I like the ambiance and functionality of the place. It's well keep and simply clean rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. They made the place more vibrant due to their positive attitude. Specially to front desk staff Jamaica.

The staff are friendly. The place is clean. There is a secured designated parking area and only a block away from Ayala.

Everything apart from the water pump on the floor above that started every ten minutes loud enough to keep me awake

location is really good. very close to ayala or sm downtown. small filipino breakfast. its a cute hotel and the staff are very accommodating.

it's our second time staying here and i forgot that last time we had the same room #36? i think which is for 3 persons, the aircon is facing our bed and it gets really cold and I can't sleep properly coz the bed sheet we have is so thin. i wish they use a thin duvet inside those thin sheets so it's warm enough. summer duvets in Europe is pretty thin so it would be good enough for air conditioned hotels. and also, i wish they have to duvets or sheets for 2 persons and not one big sheet for 2.

Staff are wonderful and always ready to chat and help if needed. The Moroccan theme is really good and it is so close to the shopping malls .

No night table in the room. No vegetarian options for breakfast. I asked for a tortang talong and it was not available, I could only get fried eggs and rice. While there were plenty of meat options.

it's just rather average. it's not a boutique hotel but it's clean. was not as impressive as the photos. I thought it's expensive compared to other places I stayed locally

Excellent location and friendly staff. A Moroccan style apartment in the middle of CDO.

One issue we had was being charged for a blanket which is quite strange as a top sheet was only provided on the bed. The shower is quite dangerous for elderly as the floor gets extremely wet when showering, the design of the shower space is not safe at all.

We had to borrow the actual key for the room because the key card was not useful. We also had to remind the staff everyday to replenish the toiletries.

I like the building style, the modern morroccan style. Unique.

I dont like how their pantry always runs out of water when I need to. I always ask for a refill of their water station.

It was more than what I expected. The hotel was clean. Wi-Fi was available. Hot shower was working in the room. It had an elevator to bring us to the 4th floor. Best of all the interiors were nicely designed. It was not your usual boutique hotel.

Wish it had a little more space. And the outside signage didn’t do justice to what is inside the property. These are minor critiques but overall, I had a very positive impression of the hotel.

I love the open-air design / layout of the hotel, especially in the floors where the rooms are. It was always cool and airy.

I have to pay for a flannel blanket?!! With the aircon on, it's almost impossible to not need a blanket. If you turn off the aircon, it's too hot to sleep. Small as the amount was, I thought it was ridiculous.

I really like the extras they did with the decor,Morocco feels. I like how the attendant is really attentive to you when you step into the reception. Location is also good. There's a switch by the bed for the lights which is good.

They don't provide slippers and no blow dryer though I didn't request.

It's a pretty hotel, nice interior design and decors. It's small but it has a lift. It doesn't serve breakfast but they provide bread and coffee in the common dining area. It's walking distance to the laundry shop and the mall. Really good price. It's in a quiet street. Limited parking but we could always park.

For its price, I don't find anything to dislike.

Location. Near the malls in downtown CDO. Staff were nice. Cute hotel in the middle of the city. They had free coffee and pandesal in the morning wich was perfect for us coz we are not big breakfast people. Toilet and shower are separate ;)

I liked everything about the place. It is well ventilated, clean and the staff are just superb!

the location of the hotel can be quite challenging, majority of the transportation I used does not know where the hotel is despite using google maps, they are not so quite familiar.

The hotel is just three of four houses away from the main road and it is amazing how quiet it is. My wife and I loved the design and all the artwork that is said to be done by the owner! We had a very peaceful night. In the morning we were offered brewed coffee and a snack. For breakfast we went literally around the corner to the carenderia next door. The hotel allowed for us to eat this in the beautiful lobby. Cannot wish for more!

The hotel's parking area is about fifty meters away from the entrance.

As a boutique inn, the theme is just right. I like the ambiance. It is better than those property tagged sa hotel.

I was hoping for a fridge in the room and water heater.

The location was a challenge to find for our taxi driver but nevertheless it served it's purpose for an overnight stay.
