Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Le logement est très bien placé, le rapport qualité prix est incroyable. Il y a globalement ce qu'il faut.
Il y a énormément d'humidité et il se peut qu'il y ait des cafards. C'est très bien pour un court séjour mais sinon c'est trop petit ça devient vite oppressant.

Lo venden como 2 habitaciones pero tiene una cama en el salón, que no puedes ni abrir la puerta para salir al balcón y luego arriba sí tienes 2 camas grandes. Para 5 personas, que éramos nosotros, un poco pequeño

清潔感が無い。玄関のドアを開けた瞬間、長期間使用されていないであろう洗濯機の排水溝のトラップからとてつもなく酷い悪臭が漂ってきて、ここに泊まるのかと絶望した。滞在中は窓全開にして対処することでなんとか耐えられました。エアコンも電源は入れられているものの壊れており、リモコンが備わっているがボタンを押しても無反応で一切操作することは出来ず。寒かったので窓全開にして対処。窓空けで排水溝の匂いと温度調節できて一石二鳥ですね苦笑 浴室も黒カビが目立っていて、設備全体の総評としてお世辞にも快適に過ごせる綺麗な空間とは言えない宿でした。 二度目の宿泊は無いな、と。 表示されている宿泊費は¥3,800でしたが、別途手数料が¥4,900ほどで最終的に掛かる総額は¥8,700ほど。 普通にメジャーブランドのホテル泊まればよかった。民泊は信用できない。良い勉強になりました。

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026🇧🇷A localização é ótima. Fica próximo de vários meios de transporte e próximo da torre em Tsutenkaku. Uma grande variedade de restaurantes, foi excelente. A acomodação é simples mas é bem cuidada. Adorei. 🇦🇺The location is excellent. It's close to several public transport options and within walking distance of Tsutenkaku Tower. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was fantastic. The accommodation is simple but very well looked after. I absolutely loved my stay.
🇧🇷Não ter staff na recepção para fazer recebimento das malas. 🇦🇺The only thing that could be improved is having reception staff available to help with luggage storage and drop-off.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Excellent location just a few minutes walk from Tsutenkaku Tower and Shinsekai market. Also within walking distance of Tennoji zoo and gardens. The coin operated washing machine and dryer in the building entrance were handy.
The room had an unpleasant odour from the bathroom and/or toilet. Note the stairs to the mezzanine level are very steep but were fine for teenagers.

入住時要轉密碼拿鑰匙的步驟我看不太懂，弄了很久才搞懂，洗衣機放在陽臺很多灰塵

Reviewed May 23, 2026Este localizat langa turnul Hitachi, la 10 minute de mers pe jos de gara și este dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie, inclusiv mașina de spălat rufe. Self check in și check out. Pentru 2 nopți a fost ce trebuie ca și preț.
Apartamentul este destul de mic pentru 3 persoane, holul este strâmt, iar în dus este miros de la canalizare. Scurgerea mașinii de spălat este pe balcon, unde este murdar.

It was run down and there was junk lying around. The general cleanliness was lacking, food found in the microwave and mold all over the shower door. The accomodation was also sold to us to suit 4 people which it did not. Cooking facilities were provided but not enough plates or bowls to eat off.

L’état de l’appartement était très décevant énormes taches sur les murs, moisissures dans les rideaux, dans les miroirs … même en activant la vmc à fond le matin les murs dégoulinaient d’humidité. Alors pour le prix on ne s’attendait pas à quelque chose d’exceptionnel mais un minimum… le personnel n’est pas aimable et lorsqu’on envoie un message il faut pas être pressé pour avoir la réponse …mise à part l’emplacement je ne recommande pas et ne renouvellerais pas l’expérience dans cet hôtel

部屋のカーテンがカビだらけで、部屋にはカビキラーの匂いが充満していて耐え難い状況でした。 カビがすごいので他の部屋に変えたいと電話しましたが、電話の対応が最悪で終始怒り口調で無理と言われ、ここの宿にはもう二度と泊らないと決めた せめてすみませんくらい言ってほしいですね

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026Accessible and very close to the osaka tower and tennoji zoo. It’s clean and generous with the towels. The bed is comfortable. The staff is responsive to inquiries.
The price shown is very cheap like 2,000¥ plus something for one night but the taxes they charge is very high. It costs about 7,000¥ plus something. I booked it by mistake not checking the total amount and it’s non refundable.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026I liked that it was next to a food market. I liked the shower room. Beds were larger and soft. It was located in a convenient area. Strong wifi, nice view.
Very small apartment, the bedroom especially was cramped. There was an inconvenient step between the hallway and bedroom. The apartment was showing signs of wear, such as the peeling plastic wallpaper.
