No clean , to noisy , to cold

Die Lage ist genial, man ist zw. 2 U-Bahn-Stationen, es gibt viele gute und bezahlbaren Restaurants in der Nähe (zu Fuss erreichbar), ein Café zum Frühstücken auch in der Nähe. Die Wohnung hat aber auch eine Küche, eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, usw... wir waren aber nur 3 1/2 Tage da und haben die Küche nicht benutzt... Aber in Theorie, hätte man auch dort direkt kochen können. Die Matratze war bequem, alles war sauber, der Checkin war unkompliziert. Wir waren nur zu 2. da, es gab auch ein (Mini)Schlafsofa... Keine Ahnung ob es bequem ist...

1. Das Bett quitscht bei JEDER BEWEGUNG: Es war richtig nervig, vor allem wenn man zu 2. drauf schläft und einen leichten Schlaf hat. Bitte, REPARIERT IHR DIESES BETT!!! 2. Man kommt in der Wohnung mit einer Code. Zum Rausgehen, dachten wir, die Tür schliesst einfach so... NEIN!!! Man muss unbedingt die Code wieder eingeben, sonst schliesst die Tür nicht – unbedingt dran denken, sonst bleibt die Wohnung offen...

We booked for 4 nights and they only gave us one big towel and 1 small towel each for 4 whole nights. When we wrote to them asking for additional towels they weren’t helpful at all and replied that this is what we get. The water wasn’t hot at all all we showered in lukewarm water while the weather was cold and the temperature was low

Near to city centre and easy to commute

So many ants in kitchen plus cleaner didn’t take dirty towels bed sheet from the previous stay , left by the door throughout my stay. No toilet rolls provided as well

Everything was great, a wonderful place to stay.

The location of the apartment was perfect. It was also very clean and supplied with everything that you need to live a full life. Mostly I liked the host who was very kind to meet us earlier than we had arranged beforehand. He also helped to order us a taxi which was a problem for that time of the day. I would definitely go there again next time I am in Milan. Highly recommend!

Extremely comfy and clean. Great location, close to Domo, quite and peaceful.

Lack of soap, dishwash detergent, no towels for kitchen (not even paper towels)

Apartment was close to the metro.

Accessing the property, like other reviews, was challenging. There is an entrance gate, then a building gate, both requiring keys, which one does not have on arrival. Then there is door code lock on the actual apartment door. We did not have this code on arrival. There was some confusion around access arrangements. On the booking form it states someone will meet you at property for access and to pay city tax. I received a link in a message (this was after Booking.com had informed me there was phishing on my account) from the host asking for me to pay city tax. I was reluctant to use this link to send money. I called the host numerous times as did my wife and they never answered. They kept telling me on message to pay the city tax or else I could not gain access. They also kept explaining the city tax and the reason for it (Doh) and threatened to refer me to the authorities. We wasted our valuable time resolving this. The host sent me a code for the door with instructions which explained how to open the door but not how to close it. We wasted more time leaving the apartment. The shower was powerful however the hot water did not last for two average showers. During the 2nd shower it went luke warm. This occurred every time we used it. The apartment was dirty (cleaning was superficial). The shower was blocked so one was stood in deep water when it was running. I had to remove the two metal plates to find and remove a load of hair clogging the pipe. Even after I removed this the water did not drain efficiently. The sink also was clogged and did not drain freely. I was unable to unblock as the blockage must have been deeper. Both need unclogging/unblocking with appropriate products. There was no washing up liquid, no cloth/sponge and no tea towel. What is the point of a kitchen without the basics! We therefore were unable to wash crockery.

Wonderful newly renovated fully equipped apartment centrally located. Comfortable bed, great central heating with hot power shower. Would stay there again.

All good just the locks for the building and apartment open using an online system which can be challenging. Took some time getting used to.
