Very spacious place with modern facilities. Loved the big bathroom and the additional separate toilet. Very convenient for families. The digital lock was convenient for checking in and out. Very good value for money.

Overall, the house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of tableware and utensils, and being able to park in the garage was very convenient. The shower had great water pressure, and we also really enjoyed being able to see the stars just outside the property.

There were a few things that could be improved. The heaters in two of the bedrooms did not seem to be very well maintained and had some visible marks on them. The toiletries provided were an all-in-one product rather than separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Some of the non-stick cookware had burnt marks, there was almost no salt left, and the only cooking oil provided was extra virgin olive oil. Also, the pull-out kitchen bin drawer had quite a strong unpleasant smell when opened.

The rooms are clean and all facilities look quite new. As we went there in winter, the air con was on when we arrived so it wouldn’t that cold after entering the room.

Everything is perfect. As it is not on the main road, we used the shovel provided to clean up the snow.

We booked the house for two of us and it was gloriously spacious! Lovely open plan living space and a nice deck although it does over look the houses straight opposite. Everything was clean and beds and pillows very comfortable. Useful to have a washer also.

The bed was a double and given the size of the bedroom a bigger bed would easily fit. That said it was very comfortable but we are used to a wider bed at home. The clothes dry rack is broken to hang washing to dry.

Convenient and well proportioned home

Stayed here for 4 nights. The property is very nice & comfortable, large comfortable beds, bathrooms are meticulously clean and all linen & towels provided. Full size kitchen and plenty of pots pans etc if you wish to cook at home, full size fridge & dishwasher. Didn’t see any staff, but communication was good, getting the door code makes checking in a breeze. Overall a fabulous property with easy access to the shops down the hill.

A couple of things to mention…I think prospective guests should be aware that the little unit attached to the side is a separate property, the entire house as shown in the pictures is not all yours. Other guests coming & going & using the driveway can be expected. Unsure why the garage cannot be used? It’s totally empty (contains the laundry) I could open & shut it manually but no fob provided & was advised to park in front of garage. I guess there could be a problem of the other units guests blocking the door if they are unaware of a vehicle parked inside? A lovely deck out front, but no outdoor furniture, the little side unit had a small cafe set, but the larger property had nothing. Would have been nice to sit outside on the summer evenings. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Felt the landscaping was a bit neglected- lawns needed mowing & trees planted needed a bit more care & watering especially as they were young trees

Nothing noticed. One suggestion is to add a sandwitch maker, which will be handy for me to make breakfast for kids.

The room is quite clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Very suitable for family.

The space was open and bigger than pictures lead you to believe. The property was clean and location was perfect for the trip to Milford Sound. The appliances all worked perfectly and helped our stay be seamless.

The house and its interior is well-designed and heated nicely throughout. This is very helpful, especially during peak winter. The heated bathroom floors - to die for! Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has more than the basic necessities (oil, salt, dishwashing tablet, extra rubbish bag) - clearly someone have thought this through. Clear but not too lengthy instructions.
