Security

My fiancé and I had a very unpleasant stay at this property. Firstly, the floorboards creaked loudly every time we walked, which was particularly concerning at night as we felt it could easily disturb other guests. The bed was also extremely creaky, making noise whenever we moved or even got onto the bed. However, the most disappointing and unhygienic issue was what we experienced with our food. We had purchased two dozen donuts and left them in their boxes on the table while we went out for supper. We were gone for less than two hours. When we returned, we were shocked to find cockroaches, ants, tiny spiders, and other insects inside the donut boxes. Needless to say, we could no longer feel comfortable eating the food, and the experience left us feeling extremely uncomfortable about staying at the property. We spoke to the owners the following morning, and they explained that they were experiencing an issue with fumigation. We found this very concerning. If a property has an ongoing pest problem serious enough for insects to get into guests’ food within such a short period of time, we feel that this should be addressed before the property is made available to guests. Unfortunately, this experience completely affected our stay, and we would not book this property again. We hope the owners take these concerns seriously and resolve the pest issue for future guests.

The internet for the tv never worked. Poor pest control. Cleanliness was not to my satisfaction. I left the accommodation before the end of my paid stay.

I like the fact that is in a great location

The was a child making noise in the house and it was very uncomfortable for me

Had to round the house to get someone to check us in and same story with checking out, which was very disappointing. Had to set up the TV myself. The wooden floor is quite noisy and feels like gonna break.

Location was great and central to many restaurants and Checkers.

Best place ever affordable and lovely 🥰 tv was not working but we didn’t need it that much in all I was so happy and young lady that works there she is lovely and friendly ❤️

We only stayed over night, but it had everything we needed. The host was very pleasant and helpful. The location is super safe too. Would most definitely recommend. It is great value for money. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The tvs remote didnt work. But we didnt really need to watch TV, so it wasn't really an imposition.

There is little to no assistance and can’t reach them on phone call. When I had to check out no one attended until sometime when we started shouting for assistance

The peace, cleanliness, the generosity of the staff, and how spacious it is.

I loved almost everything, however the only problem I had was with the TV. After the lady showed how to go about the channels, it didn’t give any sound, it then switched off and couldn’t turn back on. I unfortunately couldn’t go back to tell them as I was only there for a few hours for business.

I couldn't get an iron in the room when I went to check down stairs there's no one to help....on the arrival I got sick around 7pm requested an Uber to go to clicks but the gate was not opening until uber cancelled my trip, I had to sleep with pain

The place and staff was lovely , very efficient, neat and tidy. Upon booking the stay weren't advised the microwave was outside the room (Sharing) overall the place was great and we had a lovely stay

-They dont have an inverter so our stay had to be cut short since there was no electricity for more than 12 hours. The owner reimbursed us for the 1 night left of our stay since they werent sure when electricity will come back. I wasnt happy about the transfering of funds as it wasnt an immediate payment as we needed to check ourselves into another accomodation.

It was extremely noisy, there were kids screaming and running around at late hours and then again at early hours in the morning The Tv is the room is so tiny and far away from the bed as if I stuck my phone on a wall. The lights by the closets weren’t working either The microwave that everyone there apparently shares is so close to your room door so prepare for that It’s summer and we were looking forward to the pool as it’s advertised as a perk on the website when we got the pool being dirty was an understatement! Very disappointing and I would not return
