Bed was really hard and the ac wasn't the best, we managed but I did wake up sweating and in pain(back) at odd points in the night.

The dishes were not clean. I found the apple peel stuck on the bowl and the bathroom is quite small that I always hit my elbow to the wall

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026離JR新今宮及動物園前地鐵站不遠，走行程時非常方便。地鐵站前就是驚安殿堂，且飯店對面還有家便利超商，採買很方便。還有離新世界通天閣很近，逛街方便
我住的房間洗衣機蓋子損壞，水管沒接，所以住宿那幾晚只能使用一樓的付費洗衣機及烘衣機無法使用。另外，冷氣機發現有滴水現象。其他房客內的設備都OK

5人だったので湯量の制限があったのが不安でした。WiFiのルーターが外れてて繋がらなくて気付くまで時間がかかりました。

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026住宿的地點很好，離新今宮站、新世界、動物園都很近，唐吉軻德就在斜對面,大創也在旁邊，住宿門口出來兩邊走一小段路，各有一間玉出超市，所以以住宿的位置來說是很方便的，入住的第三天，第一次使用微波爐，才發現微波爐故障了，但反應之後，隔天就立即幫我們更換了一台可以使用的微波爐，十分積極的協助我們處理問題，陽台就有洗衣機，所以洗衣服很方便，大致上來說都很方便，若真要說有什麼比較不方便的地方，就是如果要洗衣服，洗衣精要自己另外買，若要烹煮食物，調味料也要自己買,不過隔壁的大創就有賣小包的鹽和味精,所以很方便.
因為住宿的地方離地鐵很近，所以會一直聽到地鐵通過的聲音

ROOM 702 - DO NOT STAY HERE. 1. Limited toiletries in 12days of stay, lack of cookware (no cover) amenities not sufficient for 4 persons (example: toothbrush 4pcs for 12 days, shaver 1pc, round tissue 3pcs only, box tissue 2pcs) plastic for garbage 1 spare for 12 days. 2. Strange smell in the room coming from the wall it causes us headache. We asked if we can transfer but they did not reply . 3. Comfort room smells like pee as soon as we checked it. We had to put room perfume to ease the bad smell. 4. Bad smell coming from kitchen sink . 5. Dirty frame fell down in the bed that hit my head, when we checked it is just has double sided tape on the edges . 6. Not so clean room ,needs upgrade.

Reviewed May 5, 2026La situació era bona per anar a USJ sense gastar excessivament. En 20-25min s’arriba al parc, cosa difícil de trobar en plena golden week. Els llençols i tovalloles eren nets i en bon estat i oferien respall de dents.
Vam agafar dues habitacions. Una estava prou bé, però l’altra es notava deixada i desmantinguda, amb les parets i el terra una mica fets malbé, així com els tamborets esfilagarsats. A més, a l’anunci posava que oferien sabatilles, però no n’hi havia.

よく見ていないと通り過ぎてしまいそうな場所にあります。(実際通りすぎて戻りました) ポストに鍵が入っていて開ける為の暗証番号が送られてきます。が、書いてあることが少し分かりにくいので、結局ホテルスタッフに電話して聞きました。すぐに繋がったのでよかったのですがもし繋がりなかったら部屋に入れなくて困りそうです。

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Mi calificación de 8.0 va en medida de que realmente no interactuas com nadie porque no hay personal, tu llave la dejan en un locker de buzón y ya, no hay forma de que te reciban maletas de paqueteria y es el hospedaje en un complejo de departamentos realmente, pienso que deberían de poner o describir un poco mejor las características del hospedaje, ya que al ir en mi caso con una persona de la tercera edad y un poco chapado a la antigua todo le parecía inseguro y de poca credibilidad al no haber un lobby, en cuanto a ubicación esta fabuloso tienes metro y tren e unos minutos y el shinsekai prácticamente en frente.
