The dishwasher not working and not being able to get late check-out - made it difficuly with a baby that desperately needed a nap.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026The location of this apartment is a 5 minute walk into Queenstown yet we found it very quiet, with amazing views. It was extremely comfortable and the outdoor hot tub on the balcony was very clean and a lot of fun. While you are very close to other properties in terms of balconies and it was not overly invasive. There was a lot of scaffolding up around the back of the building but this did not create too much issue. It was fantastic to have washing facilities available after having travelled the week prior.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025Location was excellent. Short, flat stroll to the centre of town. Lift access. 2 car spaces in the garage. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Each of the 3 bedrooms had an ensuite. The lake views were mesmerising. Well equipped kitchen. Communication by the property agent was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Complicated entry with lift and building changes needed to get into the property. The main underfloor heating was not working which was disappointing given the temperature. Overall, it seems over-priced for what it is.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2023The view was amazing, especially from the hot tub on the balcony. The location was the perfect walking distance into town centre - enough away to be quiet, but close enough to pop in for dinner/drinks/shopping. Unit was spacious, well stocked (coffee pods, basic pantry items, dish and clothes washing powder), and provided high-end toiletries (Ashley and Co.). Gas log heater perfect for atmosphere. Torn between sharing this little gem or keeping it under wraps for my next visit.
two sets of lifts was a bit of a pain but worth the trek.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2023The apartment was great! it is walkable to town and the wharf. It has beautiful views. It had every thing we needed ….good size fridge, dishwasher, bbq, washer/dryer and 3 ensuite double rooms and a lovely gas fire.
We loved the property. I think it probably would need aircon in summer but it has a lovely gas fire for winter!
