaisselle et appareils ; avec grande quantité de nourriture mise à disposition gratuitement (paquets de pâtes, café, thé, huiles, épices, soda,…) même bières et vin (à payer). Très appréciable et généreux. Idéal pour découvrir la ville; on peut y arriver en train (1/2 minute de la gare) ou en bus/taxi depuis l’aéroport (bus nº50 direct); tout peut se faire à pied depuis l’appartement. Si visite plus éloignée du centre nécessitant les transports publics (fondation Beyeler, musée Tinguely, etc…) départs des trams/ bus depuis la place de la gare. BaselCards fournies par mail par notre hôte qui permettent de voyager gratuitement en TP et font bénéficier de réduction dans les musées notamment. Hôte très à l’écoute et arrangeant (heures d’arrivée/départ). On recommande vivement cette location.

Un peu froid mais chauffages d’appoint à disposition et chaussons/chaussettes antidérapantes fournies par notre hôte. Prévoir un pull chaud l’hiver.

Ausstattung

Heizung defekt, schlecht im Winter, Konnte selbst nicht abgeschaltet werden. Starkes lautes klackern die ganze Nacht. Heizstrahler ab dem 2.Tag aktiviert.

Difficult to find the access to the accommodation. Missed it when walked through the tunnel.

Very convenient to train station / bus to airport, worked very well to stay there before our flight home. Right by lots of fast food / restaurants, plus co-op. Comfortable beds, plenty of space in the apartment, worked really well for our family of 5.

Didn't have normal black tea (loads of other teas+ coffee!), bit we bought some from co-op and left it there!

Comfortable for a group of three travelling by train from Uk to Italy,

Entrance from street was dark and foreboding at nighttime. But digital key system worked OK so not a major problem.

Sehr nah vom Bahnhof, super ausgestattete Küche mit Tee, Kaffee, Soßen und Gewürzen. Sogar tragbarer WiFi Hotspot und eine gratis Baselcard gab es obendrauf. Location ist sehr groß und das Bett sehr gemütlich.

A fantastic location, right by the central train station. As part of paying the city tax, we were given a Baselcard each to enjoy our stay with. It’s a very spacious apartment with a comfortable sofa to relax on and a good-sized dining area with fantastic views of the city. The kitchen was very well equipped (we were spoiled for choice with plug socket converters!), with plenty of tea, coffee and cold drinks available. The beds were very comfortable and the overall temperature was cozy despite our staying during a storm and cold spell. The shower worked well for each of us, and we even managed to use the washer/dryer. Lawrence the owner was very responsive to my questions, thank you.

It’s only a minor thing but we would have liked at least one more bathroom (there is only one for the 3 bedrooms). We managed to work around this as 3 singles but I imagine it would be tricky for 3 couples/families.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Sie war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht: von Handtücher und Fön über Toaster und Heißluft Fritteuse bis zu Gewürze und Öl. Kaffee und kalte Getränke stehen auch für einen angemessenen Kostenbeitrag zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
