The host’s behavior was very unethical and unfair. We were charged an additional amount from our deposit for a glass that we did not break. I tried to explain that the glass was already broken when we arrived, but unfortunately, the host showed no understanding and still deducted an amount from our deposit that was several times the actual value of the glass. The issue is not about the small amount of money. It is about fairness and honesty. We should not be charged for something we did not do. I found this treatment completely unfair, especially over such a simple matter. In addition, the kitchen equipment was insufficient and quite old, which made it difficult to use the kitchen comfortably. I would not recommend this host based on this experience.

We had a wonderful 3-day vacation and stayed at Amber Cove Premium Suite. We were truly satisfied with our apartment. It was very clean, neat, and well-maintained. The facilities were excellent and very convenient, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Whenever we visit, this will definitely be our preferred place to stay. Once again, we had a lovely and relaxing vacation here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, neat, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment. We will definitely be back!

The check in and check out was hassle free, the guards were really helpful too. As for the room, for a weekend stay, it's really comfortable! The charging ports are all placed in such a convenient place. They also provide free coffee (nespresso with coffee pods) which was a nice touch. Got fridge, induction cooker, and microwave which was useful if you wanna eat in the room.

There's no complaint for the room honestly, this is not within their control but the lift wait time during check out time was long since everyone checked out around the same time. For the location, it might be a bit hard if you're not driving since the place is in a newly developed area so there's nothing much around

Everything. 1) aircond tak rasa sejuk langsung walaupun buka suhu smpai 17 (living room and master bedroom) 2) syiling kipas (sgt slow walaupun dah buka smpai 5 speed), 3) dalam gmbr ada tnjuk washer machine tpi tipu takda pun washer. 4) Wire hair dryer dan iron bnyk terbuka hnya lilit2 dgn tape hitam (senang dapat shock elektrik) 5) tong sampah memg provide 1 je dkt kicthen. 6) Netflix katanya ada( tapi xda provide siap2). 7) paip tandas tlmpau panjg di tandas luar. 8) hujan kuat air masuk dalam rumah smpai lantai banjir area tingkap kalau x perasan memg mudah jatuh. 9) minta deposit smpai 200 lagipula lmbt refund lebih drp 24 jam (first time kena deposit smpai 200 dan lmbt refund). 10) harga tmasuk tax x berbaloi stay dgn masalah2 yang ada ni. 11) layanan staff sgt poor malas nk balas text kita bila masej. 12) tuala mndi provide memg kotor siap ad kesan serangga kecil 13) rumah kotor tandas kotor. Atas lantai dgn table siap ada taik cicak lagi. Memg percutian nk berehat selesa dalam rumah ni memg teruk. Memburukkan nama Amber Cove padahal sblum ni duduk under management lain baik je. Minta maaf sgt. Tolong la jgn tipu customer mcm ni.

I am satisfied with LuxPro services and the apartment unit, they are very responsive and helpful.

the building management is a bit messy during check-in hour. The visitor car park allocation and parking lot are confusing, they should put bigger sign at the temporary visitor parking zone.

The wall having insects(Plaster Bagworms) feels uncomfortable.

Swimming pool was not well maintained. And if u do check in, make sure everything is in good condition. If there is any damaged for plates,broken chair or anything,just inform them,give them evidence. If not they will deduct from your security deposit. Do check everything.

Very clean easy to check-in and park. Parking near the lift and just go straight up to the apartment Got microwave if you tapao food and all rooms and hall had air-conditioning. Very big plus

Access card to parking not function, aircond in master bedroom not cold, water in the living bathroom got bad smell, heater no function in master bedroom bathroom.

1.Only has 1 small dustbin in the house.It is recommended to have more in the toilet n rooms 2.Should have dressing table with mirror in each room in order for us to get dressed

Komunikasi dgn security agak bermaslah...tapi security sangat baik dan membantu...maybe sebab first time...maybe next time jika sewa lagi dah faham....

*** False Amenities & Poor Resolution: I want to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent 3-night stay at Amber Cove. 1. Misrepresented Amenities: The property was listed with a washing machine, which was an essential amenity for my family. Upon arrival, we discovered the unit did not have one. This caused significant inconvenience, forcing us to purchase extra clothing and spend valuable vacation time hand-washing items, expecially during this humid and hot weather, which required us to change outfit more often. 2. No Meaningful Solution During Stay: When I informed management, they did not offer to move us to another unit that had a washing machine. Instead, they offer to recommend a nearby laundry service—which was not a practical solution for my family, nor what I had paid for. 3. Unreasonable Response: When I followed up regarding compensation, their response was that next time I should request for the amenity. This is completely unreasonable. An amenity listed on the booking platform should not require a special request. The listing must be accurate. I requested a partial refund to reflect the missing essential amenity. I expect the host to take responsibility for their inaccurate listing and provide appropriate compensation for this stay. They offered 15% discount which duplicated with booking.com discount I've already enjoyed hence a big disappointment.
