We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property is beautifully set up, very clean, and has a lovely pool. It’s also in a perfect location—just a 2-minute walk to the main entrance of the rainforest. We would definitely recommend staying here!
Nothing…
Friendly staff
Nothing🙂
So tranquil, surrounded by rainforest. From our room, we could see lots of birds and butterflies. Staff are all lovely, and looked after everything for us. Wonderful swimming pool. Fabulous breakfasts, and dinner - plus they organised packed lunch for our trek in the rainforest
It’s a small point, but the beds and mattresses for the swimming pool needed a really good clean! I would also recco to book your guide for the rainforest direct with the people at the entrance to the park
Die Nähe zum Nationalpark. Der saubere Pool. Die Hilfsbereitschaft zum günstig Weiterkommen. Das viele Obst zum Frühstück.
Located on the edge of the rainforest, we chose the tented accommodation for a different experience. The room was on stilts overlooking the river and jungle and was a great experience. The manager and staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us. They allowed us to keep the room past check in time so we could shower and change after our jungle walk!
Water pressure in the tent bathroom was low, so we mentioned it to the manager who said he would attend to it. This did not detract from an excellent experience.
Helpful staff. Comfortable tent. Good food
The water temperature was a bit variable
Personnel très sympa, la chambre est très belle avec vue sur la forêt. Lessive gratuite
Lovely location with friendliest staff.First impression was very good with a friendly presentable faces with a welcome drink.Staff were 10% Rooms were well cleaned and foods was mmmm very very tasty.Service is very best more than the 5star.Here having more activities for kids and adults like badminton, Archery, pool activities and very very happy for all.My wife was very happy and that was an unforgettable day in my life.
The location is really nice just minutes from the pitadeniya entry to the rainforest. the tent allows you to hear sounds of the jungle which is beautiful, unless other guests speak loudly then you hear them as well. they help you finding a guide for somen jungle walks, up to 8hrs. the guide system works independently from lodges as far as i know, paid 6500 for 5hrs, and they know everything and find little animals to see, snakes, lizzards, birds. food at the lodge and service is good!
a little makeover of the tent would be nice, but the price you pay is absolutely fair.
Absolutely an amazing place to stay and an unforgettable experience in the forest. The manager Lakshan made all the effort to make sure the journey was smooth, and you feel very much welcomed by the staff. Great ambiance, nice restaurant and amazing location. we had a day trip in the forest guided by Dumindu, who was so kind and knowledgeable. All was amazing.
I liked everything
360 Rainforest is situated the most beautiful place. In our view the 360 refers to Rainforest all the way around the site. Stunning views and tranquility in essense. The staff was there for us ❤️. Nirosha, Lakshan and Sadeepa made an absolute difference to us and the memory of you will stay in our hearts forever.
Behind the tents is a cafe that plays music most of the day (not late night). Its not loud at all, but the umph umph from modern tunes takes a bit off the tranquility. For a lot of people this will not mean a whole lot, but for us it was a bit annoying.
Perfect position, 5 minutes walk to Sinharaja rainforest, situated on a river. Tent experience is amazing. The staff is nice and super kind, special thanks to Lakshan for helping us organize excursions and getting us dinner.
I really love the staff! They are so kind and gentle. They help you with every kind of issue you might have. The location is wonderful as the breakfast!
Maybe they can improve a bit the cleaness of the room
A special place right at the entrance to the rainforest. The pool is fantastic, the huts are beautiful, the beds very comfortable, all equipped with mosquito nets. The grounds are very lovingly designed with lots of plants and very well maintained. The staff are totally courteous, super nice and friendly and always ready to help. They fetched extra coconuts from the tree for our children. The food was very good and reasonably priced. We were recommended a very interesting tour into the rainforest, which fully fulfilled our expectations. Unfortunately, the music from the neighbouring accommodation was very annoying, especially at weekends. But that's not the fault of the owners. A clear recommendation!
Amazing triohad with my family.Staff is very friendly.foodvwas delicious and tha pool woow.great and unforgettable day in my life.Highly recommended.
Spaziosa e pulita
Beautiful In the rainforest Peaceful The sounds at night are amazing Beautiful views of the river Really attentive staff, so helpful. Took us to a local community outpatients were my friend could get medical.advice for mosquito bites. Very much appreciated 🙏

The chalet and pool were nice and clean. The restaurant was very basic, though they mentioned it was due to ongoing renovations. There was no menu available, but the prices for Sri Lankan food were reasonable. The property is located about 100 meters from the forest entrance, where you can find a local guide—expect to pay around 5,000 LKR for a 4-hour tour, plus the entrance fee.
