اقامه جميله ،،مدينه الاسكندريه جميله وموقع الشقه رائع مطل على البحر مباشره والشقه نظيفه ومرتب ،،،ومكيفه وتحتوي على كل الاحتياجات ،،وذوق عالي جدا ،انصح بالسكن فيها ،،،، و

لكن يوجد عيب بسيط جدا الشيك ان (الدخول)متأخر الساعه 3 عصرا ،،،،والشيك اوت بدري جدا الساعه 11 ص ،،،اتمنى من مالك الشقه يعدل هذا في القادم مثل انظمه الفنادق والشقق الأخرى، ،شكرا له

الصور مختلفه تماما عن الواقع. لم تعجبنى الاقامه الاسعار مقابل الخدمه مبالغ فيها تماما

Apartment is very old. All beds mattresses are old and uncomfortable.

It is not our first time at Nabeel Homes property, the team are always friendly and attentive. The apartments are clean with a beautiful view to the sea.

Bathroom haven’t exhaust fan , no key for rooms’s door ,no dedicated parking and TV channels very poor

المكان عباره عن شقه في عماره وليس فندق دخول ذكي وجود كل اغراض المطبخ تسجيل دخول بسيط وسريع وصولي كان وقت صلاة الجمعه مع ذلك البواب كان موجود المسؤول عن الشقه يتطمن على راحة النزيل بالواتس اب باستمرار وهذا شي جميل وجود حارس للعماره

عدم وجود قفل للباب ارجو اصلاحه لاهميته لراحة النزيل يعني ممكن اي شخص يعرف رقم السري للدخول يدخل مدخل العماره غير واضح

Everything went well.we loved the condo and reality is exactly matching the pictures

Great location, clean and comfortable apartment. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Only a few minor improvements could make it even better, such as some maintenance in the kitchen cabinets, slight air leakage from the windows, and the heating in the living room AC could be improved. Nothing major.

الدوش يحتاج صيانة، الحمامات تحتاج صيانة، الكهرباء في غرفة المعيشة تحتاج عمل (الأباريز لا تحتمل أجهزة التدفئة) تفصل الكهرباء باستمرار بسببها الأبواب والشبابيك تسرب ريح ومياه أمطار

Well located, clean and cute. Host is very helpful and responds quickly.

Only thing is that it’s a little tough for uber drivers to find. But only a minor problem. Most were ok

Das Appartement hatte alles, was es braucht, war sehr sauber und konfortabel! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es ohne Vorbehalt! Auch der Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat sich perfekt um unsere Fragen gekümmert.

Es war zur jeder Zeit viel los auf den Strassen, das hat aber nichts mit dem Appartement an sich zu tun und wussten wir bereits vorher. Darum was das Appartement betrifft, gab es keine Beanstandung.

The best rental apartments in Alexandria ! Self check-in, the flexibility of the owner, the modern feel and the wonderful view overlooking the sea.

The couches were not clean unfortunately. The housekeeping knocking at your door at 10:45 to have you leave before 11am as if punctuality is not our thing. I still think check-in at 3pm and check out between 10 and 11am is too early compared to many apartments and hotels in Egypt-worldwide.

احنا عيلة سعوديه جينا يومين نزور الإسكندرية وحجزنا بشقة استاذ نبيل، صاحب العمارة م قصر معنا يوم طلبناه ارسل لنا احد وأشهد له بحسن الخلق والشقة متوفر فيها كل شيء وحتى حارس العمارة م قصر معنا وساعدنا.

شكل العمارة من برا جدااااا قديييممم حتى شكينا انها هي، ازعاااج م قدرنا ننام مافي عوازل صوت، الباب يتقفل برمز والدقارة (القفل) اشك بأمانه، صراحة م ارتحت بالشقة صح ان الأثاث جديد لكن الفراش كان وسخ المناشف وسخة والحمام وانتوا بكرامة، يعني فعلا السعر كان مبالغ فيها بالنسبة للي شفته 1400ريال يعني 374$ توقعت اني بسكن بشقة انظف بكثثثييررر وأمن بكثير والصدق انا واهلي طلعنا متضايقين لكن م انكر الحق ينقال: صاحب الشقة والحارس م قصروا معنا الصدق وجزاهم الله خير.

The location is excellent. Ms Ebtihal was very helpful and quickly responded to any queries. The facilities in the flat was very good.

