Nabeel Homes - Seaview Building - 3 Units in Gleem

The location was very nice, amazing view , the place was large enough , there is coffee machine and toaster in the kitchen , the staff was very good, friendly and efficient , they keep contacting and ask to help if we need anything.

The place smell was bad, bed sheets wasn't clean even I contact Nabeel homes and they was changed at once, but they still not clean enough also they were old and need to be changed , the beds and pellows in the small room was not comfortable the toilet and other places need maintenance.

Good view at the balcony, the manager is responsive.

It can be really noisy at weekend evening. The entrance is a bit difficult to find. We arrived in the evening and the floor was dark, you need to press the light switch every 3 minutes. One of the heaters in our room was broken.

1. Locating the building was not easy (no clear signage for the building), even the Uber driver got frustrated and was about to drop us off on a random street. 2. The building was under construction, therefore the lifts did not appear safe and took too long to move from one floor to the next. 3. The hallway was dark and as mentioned still under construction. It looked like you are entering a dungeon. Just a very scary and uncomfortable situation. 4. No Light at the entrance to the apartment, so it was difficult to login to the door code without using the phone flashlight. 5. The photos of the apartment from the booking.com site were very different from the actual photos of the place (The furniture was different with some furniture advertised like the swinging chair not even there, the seat which was there appeared old. The angles take of the home seemed to make the apartment appear brighter (well light and modern) compared to the actual apartment. 6. Security seemed sketchy since the balcony had scaffolding structure right outside which could mean easy assess to people into the apartment through the balcony. This presence of the scaffolding structure also blocked the view to the ocean. Not to mention the mess of the constuction material at the balcony. 7. There was no WIFI in the entire building complex and for some reason even the mobile data was blocked so we could not even use our personal mobile data to work, call an uber or browse the internet for anything. My family and I were horrified by the whole expereince and we checked out in less than 20 minutes after arrival and were willing to lose the money paid for the apartment for out general safety and comfort and we checked into a hotel. The owners of this premises wanted to move us to a "better" location but that whole first impression we got of this apartment had discouraged us, and we did not want to waste any more time trying to sample these other said "better" apartments.

تصميم المنزل والنظافة والفرش جيد جدا

الازعاج وكانني نائم في الشارع اصوات الناس والسيارات داخل المنزل . كان من الافضل وضع نوافذ عازلة للصوت . السعر للشقة مرتفع جدا جدا . لو اني اعلم ان الازعاج سوف يكون بهذا الشكل . كان لدي خيار الفورسيزون او فندق اخر 5 نجوم وبسعر اقل لان السعر خارج الموسم . مع الاسف شقة جميلة مع ازعاج كامل . لا انصح احد بها اذا كان يهتم بالهدوء عند النوم . 3 ايام لم انم ساعة او ساعتين فقط يوميا . والسعر مبالغ جدا به خارج الموسم . تقيمي لها ليس اكثر من 2000 جنيه باليوم او 40 دولار بالموسم وليس خارج الموسم لكن بشرط تعديل النوافذ لكاتم صوت . خسرت المال والراحة .

This apartment was everything it promised to be and we loved our stay. The area is super vibe and made us feel like real Alexandrians. Communication with our host Nabeel and Ebtihal super-efficient and pleasant. A great experience overall.

The price considered relatively high

Honestly, the apartment is amazing . Eng Nabeel cared about every small details. Starting from the decoration which gives you relaxation vibes. The kitchen has two coffee machines Nespresso and Delonghi, I never saw this specially that i am coffee addicted . This is a plus for the property. The view is amazing . Even Mr Nabeel keep a netflix account open for the guest which is amazing. The check in process was really easy. The A/C conditions are amazing . Highly recommended to stay in . The ground coffee was not there, Mr Nabeel did order by himself from Talabat to replenish the coffee. These small details made me and my family so happy . To highlight as well, the quality of the shampoo, body wash and hand soap is really good. Definitely coming back for longer period .

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend break in the apartment which is very tasteful furnished and decorated. The location is ideal for exploring Alexandria and the apartment has excellent views of the Mediterranean from both the reception area and balcony.

The apartment is on the second floor of the building just above the corniche with the result that the nonstop noise of the traffic below is not conducive to a good night’s sleep.

Clean Nice and spacious

Clean, amazing decor, location, and staff. It was everything we hoped for. Management was very professional yet very friendly and accommodating. Certainly I will be coming back with my family.

It was very easy to get inside the apartment with the door code. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, nicely furnished.

At the reception, we were asked to give our passports, which was not in the instructions and therefore worried us. One of the bedrooms is silent, the other one is a bit noisy because of the 6 lane road closeby. Construction works in the building are very loud during the day (9am-4pm) unfortunately.

The internal decoration of the house is awesome. The location is very near to the beach and everything. Gleem bay is the hot spot in Alex. The food is everywhere, delicious and cheap. Traffic just under you but they has sound proof glass. There is small misunderstading earlier but Mr. Nabeel is very responsible person. He personally came to meet us to settle everything.

The construction really border me.

The apartment was neat and super clean and the location is amazing. Also, the owner was super helpful, reachable, and aware of the facilities around the apartment (he guided us to a good parking slot nearby the apartment)

There was a renovation in the building where there was a noise in the early morning starting from 8 AM.

Everything was perfect, the place was stunning, super clean with everything you could need In addition to that is the host himself, Nabeel was very responsive and helpful with anything related to your stay in Alexanderia even recommending a places not to miss

The apartment is stunning and the owner nabeal is very sweet and helpful. I stayed with my mam and we both enjoyed our stay in alexandaria. It was very clean, the furniture is new and the view on the beach is stunning. I would recommend it for sure.

There was some construction work outside the apartment but they usually start late in the morning when we are about to leave the apt.

The glass panorama needs to be fixed , the air flow was super strong and need a mainatice.

The window was very dirty. When i reported this, She want to clean up afterwards… Under us/ next to us a big renovation. Very loud. It was a big disappointment . Anyway the apartment is nice and clean.

Lovely decor, amenities, and location. Parking is easy and nearby to the apartment, getting into the apartment is convenient. Very close to great attractions like the jewelery museum, the Alexandria library, and great food.

Alexandria is an old city with old building facades on the waterfront, try not to be put off at first glance things turn out pretty well there with patience.

Awesome location, beautiful apartment.. close to one of the best shawarma places, and all the restaurants are literally a 2-3 minute walk. Very good location, instructions for the apartment were very clear and was in great condition