It’s about 30 minutes from Deniyaya by tuk-tuk, costing at least 2,000 LKR one way. The price of the room was a bit overpriced for the quality of the services provided in general. There were three men working there—while they were polite, as a solo female traveler I would have felt more comfortable if at least one female staff member had been present. I also would have appreciated clearer communication on average tour prices and durations, rather than just being handed local contact numbers. It also would’ve helped if they had arranged the tuk-tuk more reliably for our early morning departure—thankfully, we didn’t miss the bus.
The staff were extremely lovely and helpful. The food was delicious and the pool was nice.
The location is next to a karaoke bar, which made it hard to sleep.
Almost good and absolutely its meritorious.because the location was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and talented.first impression was the manager Mr lakshan.he is a humble and plesentable person for allthe time with smile.Foods were bery very yumMY yummY.Tasty more than a five star hotel.Rooms were well cleaned and fresh. Oni almost perfect.highly recommended to stay and book for upcoming people.
Yesterday our family decided to have little trip in Sinharaja area.then we choose 360 Sinharaja hotel as our resident.it was a amazing trip.We engaged to the swimming pool as well as the Archery range.Staff Is superb. They know the hospitality.Specially the Manger (Mr.Lakshan).He is just like a family of us.So I recommend this place for you.value for money.
Very kind and hospitable staff!
Very green environment and friendly staff
restaurant, fast way to the forests enterance, pool
We spent 2 nights at 360 rainforest and were very well looked after by James and his team. We are a family of 4 and stayed in 2 chalets which were comfortably, clean but basic - which is as to be expected. The food was great and the guided tour they organised for us was a highlight of our time in Sri Lanka. We also loved the lazy hours spent by the pool which has a fantastic view.
Nothing
Amazing location, staying directly in the beautiful rainforest. The pool was really good after a trek through the Singharaja park. Wildlife all around you. Going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of the rainforest especially in the tent accommodation.
Not the easiest to access by car/van.
Great location. Exceptionally helpful staff. Guided tour of the forest was excellent, English speaking guide was particularly good, enticing all wonderous rainforest creatures large and small to venture out. A great rain forest experience - even to the green tree pit viper in the tree just outside the dinning area - quiet a sighting.
Pity there was no air con, but it is an eco-lodge after all!! But the fans certainly helped.
We stayed in 360 Rainforest so we could do the Sinharaja Forest trek. We stayed one night in one of the tents. It had incredible views over looking the river and the rainforest canopy beyond. If you want an authentic experience of being in the rainforest with all the bird and monkey wildlife around you, and a few smaller critters even closer, then this is the place for you! Close by is a hostel which can play loud music at times but we realised that before booking and it didn't bother us at all. The unique feeling of being right in the jungle with the incredible wildlife and views around you is what is amazing about this beautiful place. The manager, James, was extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. The food we had in the evening and morning was very tasty. Being right next to the park entrance means you can just walk 5 mins with your guide and you are in the amazing rainforest. Our guide Domidu was superb, he made sure we saw masses of wildlife and he was very knowledgeable. We saw a few birds (you need to start at 6am to see more), two types of monkey and lots of snakes, lizards, scorpions, spiders and millipedes - all up close! The walk we did was ‘out and back’ to a beautiful waterfall with a pool you can swim in and for us it took 4 hours in total. The 360 Rainforest tent and the Sinharaja rainforest trek was a very unique and memorable experience in our 2 week trip around Sri Lanka.
Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing accommodation. We also went on a bush walking tour with a local guide and saw many native animals. The staff were all friendly, accommodating and incredibly helpful.
Great location on the edge of the rain forest with a very short walk to the main entrance. The pool was stunning! The staff bent over backwards to help with anything at all and the food was absolutely sublime! Our chalet was rustic and lovely although we did have some electricity challenges but it’s the jungle! It was amazing to sit outside in the evening and watch the storms roll through.
The hostel that played thumping tunes until midnight is just crazy. Sitting on the edge of a unique rain forest hearing birds and frogs and rain being drowned out by music is insane. This is NOT only 360’s issue but all the accommodation in this valley would be affected by it. What a pity for everyone in the area. This is not the place for it.
The manager James is extremely helpful and flexible to help us with our stay and onward travels during our stay in the 360 rainforest lodge. The location is perfect next to the river and at walking distance from the Sinharaja rainforest. The guide we used had such a sharp eye to spot wildlife and point it out to us. The next day he took us to another entrance to find the Blue Magpie and Drogon and we also saw the Purple Faced Monkey. the swimming pool is very refreshing after jungle trekking.
Food is very, very tasteful but the restaurant area can be improved.
Very close to rainforest great bird and squirrel watching and James was fantastic
Maybe needs a little sprucing up such as new bedding/new fridges in rooms etc
Staff was amazing and the view.
