Сама по себе квартира хорошая, хозяин квартиры очень дружелюбный и всегда был на связи. Понравилось что полное доверие с его стороны, не брал ни залог ни денег вперед.

расположение не понравилось от слова совсем! Очень далеко от центра, рядом стройка и стройка, одни новостройки, гулять совсем негде(((( до центра на такси ехать минут 35, до аэропорта ночью ехали 40 минут.

Nice apartment with every thing you need . Easy process to get in . Supermarket down stairs that has a lot stuff . We was on motorcycles and there was secure parking as well . Washing machine as well . All the air con worked well . Would use again

Alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, keine bösen Überraschungen. Pool und Fitnessstudio großes Plus. Supermarkt mit im Gebäude. Saubere Unterkunft und bequeme Betten, ich komme gerne wieder!!!

Alles top! Das Einchecken verlief unkompliziert und uns wurde eine genaue Schritt für Schritt Anleitung gegeben, wie wir in das Apartment gelangen. Die Wohnung an sich ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber gewesen. Wir waren zufrieden und würden wiederkommen!

Phòng rộng rãi, thoải mái, các phòng đều có cửa sổ, phòng khách có ban công, phù hợp với gia đình đi xe ô tô, khách ở có thể bắt grab ra metro đi vào trung tâm TP rất tiện. Ăn uống xung quanh nhiều hàng quán, nhà mình ăn quán bánh xèo rất ngon.

Homestay quá nhiều đồ nên nhìn hơi bị chật và vướng, nên bỏ bớt những đồ ko cần thiết đi, để đồ mức cơ bản sẽ dễ kiểm đồ và khách dễ tìm hơn. Tối giản phòng sẽ sang hơn. Nhà tắm vách kính nhưng không có khăn chùi chân nên khi tắm bước ra là đi chân ướt khắp phòng. Home nên trang bị ga gối khăn tắm trắng loại chuẩn cho khách sạn thì sẽ lên điểm, ga gối home đang dùng là ga mầu chất liệu pha, và khăn tắm thì chất liệu rẻ tiền. Khu vực giặt phơi cũng nên loại bớt đồ cho rộng

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful apartment in Saigon and it was an amazing experience! The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. The location is perfect: centrally located, so you can easily access the city's main attractions. The apartment itself is very well equipped. It has everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a bathroom. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and there were no issues during our entire stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Saigon! Thank you for the fantastic stay, I will definitely be back!

Modernes, sehr sauberes Apartment mit schönem Blick in District 2. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, Check-in und Check-out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Waschmaschine, schnelles WLAN), sodass man sich auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt wie zu Hause fühlen kann. Das Apartment hat viele schöne kleine Details. Die Lage in Thu Thiem / District 2 ist ruhig und modern, mit Grab ist man schnell im Zentrum von Saigon. Im direkten Umfeld gibt einige Restaurants und Cafés. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – ich würde das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen bzw. jederzeit erneut buchen.

Top austattung, sauber, tolles arbeitszimmer

Großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Alle mit TV/Monitoren der modernsten Art. Vom Handy Filme auf den Fernseher streamen, funktionierte fantastisch. Für Gamer ist natürlich auch alles da. Großer Vorteil war und ist dass man mit dem Vermieter Deutsch kommunizieren kann. Außenpool und Gym habe ich auch gern genutzt.

Everything about this apartment was perfect! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was fantastic... close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out very smooth. The apartment had everything we needed ..comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, and thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a perfect stay!

My experience here was highly enjoyable, although short. The apartment was comfortable and also on a convenient place. The building boasts amenities, including a swimming pool ideal for relaxation, a well-equipped fitness center, and a small convenience supermarket on the ground floor that made picking up essentials a breeze.

The accommodation was amazing, I felt just like at home. Very cozy atmosphere, clean and well taken care of. I would definitely love to come back.

I truly enjoyed the high quality of all IT products, from the exceptional internet’s speed of one gigabit to Sony 65”smart TV and soundbar. The office space with its height adjustable desk and dual monitors made working a breeze. Very comfortable sofa and bed mattress quality made the time spent feel like at home.

Unfortunately and of no fault of the owner at this moment extensive construction is occurring at the intersection below which renders access at rush hour difficult. Once this is completed, this will be a fantastic location.

The place is great for family. Spacious, clean, and has everything for both kids and adults. Great owner, eqsy chrck-in/Check-out proceasa. FANTASTIC place

The apartment is really modern in its facilities with great TV’s setup in each room and comfortable beds. The apartment comes with a PS5 which was a nice bonus and the building had good facilities. There were also great supermarkets nearby. It was a great place to relax in. The owner was also very friendly, helpful and responsive.

It wasn’t the easiest building to walk anywhere from which wasn’t ideal as you cannot cross the interstate outside on foot. This meant had to take a car even to places not too far away. This was simple enough but it would have been nice to walk too. We had an issue with the fridge during our stay which meant we couldn’t use it reliably. The owner did their best to try to address the problem though.

I truly enjoyed my stay at CENTANA Thu Thiem Serviced Apartment! The apartment was impeccably clean and modernly furnished with a smart TV, a modern shower, and a newly equipped kitchen. The fitness room in the building was an added bonus as I like to stay fit even when traveling. The proximity to Thao Dien (10 minutes by Grab) and the walking distance to Highlands, Winmart, and street food stalls is super convenient. The owner was also extremely accommodating and responded promptly to all my questions. He also allowed me to pay in advance in Euros. The value for money is simply unbeatable. I can highly recommend this apartment and will gladly return (even for business trips),. Highly Recommended!
