Baia, salteaua foarte tare, zgomotul tramvaiului. Aer condiționat deschis pe timpul zilei si cu geamul deschis, desi nu era cald.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Blisko metra. Wygodne łóżko. Czysto w pokoju, personel bardzo miły.

It’s very dated and needs modernisation. Also, the breakfast wasn’t very nice. The filtered coffee was absolutely disgusting, so much so, we asked for fresh double espressos’s instead.

El hotel está mas o menos céntrico. Pero ni su servicio ni sus instalaciones se corresponden con un 4 estrellas, que es lo que se supone que estás pagando.

Hemos vuelto con bastantes picaduras, que quiero pensar que eran de mosquitos, aunque la habitación solo se abría para ventilar. Se lo hicimos saber y nos dijeron que se lo comunicaban al personal de limpieza, pero el problema no cesó.

L'accoglienza: avevamo già saldato il costo della camera al momento della prenotazione e il dipendente che era al banco ha preteso il pagamento immediato della tassa di soggiorno e del posto auto in garage, quasi temesse che scappassimo senza pagare! La camera, che aveva ancora la moquette e mobili vecchi. Bagno totalmente inadeguato con rubinetteria della vasca obsoleta e portasapone del lavandino rotto. Una sola presa elettrica sulla scrivania (nessuna vicino ai comodini), per cui abbiamo dovuto turnare per tenete sotto carica i due cellulari. Televisione malfunzionante, nonostante i due interventi richiesti. Colazione mediocre con prodotti di scarsa qualità. Insomma, quattro stelle del tutto immeritate alla modica cifra di oltre 300 euro al giorno.

Je ne comprends pas que cet hôtel est toujours en catégorie 4* ou alors c'est 4* mode 1980. Tout est vieux, tout a bcp vécu pour du 4*. Sdb, baignoire avec rideau de douche Chambre éclairée par néon etc Le petit déjeuner n'en parlons même pas, je joins quelques photos avec notamment photos des oeufs proposés et c'était la même chose tous les jours. Également quelques photos prises pour se rendre compte

The staff were excellent the reason for this was I left my mobile in my uber and the staff went out of their way to help me get it back. The Hotel was very nice and the Hotel was in easy walking distance to the centre.

Very disappointed with this hotel. I had booked it because I was travelling to Milan for the Bad Bunny concert, but accidentally booked the wrong date by one day. The hotel was sold out, and I completely understood that, but I wasn’t even asking for a refund I only wanted a credit to stay another time. The hotel sent me to Booking.com, while Booking.com said it was the hotel’s decision. In the end, I received absolutely no support or solution. Very poor customer service. If you have any issue with your reservation, don’t expect any flexibility or help. Extremely disappointing.

The hotel was impeccably clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was good — close to the center of Milan and many restaurants and stores in walking distance. The air conditioning was great.

Breakfast was ok but not up to a 4-star hotel level in most other places in Europe. The staff was great, but there were very options, and the quality of the food was lacking. The WiFi was terrible and could not maintain a solid signal within the room, making it very hard to have video meetings or calls via WiFi. Somehow, there were also mosquitos in the room each day, perhaps because of the cleaning staff opening the rooms for cleaning. Some of the practices are a little outdated (e.g., a heavy medallion key chain, requiring a physical card for a guaranty and the related ID theft risk instead of using Apple or Google Pay on a phone).

Frühstück war überschaubar… könnte etwas großzügiger sein - Spiegeleier gibt es nur bis ca 9:15 Uhr… werden nicht nachproduziert. Toaster ist in die Jahre gekommen - funktioniert nicht optimal. Brotauswahl ist sehr eingeschränkt

Bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück

Haare vom Vorgänger im Bad, junge Frau an Rezeption wollte Kurtaxe und Garage ein zweites Mal kassieren, obwohl bei Anreise bereits bezahlt. Für Frühstück wollte sie 10 Euro mehr als es eigentlich kostet. 30 -minütiges Streitgespräch wegen dieser Dinge. Braucht man nicht im Urlaub, ganz ehrlich.

Good location close to the city center and metro. It has an underground parking that costs 30€ per day. They also charge city tax 10€ per person.