Hotel/tents need and update.
nice garden, clean and comfortable rooms.
can't eat there, you should go on the road 100m and you find a restaurant
Amazing location, great access to rainforest
Food options limited, chalet didn’t have wifi
It super close to gate to rain forest. Animals you can hear in your bed
Perfect location and very helpful staff
It was all good
Close to forest entrance and greatly attentive staff! Well done and thank you Kanishka and his team !
Improvements to the location for spa treatments should be undertaken.
Tranquil location in rainforest surrounded by the sounds of the rainforest and animals . Swimming pool was set up high surrounded by the forest . Staff were very accommodating. Went on a great guided walk and swam in the river . Great place for a yoga lesson too. 3 mongoose came up to our door this morning . Accommodation is not luxury but very clean .
The last two kilometres of road are bumpy and narrow but the hotel arranges for a Tuk Tuk to come and collect you
Only that of the staff. Went out of their way to make our stay comfortable
Cheap quality construction. One can hear what others talk in the other room. Worn off beddings, towels and carpets. Lots of leaches and no proper approach way. No internal roads. All over grown pathways. Leaches are everywhere, even in the rooms. No real value for money. Utter waste of time. Stains on beddings. No food selection. Highly priced but no value.
Great location and flora-fauna, awesome pool, curd is awesome in dessert, must visit if you are nature lover. Manager and working staff were very helpful and ready to help all the time.
Food can be little bit better but it’s good they ask you about your preference and yes don’t forget to try their curd in desert.
Staff wad friendly and arranged the meals as we requested. Food was delicious. Very calm and quiet place to relax with your family. Bathrooms were clean.
Only issue was stray dogs coming inside the property even we closed the gates. They jump over the fence. Recommend to have proper gates and fence to avoid that issue.
Good property very near to Sinharaja Rainforest. You can enter the Forest walking distance with a guide whom you can book from the hotel. Very quiet and simple place. You can have rest, enjoy the nature, the calm. The team is kind.
Worth getting until there, even if the journey could be hectic at the end because very tiny road: important to tell the driver.
Staff was very helpful. The trek they arranged was super. Nature at its best. A world heritage site Sinharja Rainforest entrance is just a two minutes walk. A key river of Sri lanka is boardering the hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. AC or Fan was not needed.Food was very good. Will definitely recommend this place and will come back again.
Nothing
The manager and his team were very friendly, courteous and attentive. The food was okay and served in front of my little cabin, which was very pleasant! The location is also great, right at the entrance to the reserve, on the edge of the jungle, so there were often visits from (nocturnal!) animals. The pool with a view of the jungle was exceptionally beautiful, I was very lucky to have it all to myself during my 2-day stay. I was also arranged a tour with a guide in the jungle, which I really enjoyed!
Unfortunately, there are a lot of wild dogs on the grounds that bark and howl loudly at each other, which I personally found quite annoying. The cabin is not in the best condition, the fan on the ceiling was so loud that I could not use it, but I was immediately organized another standing fan. The last few meters of the road to the accommodation are also a bit difficult to pass - my TukTuk driver made it, but you should be aware of this.
Great location, nice pool. Had a great guide for a rainforest walk.
Street to the location is a pretty broken Service needs improvement, we ordered dinner which came 30 minutes late. Same with breakfast. In the accommodation next to this one was a party until 3 am. That was pretty exhausting but we don’t know if this is a common problem or if it was a special occasion. WiFi and the fan were not the best. AC would be great
Staff were nice and dinner was great, nice view of river
It was damp and smelly, unfortunately we had a bad nights sleep in the tent with bugs and leeches etc. The walk recommended was slow easy and not what we’d asked for or the adventure / hike we were hoping for. Wouldn’t recommend.
One of the best places I’ve ever stayed excellent facilities for saying your in a tent on stilts
Nothing everything was superb
Nice view for the river
We stayed in tents, there’s a restaurant in 50 meters from it which was really loud because of live music till 23-00 or so. The staff was really slow, we waited to pay for our room for 20 minutes. The food in the restaurant was ok. Very cold in the nights, had to ask for the second blanket
Breakfast was generous and very nice. Although it was difficult to get to because the road was closed once there the location was minutes from the gate into the rainforest. We had an amazing guide who was very knowledgeable and lovely. He pointed out things we would never have seen without him. It cost 25 dollars per person organised by the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The tents were fantastic, no zips , no insects, lovely position overlooking the river. Although it took us 3hours to get there from the coast we would strongly recommend a visit.
It was rather noisy from another group of guests elsewhere on our first night which spoilt the ‘back to nature’ expectations. The restaurant was a little disappointing. We didn’t see as many varieties of birds as we’d hoped. But we still loved our stay.
