The place was good.

The regular hassle of finding parking in the super busy street it's situated on. Also could do with more toilet rolls and other supplies like bin liners etc for such a long stay.

Lack of parking, and the lack of curtain on the front door.

So central and modern, big beds and everything was clean and tidy.

Unfortunately the very clean fridge had a fishy smell. The entry door could also do with draft seal as cold air was coming in.

Bed upstairs could use a mattress topper

Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms with decent showers.

Was very hot upstairs when the sun shone, but freezing when it didn’t - no heating/cooling. Slept with both extra blankets and still froze. A little milk on arrival would be great. Very average decor and rickety, worn furniture in the living area. Broken window catch upstairs.

Clean, nice layout, and good value for what we paid (just under $800 for 3 nights)

Second story bedroom was uncomfortable due to heat and a very hard bed. Could be addressed with insect screens on windows or an AC unit in the top floor, as well as a softer mattress. Otherwise everything was good.

No milk supplied for coffee/Tea Four people stayed, only room for 2 people to sit on couch, other 2 had to sit at dinning table.

Nothing it was really good. Really was first in first served for off street parking but never had to walk a long distance from the accom to the car.

No off-street parking and really hard to find your own space as the street is busy and always full. Challenging to go to the third floor.

Uncomfortable pillows, blinds could do with replacement, strong unpleasant smell from the microwave where something was seriously burnt

The location was good, and the accommodation was modern and spacious.

The place smelled of strong spices, we had a significant ant problem, the stairs had clearly not been vacuumed for a while based on the debris, and the beds were hard and uncomfortable. There was left over food in the fridge from someone else.

Property was comfortable and clean

No parking on site which we didn’t realise so it was hard to find parking every night. Luckily there was a store parking lot close by so we could off load bags etc and then go park. Both bed and baths were up stairs so carrying luggage was a challenge

Close to all amenities. 3 stories was s bit of an issue. No tea or coffee was left for us. Host allowed us an extra hour stay which was great.

The space was beautiful with modern furnishings, very central for our activities and they were so easy to deal with.

No dislikes, this space suited us perfect.

The property contect was very rude and unhelpful. When I contacted him, with the description of the property, he made me feel that I was an idiot. I was desperate for his assistance. He posted that he has more than 100 properties, etc.very unhelpful.

He treated me like nobody.

The beds were very hard, but that’s the only complaint.

Brand new spot, brilliant location. Very tidy and clean. Super easy to come and go. Bottle store just at corner. Easy walk to city.

On street parking was ok, but could have easily been full street.

The big kitchen which had plenty of cooking utensils. The out door court yard was a bonus in the heat

The modern apartment. Tiny but cute. Enjoyed the little garden.

Bedrooms too hot, even with a/C or fan on. Could have been more clean: found a sock in the sofa, dust on the shelves where I needed to put my clothes, plates and glasses that had to be washed... Squeaky beds and doors. Also, only 2 placemats and only 2 chairs outside: the house is for four people though. Location is not so central: 17 minutes on foot from cathedral square. Not ideal with seniors and a child + suitcases.

Lots of construction so a bit loud during the day and the larger room was very bright early in the morning.

Great location, parking was not the best but there was no car park provided and we knew that, so that was ok, just something to be aware of.
