La Casa de Isa

House Isa has a great location in the historic part of Cali, San Antonio. It is a beautiful property kept very well with large rooms and a beautiful courtyard. Maria is an exceptional host. She took the best care of us and nothing was too much for her. The breakfast she prepared was delicious. I can highly recommend La Casa de Iss. I would go back there.

Really nice place with a great location and good breakfast. Maria was really nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay thanks to María. She made us feel very at home and was so lovely and attentive. The back area was beautiful and the space is very tidy and welcoming.

The only recommendation would be to make the lighting in the room warmer.

Il y a seulement une capsule de machine dans la chambre, il pourrait en mettre au moins une par jour. Ma chambre donnée sur la rue il est préférable d'avoir des bouchons d'oreilles. Le lit n'est pas fait. La dame de la réception est un peu perdue elle ne parle pas du tout anglais, elle avait oublié que je l'avais payé 🤣 mais ça va c'est pas grave

Todo en realidad, la amabilidad y don de servicio de la señora María, ella increíble; el lugar es bellísimo en todo sentido, es atravesar la puerta y viajar como a un lugar lejos de la ciudad (estando en el puro corazón de ella); al salir, muchos sitios turísticos están muy cerca y a todo se puede ir caminando, en sus alrededores se encuentra una zona gastronómica muy bonita e interesante. La habitación donde nos hospedamos en familia es muy linda, confortable, muy limpia y cómoda. Definitivamente todo me encantó. ¡Regresaremos sin dudarlo!

Idéalement situé a l’entrée du quartier San Antonio Le personnel est juste super gentil Le lieu est assez charmant. Lors de notre passage il y avait tres peu d'interaction, ce n’est pas le lieu pour rencontrer du monde

La chambre donne sur la route donc impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres ce qui est dommage

Las instalaciones son muy lindas pero la atención que nos brindo la señora que nos recibió fue lo que mas me gustó.

En temporadas de verano lo ideal es tener aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.

L’emplacement, l’accueil, la qualité des équipements, la décoration et surtout l’ambiance familiale ,l’écoute et la gentillesse du personnel.

Beautiful, calm place in excellent location. The bathroom was so beautiful and one of the best showers I've had in South America (hot water and great pressure). The bed was super comfy and the ceiling fan kept as cool in the room. The common areas are nice for chilling too. Front door as well as the bedroom door are with codes so no need to worry about keys or anything.

The ceiling fan made a little "ticking" noise on the lowest setting but nothing too bad.

La atención que nos dieron desde la reservación fue muy buena, son muy atentas y amables, hicieron nuestro desayuno en el momento que lo solicitamos, pudimos guardar nuestras maletas hasta que dio la hora de salir por la noche. El lugar es muy bonito, limpio y te sientes como en casa. Lo recomendamos ampliamente

La casa es preciosa y las habitaciones son muy comadas. Además, la persona que atiende la casa es super amable 100/10, me encanto y como le dije a la encargada volvere otra vez.

The only thing I don’t like is you have to pay 25 mil pesos for doing the laundry yourself with the washing machine. It was bit unfair for me.

No nos dejaron guardar el equipaje, nuestro vuelo salía más tarde y nos dijeron que no se podía guardar. Para tener en cuenta sería bueno tener esta opción, por comodidad después de haber usado el servicio.

Hubieron malos entendidos con una de las colaboradoras del lugar que por momentos no se mostraba amable. Pero es falta de capacitación en hospitalidad más bien.

Todo absolutamente todo. La casa de Isa es un lugar con mucho encanto y una magia especial. Desde que entras por la puerta te sientes como si estuvieras en casa, es un lugar encantador y con mucha esencia. El personal es súper atento y amable y te facilitan todo lo que esté a su alcance. Tienen muy cuidado el entorno y las habitaciones, se nota que lo hacen con mucho cariño y mimo. El desayuno es fabuloso, riquísimo y todo lo que te tomes allí es una delicia! Está muy bien ubicado y en esa misma calle cuentas con otros bares o restaurantes por lo que la zona está muy bien. Realmente es un lugar para recomendar al 100% pues es uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que hemos estado en nuestro viaje por Colombia! Gracias por hacernos la estancia tan especial.

TODO FUE GENIAL. La ubicación es perfecta porque queda cerca de todo lo que hay que visitar y si necesitas coger Uber los trayectos son muy cortos. Las instalaciones son increíble porque todo está suuuper nuevo y decorado con un gusto exquisito, además el patio es un extra que por las noches se disfruta muchísimo. María Alba nos ayudó con todo durante nuestra estancia y fue súper amable y simpática. LO RECOMIENDO MUCHÍSIMO

Very spacious room and bathroom with high ceilings. Loved the shower. Very clean. Felt safe. Good towels and bedsheets. Felt like good value for money.

Couldn't open bathroom window because it's too high up. The fan did not work on the lower speed - it would be nice to have AC instead. Online registration process was very tedious.

Located in a very quiet side street yet within easy walking distance of the main sights. A great welcome, despite my not being able to speak Spanish, so Google Translate came into its own! It is very secure with code access to both the front door and the rooms. Extremely pleasant small garden/courtyard area with comfortable seating and well maintained grounds. The breakfast is cooked to order and well made. Very good communication with the owner who arranged transport from the airport (at an additional cost) which was much appreciated because my flight was delayed by over 3 hours. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality bedding. Plenty of hot water in the shower.

The staff was sooo nice and kind. The rooms super clean and well equipped and it’s situated in the best location of Cali. They had such a nice details with me and my family that will definitely return here. Thank you so much

This place is amazing! Located in a great cozy nneighbourhood with all restaurants and bar close by, but the place is very quiet, comfortable and clean. I loved the fact that it has outside space to hang out. The staff and owners are super friendly and helpful. This place is high recommanded. Thank you Maria & Isabel for my great stay.

We really enjoyed our three nights at Isa and being in the San Antonio neighbourhood. The renovation of this original family home is lovely. It was very relaxing to sit in the various seating areas of the property.

I think the owners is having issues with the hot water supply. It was challenging to get consistent hot water from the shower.

An absolute gem - gorgeous rooms done to a really high standard, especially the bathroom. The outside area of the casa is brilliant; a lovely courtyard outside the rooms and then a garden at the back where it’s nice to relax + drink and eat. The owners were super friendly and so helpful. And the breakfast was delicious - something different every day. The location is superb; staying in San Antonio feels very laidback with lots of good restaurants and coffee shops.

Everything was brilliant. It didn’t bother us but the beds have hard mattresses.

The guesthouse was in an excellent location. The garden was small but nice. I even saw a hummingbird at a flower in the garden. Elaine was friendly and very helpful.

The bedroom was a little small.

Excellent location, friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms and the place were decorated with taste. I felt safe even if I was travelling alone and first time in Colombia. I highly recommend this place.
