Apartment Stella Chalet A-20-A-0

L’appartement est au calme juste à 2 min de la réception du Stella Resort, et à 5-10 min à pied du ponton pour faire du snorkeling sur un spot très agréable. La piscine privée est juste à côté. Victor, votre hôte, n’est pas qu’une personne qui vous accueille. C’est un homme adorable qui saura vous aider et vous aiguiller tout au long de votre séjour. Il m’a d’ailleurs rendu un énorme service ! (Thank you my friend 🙏) Pour les backpackers comme moi, l’endroit est idéal pour les spots de snorkeling tout en étant légèrement en retrait du complexe hôtelier.

Attention, prévoyez de faire quelques courses au Senzo Mall pour avoir tout ce qu’il faut dans votre réfrigérateur.

Das Chalet ist sehr groß und sehr bequem ausgestattet. Die Terrasse liegt im Schatten und das ist bei Hitze sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist groß und modern. WiFi ist sehr gut. Vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Pool, den man benutzen darf. Das Chalet liegt etwas abseits im Hotelkomplex Stella Beach Resort & Spa. Zum Strand durch den Hotelkomplex braucht man knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Auf dem Weg kommt man noch an kleinen Touristenshops vorbei, jedoch befindet sich dort kein Supermarkt für Lebensmittel. Der Strand ist sehr schön und gepflegt und über einen Steg kann man zum Hausriff gelangen zum Schwimmen oder Schnorcheln. Sehr schönes Riff! Insgesamt ist das Chalet sehr zu empfehlen. die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und dem Hauswart war sehr freundlich. Beide sind sehr hilfsbereit.

Die fehlende Möglichkeit zum Lebensmittel Einkauf in der Nähe.

Victor hat uns in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Auch für Fragen stand er jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Der einzige Punkt war, das wir im Hotel beim Essen nach einer Karte gefragt wurden, die wir nicht bekommen hatten. Aber das war kein großes Problem.

The Chalet was well-equipped — it had almost everything one might need for his stay. The furniture was in good condition, and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils. There were multiple swimming pools to enjoy, and the location was great — just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The owner was responsive to any issue we raised.

The shower drain wasn’t working properly, but I informed the owner, and he promised to fix it. Also, attending the night shows at Stella Hotel requires an additional payment, which was not clearly mentioned beforehand. Lastly, the kitchen was missing a microwave, which would have been helpful. Cleanliness can be better, especially since the Chalet is on the ground floor. Swimming pools need to be cleaned more.

I liked the location of the property, the chalet was very good and well equipment with everything you need the hotel facilities pools and the beach , Special thanks to Mr vector salah the host of the property was very helpful person and kind welling ti help all time

I didn’t like the connection was not good in the site

I called Victor upon arrival (Egyptian number, also has Whatsapp). He is the host's representative and met me at the hotel (I booked my own taxi, but Victor can meet you at the airport with his car if needed). He provided a key and explain everything. The host is in touch by booking messaging or WhatsApp as well.

Victor asked for an additional 30 EUR deposit in cash for water and electricity. Later, the host confirmed only 3 EUR per night. So I asked Victor to return the remaining money and he did it on the day of check-out.
