Reviewed Jan 19, 2026I loved that the facilities were so neat and clean. I especially loved the shower pressure Close to amenities Walking distance to supermarkets and the casino and arena. Uber eats delivers to reception.
I didn't like that you couldn't drop the keys off at a drop box upon exit as it is in some other places The check- in process was very long, perhaps a bar code scanning from Booking.com could fast track the process. The waiting time for elevators was also very long The Koi rooftop was closed until the end of Oct which was a little disappointing.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2025Host was kind enough to allow early Check-in. The place is very Spacious and was so clean and neat. Hotel quality Linen. It has everything for a short term stay and self catering for 2. Cutlery, crockery, Iron board etc We got complimentary coffee and soft drinks. The City lights at night were amazing from the balcony. The bathroom shower is so huge and can easily take 2 people. TV is massive and has all your popular streaming apps.
Not necessarily a dislike, but few recommendations for improvement A portable Heater during winter would be Ideal for the living room. , The Bedroom Aircon struggles with heating, probably works best in Summer. Frosting or adding an Opaque privacy film to the Toilet glass cubicle would go a long way in terms of comfort. Using a toilet fully exposed to the bedroom is disturbing.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2025Clean apartment. The little thoughtful extras, like the water, milk, Coke and tea coffee and sugar. Really nice. I have stayed at Menlyn Maine residences before but this apartment far outweighed the other. Really nice.
Was a bit disappointing the first night I had no internet. And no TV as well. But Dina was really helpful and TV, and internet was working the next morning.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2025It was very clean, comfortable and was stocked with nice touches like milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Check in and parking was easy.
The security guard was irritated when we parked outside the entrance to hand in the keys on departure. He said that we should have handed it in while we were inside the building. I explained that we needed the card to exit the garage. He seemed confused.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2023Ideally located within walking distance to SunBet arena and a variety of restaurants and a short drive away from a mall. The property is in a secure building and is immaculate. There is also convenient undercover parking. The apartment is very modern and fully equipped. The owner is also thoughtful; leaving rusks, milk and bottled water during the stay. We booked our stay here for a concert we were attending and will be using this accommodation whenever we attend concerts in the area.

Not a great design with a toilet that when being used the person looks straight back onto the main bed !!!
