Free parking. Check in check out procedures are quite easy to follow.

1. Watermark on the walls are quite bad and can be a bit smelly as you get near. 2. Location is perfect but during peak hours the exit to the main road is horrible due to the traffic lights and too many cars on the road. 3. The agent hasn’t refund my deposit of RM100 and ghosted my message on WhatsApp since my last check out from the property last week. I didn’t cause any damage to the property and checkout before 11am (to be precise checked out at 10.15am) 4. One of the pillowcase in the master bedroom is a slightly mouldy. Hope can be more careful with the hygiene. 5. A little bit hard to unlock the main door.

Their management was great. There is an issue with the tv during our stay and could not be fix due to some cicumstances. But the management did very well in handling the situation by compensating us. The place was great and they provided many appliances that is convenient for the stay. Overall, we are very satisfied with the homestay.

The designated parking for the unit is quite far so plan how to carry your belongings wisely to avoid fatigue.

There was just 2 flaws: 1. The tv was not working, and as it was Raya holiday, they cannot send a technician over. 2. Problem with the washing machine, 1st using it was ok, used it the next day, the front door cannot be opened, luckily it can be solved by unplugging the machine and letting it cool down

Easy access to mall. You can hear the sound of plane take off and landing every hours so not recommended for light sleeper.

Water heater for kitchen bathroom not working. One of the house key is not working and cannot use it to open the main door. Main door is hard to open and close because of the key hole. TV lagging, no channel and can only open youtube.

The location is good, inside the imago mall. the unit is located near the lift easy access to the mall. It has 2 rooms, living room also provided 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The pool is fun open till 9pm. The kitchen is complete and can light cook. theres also a washing machine and dryer.

1. only 1 parking lot. other cars need to park somewhere else. mind you, if park inside the mall can only be out at 10 am the next morning and need to pay an overnight fee. 2. check in time, have to wait for their staff to pass key.

Only one aircond remote. At it has very low battery. Bathroom’s light in master bedroom was out. The blankets were too thin.

Apartment was clean and spacious for our family of 6. They provided iron, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, cooker, refridgerator, washing machine and enough beds for all of us. Air conditioners were working well and bathrooms have water heaters. We had no issues with the TV as well. Mostly, the facilities as shown on the booking were all provided well and were accessible. We also have access to the swimming pool and gym. Lift was also accessible and not too far away from the Imago Mall's entrance. The WiStay is literally on top of Imago Mall. We easily shop at Imago and return to apartment to drop off our shoppings so we can continue shopping again without lifting heavy things! There's a free parking slot, but since we arrived by flight, we didn't use the slot but this is useful for other guests who would bring their own vehicle or rent a vehicle. Besides that, they also provided daily housekeeping so they helped with ensuring our space is kept clean and bathroom tissues restocked. Staff were responsive to our queries. Any time we contacted them, they were able to respond and help resolve any of our issues. Check-in and check-out were also quite easy and simple. Staff was on standby to help us during our check-in and check-out. Overall, I would recommend this WiStay as your accommodation and might consider it for our future bookings again.

At first, we had issues with the kitchen sink seems to be stucked and water heater on the first bathroom didn't work, but we contacted WiStay and they quickly responded. However, I felt that we did not manage to utilise the Wifi fully during our stay. Had issues connecting as the wifi wasn't visible in all of our devices. Contacted the apartment since the beginning of our stay and they said they will call technician to check but was only resolved 2 days before we leave. So we were a bit disappointed as we book the apartment partly because of the access to Wifi so we don't have to buy much mobile data. However, we did manage to access the wifi on our last 2 days out of our 8 days of booking so at least that is fine. Other than that, we had difficulty with the washing machine too. We were advised to wait for 10mins after the washing to wait for the door to unlock. However, most of our washing took almost 1 whole day for the door to unlock even if we let it be, so we were a bit worried that our clothings would be trapped in the washing machine. Contacted staff and they mentioned that this happened a lot to previous guests as well, but they then advised that we just have to wait for the door to unlock, not necessarily 10mins. They taught us how to unlock the door properly. So after that we just waited for hours again not knowing when the door will unlock but at least we managed to get our clothes out after that. We did try not to risk washing on one day before we leave in case our clothes are trapped again. As for the beds, I am unsure how to explain this but we felt cold every night as the blankets were thin and not what I would expect the usual blankets provided for sleeping. However, we just put the air conditioner setting to 24°C with the lowest fan speed to cope with the cold throughout our sleep.

The sharing toilet got watermark on its glass wall and the toilet also got though stains.

I like the idea that the host put a lot of beds including in the living room. The lady staff also very nice, friendly & helpful. Should have increase her salary of give her bonus. Has cuckoo water filter and functional microwave. Got 7 bath towels & alot of hanger cloth.

The check out is too early. 11am must checkout otherwise they charge you for RM25 per first half hour. They suppose to follow the standard cekout time which is 12pm. So we have to very rushing packing our things and go down to put the keys back. Second, too many dust & small trash under the bed, sofa & top of the cooking gas blower.. the host didn’t prepare extra plastic trash. We stay for 3 nights so we have to throw our own rubbish but no extra plastic hence we have to buy it for ourselves so the house won’t be smelly. The wardrobe have too much dust. Must ask the staff to wipe it & vaccum especially under the bed & sofa. The parking quiet far from the building.

Very convenient to go to Imago for shopping & dining. Swimming pool is not far from the property and my family enjoyed swimming. Good wifi connection. The property provided several beds & good for large family to stay.

Location: 10/10. All amenities provided including washing machine/dryer. But the front loader lid need some effort to open. Easy key collection and drop off. Great place for family with children. Apartment complete with swimming pool and playground.

Parking a bit far but you can always drive to the entrance. A bit of dust here and there (especially on top of the fridge and under the sofa but still acceptable. Sofa cover need some cleaning.

Staying in a homestay within the mall was a unique and wonderful experience! The convenience of having all the shops and dining options just steps away was amazing. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, and the room was comfortable and well-equipped. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind stay!

This apartment is the best i find so far. Stayed here two times. Very spacious even my mother in law love it. Usually i have to buy a box of drinking water because other apartment won't provide water dispenser. But this apartment they do have cuckoo water purifier! And the owner also are very patience in replying my WhatsApp text. This apartment also provide 2 extra single bed! This apartment also provided with fire stove which i preferred more than electric/induction stove. Complete kitchen ware. Parking is provided for more than 1 car. So i don't have to wastw on parking ticket. Shopping mall is just downstairs. Various food shop also you can find around the area. So another time saving, energy saving, fuel saving. Everything else is more than i expected. This is the kind of money i never regret spending into 😉

Your mattress and pillow are very hard and make me sleepless, restless whole stay. There is dust everywhere, few of us had allergy reaction the first night, we had to take antihistamines for 4 days. The lift is slow and half of them not functioning. The worst part of the stay was cockroaches infestation, found them critter everywhere in toilet, room, living room and kitchen. Toilet roll very limited, only one roll throughout the 4 days stay.

The key was delivered by Grab Express and it was slow during my stay.

clean,water heater is work,got water rhater for cooking also,got microwave,one towel for each person,bed is excellent. sofa is good. can go swim at swimming pool at level 3A too. easy communication with the owner too. 9/10 star.

The cuckoo cannot be use even i use the same model at my own house. but its not a big deal. we can cook water using the heater😆😁

Can hear clearly every time aeroplanes flies by. The furnitures,chair side board is broken, almost fall down from it and single beds not in good condition, end up sleep on sofa. Toilet door hard to lock and open it.
