The sheets were not clean and they looked like they weren’t changed from the previous stay. That’s the most uncomfortable stay I have ever had. There were no rugs or carpet on the floors either which made the place cold.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The property is beautiful and close to everything that you will need. The view was absolutely stunning and the host was really kind. They went through a lot of trouble and everything was very neat. It was our anniversary and the host did his best to make it special. We bought the rose petals and sparkling wine and they did an incredible job making it a beautiful surprise for both of us.

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025The location of the apartment is excellent, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and other retail stores ( Menlyn Main Square). The area felt safe to walk in and the security in the building was really good. The apartment's kitchen was well equipped with high-end appliances. The apartment was clean and neat with a comfortable bed and linen. The restaurant on the rooftop is beautiful with a lively vibe and a goods menu and excellent choices of local wines. I will definitely re-book the apartment for my next stay

The apartments we got was not the same as what we have booked. We got one apartment with balcony on the 14th floor as booked. The apartment on the 11th floor that we booked was not available although we booked it last year already. After huge confusion from front desk staff and a waiting period of 50 minutes we were granted an apartment on the 8th floor with no balcony.
