Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Apartment is very clean and with good facilities such as swimming pool, gym and game room. There is also a mini supermarket at the 6th floor, There is free parking available but we didn't need it. Instead we traveled about by Grab, which is easy to book. Appreciate it that Helian (Hostess) has provided very clear instructions via video and photos sent via WhatsApp on the check in process and retrieval of keys to apartment. She also response fast to our requests and feedback.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Check in process was smooth as just need to grab the keys from letter box. Clean and well maintained unit. Host instructions was clear. Even though location was outskirt, but it's still in the vicinity of Melaka town, 15-20 minutes drive depending on traffic situation. Good facilities: swimming pool, mini market and short waiting time of lift. Well lited parking facility also. Property was well guarded with security guards. Nice view of Malacca Straits from the unit.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025Everything from the time i booked the accommodation and spoke to the owner until we check-out was all exceptional. Nothing to complain. All queries was responded quickly and instructions to check-in and check-out was so easy. There was even a kids pool table and my kids enjoyed it very much as it kept them occupied whenever we were at the homestay. Nice seaview from the homestay and nice pool which the kids enjoyed. Also, based on some of the reviews (for the same building but for different homestay units managed by others/ agents) mentioned that the waiting time was 30 to 45min to use the lift during peak hours i.e during check-in hours as well as need to park far from lift and walk. Since, my wife and I was travelling with 2 kids and 2 elderly people, we requested for early check-in to avoid waiting long, as well as parking lot near the lifts, to which the owner understood and agreed. The other major plus point was the unit had its own WiFi unit hence no issues with Internet connection unlike most of the homestay/hotels where you might have issues with internet connection. We were able to work while the kids was watching movies and our moms using their phones. Overall, we would definitely book this homestay if we ever plan to come and stay in Melaka again.