Highly recommended
Disappointed Plz up date location
Disappointed 360 Rainforest hotel is the only hotel in Sri Lanka that did not even give us a well come drink when we came to 360 Rainforest hotel through a very difficult route.no one spoke English so there was no way to know the details there was no manager to ask we had dinner.the food was not bad even though there are limited items like kottu, fried rice, rice and curry. There was no hot water, the water pressure was not enough, the water seemed to be turned off on purpose.fan was not working properly, the mini fridge was smelling bad. We felt that this was controlled from a distance A lot of money is charged to see the sinharaja rainforest but after going to the entrance I was able to get a guide for 2500 rupees Avoid this place not worth your money and time
Brilliant tent by the river
Limited food options
Nothing special
Nothing
Nice little chalet. Next time will try the tent. Hospitality is fantastic.(Sri Lankan hospitality is one of the best in the world) Thanks to Mr. Prabash. The price is so reasonable. 200m from the entrance to Sinharaja. 2 days spent wonderfully ❤️.
Exit from the hotel with a vehicle, (for someone who is not used to roads like those) is a little bit difficult.
This was n truly magnificent experience we have with upul and his team during our trip in Sri Lanka. He also very genuine, true, good heart and strong man that want to help his guest to have best experience possible. His team cooked the delicious meals (best curry we have of all during Sri Lanka trip)Rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. If you planing to visit sinharaja really recommended this place
I really enjoyed 360Rainforest
excellent food and staff very friendly & flexible location was awesome. highly recommend
nothing
Location good for visiting forest. The double bed was comfortable with a good mosquito net. The shower was good.
The chalet was essentially a garden shed which was grubby with dodgy electrics. Had booked twin beds but room had large double bed and a small put you up without a mosquito net. Poor quality outside space and grubby eating area. Food was very poor quality. We were not informed there was a large private party on our second night with loud music until midnight. We were told we had to eat in our room because of this. Staff were indifferent. Vastly overpriced for poor quality accommodation. Would not recommend. Much better value and quality accommodation available in the area. Did not feel comfortable or relaxed here. Paid for three nights but only stayed two because of issues.
The location is superb. The food was very delicious. The staff were helpful and very sweet. Lots of wild life, perfect location for sinharaja rainforest.
Few things were switched off. No archery, no bbq, not much to do on the site if you were planning to stay for 2/3 nights.
The staff were are very helpful recommended if you went to be in a real forest setting close to the park entrance.
No anything
Breakfast is good
Booking was showed as 35000 but at the property owner said you have to pay 38500. I don’t know the reason and neither did he, but I had to pay the price which owner said
We had a one night stop-over here and loved it. The staff were so helpful and welcoming and the food was delicious and great value. My son went on the early morning rainforest trek and saw lots of animals, the guide was very knowledgeable and thei hike ended with a swim. The tents were comfortable with amazing views and sounds. I would definitely stay here again.
Being in the rainforest and in nature was a very good experience. You wake up to the sounds of birds and can see many different species. The nature itself is amazingly green. Sinharaja itself is very beautiful. There are a few activities in the area, like hiking to a waterfall or bird watching. You can also visit the tea factory nearby. also, just chilling in the room is also very nice. the wood houses were clean. The food was also very tasty. the staff were friendly.
just be aware that you need to be picked up at a bridge to go to the place as it is in the forest area and it is a rocky road. it was nice for me, I write this only as a warning 🙂
The staff were very helpful and the setting is lovely - right next to the National Park entrance. Also our guide for the 5 waterfalls hike was great. We enjoyed our stay. Recommend if you want to be in a real forest setting close to the park entrance.
We were unlucky to have a large Sri Lankan family gathering going on and the music and noise went on all night!! A shame in such a tranquil place. But the 2nd evening they were gone and we could appreciate the amazing jungle experience. The tents were very basic, but in fact they work really well. Very spacious, with a large attached bathroom. The insects were much less of a problem than we expected! The camp itself is much smaller than we expected, and maybe not as remote - there are several other hotels and guest houses nearby.. But the tents have a great location overlooking the river and surrounded by the noise of the jungle.
Waking up in the jungle was incredible. The lodge is well located for a trek into Sinharaja rainforest. Our guide was very knowledgeable, the trek is not something to miss!
great food and friendly staff
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and all your help. Everything here was perfect
There's was nothing not to like.
The owner is an amazing man. The staff is very friendly, polite and helped us a lot with advices and specific requests. Rooms are clean, beds large and comfortable. Some rooms have a jungle view. The morning view is exceptional. Good wi-fi coverage. A transfer is available for additional payment. The meal was traditional, but served as in restaurant. Brilliant quality and clean kitchen. Highly recommended.