Usufruito di tale struttura per una notte. Reception h24 Prenotazione effettuata mesi prima con formula paga in struttura; abbiamo avuto anche una richiesta extra che é stata prontamente accolta. Hotel provvisto di parcheggio sotterraneo ( a pagamento ) Abbiamo trovato la camera molto pulita ed in ordine; indubbiamente l'arredamento è datato (cosi come tutto l' hotel), la rubinetteria del bagno efficiente ma il soffione doccia andrebbe sostituito oppure quantomeno decalcarizzato; ma ciò che, secondo me, non è ammissibile per un 4 stelle è un letto matrimoniale composto da 2 materassi singoli. Al check out abbiamo trovato un receptionist disponibile e gentilissimo con il quale è stato in piacere scambiare 4 chiacchiere ( era la mattina del 27 agosto ) La struttura ci ha permesso di lasciare l'auto in garage dopo il check out mentre noi facevamo un giretto per le vie del centro Il duomo si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi in 10 min.

Un ragazzo è entrato in camera due volte, fortunatamente entrambe eravamo presenti, ma ci è preso un colpo! Non si entra nelle stanze, in reception giustamente non hanno potuto far altro che scusarsi, ma non è colpa loro

Posizione centrale, buon prezzo forse influenzato dal periodo (25 agosto)

Mancanza di una doccia (fatta nella vasca pericolosa l'entrata e l'uscita), mancano le prese di corrente vicino al letto, Non sono esposti la password della wifi ed il listino del frigobar (bottiglia 1/2 litro acqua costo € 3 comunicato solo alla reception tv non funzionante

Výhodná poloha na "žlutém" metru. V dosahu dobré restaurace. Klidné, pohodové místo.

Ottima posizione in centro a Milano vicina a fermata M3 e a mezzi di superficie, ottimo per muoversi a piedi in centro. Ho dormito una sola notte ma l'ho trovato molto confortevole .

Queda a dos estaciones del centro de Milán donde esta Duomo. Debes tomar metro. Baño un poco anticuado, falta remodelacion Desayuno normal, para ser un 4 estrellas

Location.Some very good restaurants within walking distance.Also, close to tram line & metro. Our only gripe was the huge cost of Milans city tax which added an additional €80 to our bill for a 4 night stay.Its €10 per person, per night. Not made aware of that before booking

The breakfast was really good. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The room is small but if you stay only to visit the city it is perfect for a short stay.

The bed was not the most comfortable for me. Maybe others like firm bed, but it is not really for me.

I liked the calm and pleasant atmosphere, the amenities, and the unobtrusive, friendly, and professional service. The location turned out to be not as close to the metro station as I had expected. The quiet neighborhood with nice shops and traditional restaurants, as well as the lack of huge crowds of tourists, are a big plus for the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and varied.

I can’t point to anything negative. Cleanliness, safety, comfort, and tranquility are all top-notch. The furnishings are not new, but they give the place a cozy and classy feel.

Konum merkeze çok yakın olmasa da yarım saatte yürüyebilirsiniz.

Resepsiyonda çalışan sarışın bir bayan vardı. Ztl bölgesi için bir plaka tanımlaması yapmamız gerekiyordu. Otele gelmeden önce sorduğumuzda resepsiyondan yardımcı olacaklarını belirttiler ama hanımefendi tuhaf bir tavır takındı. Müşteriler bekliyor dedi bizi bekletti. Biz müşteri değil miyiz.

L’emplacement était idéal pour tout visiter. Nous n’avons jamais utilisé le métro. À 15 minutes des canaux à 15 minutes du duomo. De plus il y a un parking ce qui n’est pas négligeable.

J’aurais aimé que ce soit écrit plus clairement qu’il fallait anticiper la venue en enregistre sa plaque d’immatriculation, afin de prendre l’autorisation d’entrer avec le véhicule en zone C pour se garer à l’hôtel. mais tout est rentré dans l’ordre.

Location is good, not far from the city center.

The whole night there was too much noise and I didn't sleep well. The room facilities are very old and look shabby. I think the 4 star rank is too high for this hotel.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The location is convenient, and my previous experience had been pleasant. Unfortunately, during this stay, I found a cockroach in the bathroom while taking a shower. I asked the hotel staff when the most recent pest-control treatment had been carried out, but no information was provided. From their responses, it appeared that they were not aware of the hotel’s pest-control procedures. This experience raised serious concerns for me about the property’s hygiene and sanitation standards. As a result, I would not feel comfortable staying here again or recommending the hotel to others.

Konumu çok merkeziydi. Otopark olması, tramvay durağının önünde olması, temizliğini çok beğendik.

Otopark ücreti çok fazla geldi bize (30€). Banyodaki perde kullanışlı değildi.

Не було капсул для кавової машини (забули покласти) але після того як я нагадав зробили еспресо у ресторані на першому поверсі, ложки для взуття також не було у номері.
