Areas to consider
- •"Deluxe" description considered misleading for the price

- •Unstable Wi‑Fi for extended period (about 16 days)
- •Owner refused to acknowledge past issues; dispute ongoing with Booking
Cleanliness
8.8/10Reported minimal cleaning on arrival (arrival clean-up described as insufficient), so cleanliness is below perfect though not terrible.
Service
10/10Host (Makis) described as very friendly and consistently responsive to messages; excellent day-to-day service despite a later disagreement with the owner about past issues.
Location
10/10Apartment described as well located in Igoumenitsa — location is a clear positive.
Room Quality
10/10Rooms described as spacious with air conditioning in all rooms and multiple balconies; physically very good even if the 'Deluxe' label felt exaggerated compared with the price.
Amenities
9.8/10Air conditioning and balconies praised, but kitchen was under-equipped for three people and Wi‑Fi/TV instability (16 days) and a >24h water cut lowered the amenities score slightly.
Value for Money
6.5/10Customers felt the 'Deluxe' designation and the ~€3,000 price for three weeks were not justified given the cleaning, kitchen supply and prolonged technical issues — poor value perception.
Food and Beverage
9.3/10Standard quality for this hotel tier
Overall Experience
10/10Overall stay had many strong positives (location, spacious rooms, AC, responsive host); significant technical issues occurred but were ultimately addressed — overall experience rated highly.
