The bed was uncomfortable, no aircon in the bedroom. No exhausted ceiling fan in CR.

Adding a washing machine would be a big pro.

Wasn't aware that something had happened at the property that's why the security were so strict. Our room's toilet door was not closing properly so we had to hold it whilst using the toilet. When we take a shower, we had to put a luggage outside so it will somewhat close.

2-night stay in SMDC CONDO Unit Tower 1- Shore 3, Unit 1164 turned out to be a real eye-opener...unfortunately, not a good way . The interior design is an eyesore, and the arrangement is super uncomfortable. Microwave Oven's placement is a major safety concern,and the whole experience was a capped off with a baby's crying session in early dawn 1;30 AM. Wouldn't recommend without significant interior revamps. #CondoLife #Notimpressed ;-(

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025What impressed me the most was how helpful and responsive the owner was. I would love to come back again for a longer stay. Everything was just perfect. The unit is quietly located away from busy traffic . The bed was really comfortable. It was home from home the whole experience was enjoyable. There is nothing to dislike so i would highly recommend this appartement. Thank you Sean for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable.
