Reviewed Mar 17, 2025They had 2 steps down from diningroom to lounge with no hand rail or warning marking on floor or wall. I had a bad fall hitting the glass on the coffee table below the stairs and needed medical attention at the local hospital. I felt it was unsafe. Also was under the impression that there was a large balcony but found a small balcony off the main bedroom only.

The receptionist (Maxwell ) was beyond friendly and assisted us with the utmost enthusiasm and cars from when we arrived right up until our last day, he wasn't dismissive or impatient with us.

Towels changed every 5 days is not frequent enough, that's about 10-15 baths for one towel. Salt and a couple of spices would be appreciated, expected in a self catering. The 2nd room the aircon didn't work and had a hole in the wall. Another person kept using the Netflix so we had to stop watching.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2023The view in the lounge is amazing. So much space. The bedroom having a sea view. The cleanliness. Extra blankets, towels and an appropriate amount of toilet paper as well as Netflix and great wifi connection. Loadshedding not affecting the unit either. Great value for money.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2023The place and the location were excellent! Everything was there and exceeded my expectations! Spectacular views. The inverter was a definite plus! The dishwasher was a plus on Sundays when there are no cleaners! The cleaners made sure our place were perfectly clean!
Security staff at the front desk can be a bit more friendly and make sure you understand everything. They did not tell us you get toilet paper just on arrival and later get your own, just a heads up! The pool were slightly dirty and perhaps if it can be heated for winter times! The luggage trolley does not entirely get into your room due to the 3 stairs.
