Reviewed Aug 21, 2026The apartment was very clean & comfortable, with a really nice sea view, situated in an excellent location in Alexandria, with restaurants, shops, supermarkets nearby (also quite close, by car, to the major touristic spots in the city). Also, the photos do it justice, we found it exactly as shown online. Mr. Mahmoud, the host, was very kind, welcoming, responsive and available to help in case of anything. He was also very flexible with the check-in and check-out hours (we had an early morning check-out time).
For me, personally, the only downside was that during the night it was a bit noisy due to the traffic outside. Perhaps a better insulation for the windows would be helpful for light sleepers like me.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026الفيو علي الكورنيش مرضي وصاحب الشقة شخص راقي وإجتماعي ويتابع كل شئ بنفسه ، ويحاول بذل قصاري جهده ، ولكن ذلك لا يعوض عن النقص في طاقم الفندقة ، وخصوصا" أن البناية مشتركة.
البلكونة صغيرة وضوضاء السيارات تحرمك من الإستمتاع بالجلوس في البلكونة ، والدخول والخروج للجراج ومدخل البناية بالشارع الجانبي تحتاج لسائق محترف ، والطرقة الموصلة للشقة مظلمة ويجب الوصول إلي مفتاح الإضاءة في الليل. الرحلة جيدة بدون نزول للبحر ، لأن الشواطئ غير مناسبة ، وهذا خارج عن إرادة مكان الإقامة.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026استقبال المستشار محمود كان رائعا و ودودا شرح لنا كل إمكانيات المكان و نظام النظافة و التعقيم المتبع و وفر لنا كل ما نحتاجه خلال فترة الإقامة أيضا وفر لنا خدمة الجراج الخاص بالبرج . الشقة كانت أكثر من ممتازة موقعها علي البحر مباشرة و مساحتها الواسعة و الاثاث ممتاز و معتني به جيدا و النظافة كانت علي مستوي عالي . بشكل عام كانت تجربة ممتازة وأكيد بنكرر الحجز معه بإذن الله.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Ο οικοδεσπότης μας περίμενε κ μας υποδέχτηκε παρόλο τη δύσκολη ώρα άφιξής μας, 4 το πρωί. Ήταν εξαιρετικός στην επικοινωνία καθώς και στην εξυπηρέτηση. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ άνετο και καθαρό στους χώρους του. Βρίσκεται δίπλα στον παραλιακό δρόμο της πόλης.
Επειδή είναι λίγο παλιό το διαμέρισμα μύριζε λίγο "κλεισούρα".

The location is a big advantage as well. The apartment has a stunning view and is very close to Gleem Bay, with all services, cafes, and restaurants just a short distance away. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025It was a last minute booking after cancelling my stay ag a five stars hotel, however i didn’t surprise the host as everything was ready to give us a non forgettable stay. The host is a very decent gentleman, flat is so clean, facilities are excellent, building has security 24/7, view is amazing and the location is genius. Definitely will come back and sure prefer it than any 5 stars hotel
Nothing about the flat but everything have a price, front sea view building on the main road in Alexandria so cars are always around but the windows got good sound isolation

The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay The host was incredibly kind, flexible, and responsive, which made the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. The location was perfect, peaceful, relaxing, and the sea view was just breathtaking. There were only 2 bath towels available the 1st night (we were a group of 6). This was rectified the next day. The TV was not working for the duration of our stay.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2025Location was in great area close to numerous restaurants with great variété. Rooms were spacious and the host was very personal and attentive to our arrival.
Everything was fine as our stay was only one night. Suggestion would be to possibly add a mlcrowave for the unit.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2024Everything Host Mr Mahmoud is a gentleman and he insisted to welcome me in person late at night Great apartment with everything you may need Location is best at San Stefano, gleem bay Many many restaurants and cafés within walking distance Pedestrian under tunnel to cross to the Corniche within 1 minute Gleem Bay cafés is a great place to walk Balcony view is amazing Housekeeping staff Marwa and Muna are polite, respectful and understand what is excellence in customer service Fridge, stove, kettle, laundry machine, complimentary 1.5 L water bottle All utensils you need and cooking pots....... Huge bed, comfy pillows and mattress, extra blankets Dining table, big sofa set. Hot water available always for showering and plenty of towels

Reviewed Nov 18, 2024Mr mahmoud is a very kind man.that’s clean. I had put my money in front of the TV, I knew nothing would happen to it. It was very safe. The guard there was also a very good person. I wish Mahmoud success. He was really a gentleman.
In the cold days of the year, it may be a bit cold for playful children who don't keep a blanket on them. But it is good for adults. In addition, some of the facade of the building is not interesting. Of course, the whole city of Alexandria, the appearance of the buildings is not interesting.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2024The flats are super clean and all the facilities are in good working conditions. The location is ideal and the view is the mesmerizing Gleem bay on the beach. The flat has everything you will need. I stayed with my family and they all enjoyed their time. The host Mr. Mahmoud will always be there for you and he will make sure you are completely satisfied and comfortable. I highly recommend this property for everyone

Reviewed Jul 18, 2024Everything was spot on location is great gleem bay is a happening place in Alex shops are open till 2 midnight especially the host Mr Mahmood is very nice and supportive check in was so smooth the building is a bit old but in alex sea facing properties are same like this but as soon as u step in to the property u feel like home I am definitely choosing this for my next trip

The host Mr. Mahmoud was incredibly professional and accommodating. His warm hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of this apartment is its prime location. Situated close to all major attractions. We were just a short walk away from Gleem bay, San Stefano mall, Stanley bridge and beaches. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed place to stay in Alexandria.