The beds were uncomfortable, the flat was not as clean as expected to be, we had to clean it and kill the insects which were in the bathroom and the living area. The bed linen were old and thankfully we brought our own linen. The sofas were old and dirty. The building is old especially the lift but I realised that most of buildings close to the cornish area are old

Everything could not have been more perfect, the view is stunning, the finishing of the apartment is beautiful. It really did just feel like a home away from home. We will definitely be back again, thanks Nabeel!

We were shocked by this apartment.  We read the reviews before renting; some bad stories but forgivable. What we experienced was the building interior was under construction, with dust and dirt everywhere, elevator in and out of operation, construction dust in the air. The apartment itself seemed neglected. Broken toilet seat, sewage smell, dirty carpets (tracking in dust from the construction), dirty furniture and lightbulbs not functioning.  When we reached out to the owner about our concerns he acknowledged that he knew about the construction and refused to refund the remainder of our reservation.  If we had known about the construction ahead of time we would have chosen to stay elsewhere.  On a limited complaint, the owner did offer to relocate us to one of his other apartments. Given the condition of this property we didn't have faith that the others offered would be any better. Overall, such a poor representation of Alexandria that left us feeling cheated.

The wifi (internet connection) is not good. I would also recommend having entertainment options with the smart TV.

The flat was clean, comfy and equipped with what is needed. We enjoyed our stay A plus, many thanks to Nour to his immediate and proper respond to inquiries

The communication, check in and out were very easy, the view is very nice and furniture was good and clean, beds were enough we r family of 5...overall very good experience but require some improvements

The kitchen had a bad smell and coffee machine wasn't clean and full of used pods ...despite closing all windows we could hear the noise from outside which was a bit disturbing for light sleeper

The apartment is really beautiful and well equipped, everything was there what we needed. Also, the location is good, near to the beaches, with a beautiful view.

There were some blackouts for some minutes, and in the apartment there were some bad smell, mostly from the couches.

The apartment was very clean,location was amazing and the a special thanks to Mr.Nabil and Mr. Nour who made our stay special and they were very responsive and helpful . Thank you very much would definitely come again.

Location was great. The apartment was spacious and beautiful. The host was also very accommodating and super helpful.

The white lightsin the living room are not really cozy, would be great to have white warm lights and maybe some standing lamps to be able to turn off the ceiling lamps. The noise from the street was unbearable. Also would be nice to have better isolation windows.

The place is neat with modern furniture, high-end appliances and amazing decorations. Add that to the amazing location with the sea view. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 young lads and all were happy during our 2 days stay!

Just being picky here, yet the shower heads were a bit clogged an may need a small fix. TBH we didn't complain about it to the host although they were very kind to us.

Building seem to be dated, corridor are not that clean Friendly and helping security staff Last but not the least, Nabeel who was there just a message away. It got bit cold and he was quick to arrange heater for us. Thanks a ton.

Nothing much. Maybe the Wifi service was below average. Also the park only allows one car per condo, so if you're a big family or a group of friends with many cars, only one will be granted access to the park.

Everything is excellent. Usually I don't look for rental apartments and look for hotels, but this apartment changed my opinion about hotel apartments. The view is beautiful and the owner is extremely professional.

The apartment is great. It's much better than in the pictures. It has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, a very nice hall, etc.

The greatest problem, a huge problem is a noise from the road. The windows and balcony doors are not being closed well and it makes the noise even worse.

Old furniture in bedrooms. The electrical lock for the main door is keyless so when the power is down, the door lock stops working. In our first day there We left the morning came back at 2 pm found the main door is unlocked by itself due to cut off the power daily in all the district around from 11 am to 1 pm

First, it was true to the photos and spotless, not a single issue when it came to the cleanliness of the place. They accommodated to our early check-in, and provided an amazing list of sites, restaurants, beaches and other things to do in Alexandria. The view from the balcony, by itself, is worth staying there and the furniture was well kept and comfortable. I cannot stress enough how amazing the place was and comfortable, felt like the perfect combination between staying at a 5 star hotel and feeling the comfortable vibes of home! Again thank you so much, can’t wait to come again! 🥰😊

Nabeel is a superb host and takes hospitality to another level. The place was exceptionally clean and the bed sheets were very fresh. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and recommended perfect spots for us to explore nearby. Excellent host and a beautiful condo.

Mattresses could be a bit improved.

We loved the attentive/responsive host, central location (about 10min Uber/taxi from the train station), close proximity to eateries and shopping, and the sun rays that filled the apartment. This was an easy day trip from Cairo- especially as the host graciously helped us navigate transportation!

Amazing view, Clean, nice furniture, all facilities available, and also the Nespresso coffee machine was great.
