The complex consists of both a hotel component and apartments. We had booked an apartment in order to have 2 bedrooms. On the second day of our stay our children were advised the pool is only for hotel guests and were unable to use it for the remainder of the week.

The views were breathtaking, and everything about the space made for a truly comfortable and relaxing experience. I couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be booking again. The stain coaches needed to be cleaned. It's sore sitting at the table and it glaring in front of you. Cockroaches crawling at night- Video sent to the property manager The bedroom sheets were smelly - They had it replaced after making them aware On arrival, the toilets were found to be dirty with urine stains on the pan and floors No water facilities on the filtered water fridge - This was rectified later as the refrigerator was non-plumbed. Sharp and thorny cactus on the head pedesals, scratch my daughter—photos sent to the property manager. They cleaned and removed the cactus and left it in the balcony passage corridor. Towels were minimal- were replaced the following day. The laundry iron was badly stained and uncleaned - sent a photo to the property manager The ironing board was broken and shaky No proper schedule for cleaning - the cleaning team was confused with regards to what needed to be done. All photos and videos can be shared and communicated, This was escalated to the property manager by the name of Mr Jimmy Roodt. All these concerns are minor and fixable; more property care and management are needed as this property has great potential but is poorly managed.

Reviewed Feb 17, 2025I loved everything about this place. The location, the room, the views! It was very close to everything, the restaurants, the beach is like a 5 min walk! The Aircon was working which we totally loved! Ohh the privacy as well!
The only thing that threw us off was that there was no mop in the room. The drain in the shower was idk blocked for a min and the water kinda overflowed and the bathroom floor was wet. Having a mop would've helped a lot.

We were booked in room 2203 and was calledby owner at 11.30 at night an advised that we were in the wrong room. Hi on helped us to move to room 2002.I left my new travel pants and shirt in the laundry basket in room 2203 I sent 4 whatsapp messages immediately on the day we moved the owner did not check how the clothes was lost
