MOD 15 City Centre

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Κοντά στο κέντρο. Άνετο. Καθαρό. Κατάλληλο για οικογένεια. Ο ιδιοκτήτης εξυπηρετικός και κατατοπιστικός (ακόμη και για το θέμα του parking). Η επικοινωνία ήταν με μηνύματα, αλλά δεν υπήρξε καμμιά δυσκολία. Η κοπέλα που γνωρίσαμε (νομίζω Λαμπρινή) ήταν ευγενέστατη και βοηθητική σε ότι ρωτήσαμε.

Δεν υπήρξε κάτι αρνητικό.

Nuova e moderna struttura a due passi dal centro città, in una via tranquilla lontano dai rumori. Self check in, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario compresa lavatrice. La struttura è dotata di angolo con vasca idromassaggio all’aperto e lettini a disposizione di alcune camere. Consiglio di prenotare queste allo stesso prezzo.

Very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped apartment with everything we needed. The location is absolutely amazing – very close to the city center, yet quiet, as the apartment is located on a small street away from the main road. Although parking is not included with the apartment, we were able to park our car easily at a nearby parking area. The host was very helpful and gave us lots of useful advice regarding our stay, including recommendations for parking, restaurants, and more. Communication with him was very easy, and he was always available to answer any questions we had. A big advantage was the attention to small details and the little things provided by the host that you often need when staying away from home – such as salt, pepper, coffee, sugar and other essentials. It was a very nice and helpful! Thank you for the amazing stay!

L'appartement est situé très proche des ruines de l'ancienne ville et du port la situation est exceptionnelle. L'appartement est également magnifique, moderne élégant.

Locatia este aproape de magazine, restaurante, plaja municipala, lac etc. Gazda este orientata catre client, dar in același timp si foarte discreta. Parcare gratuita recomandata a fost la o strada distanta.

Nu am ceva de reproșat.

Perfetto! Centrale ma non in mezzo al caos , nuovo pulito moderno curato e miglior materasso di tutto il viaggio. In più lavatrice e stendino, aria condizionata e self check in

Le logement est très bien situé, en plein centre d’Agios Nikolaos, idéal pour se déplacer car proche de toutes les commodités. Il y a un parking gratuit à 2min à pied. La literie est très confortable et l’appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et bien équipé (climatisation, four, lave linge, grand frigo, Tv, wifi etc...). Nous recommandons à 100%

Fantastisk beliggenhed, tæt på by og strand. Flot og moderne lejlighed. Gode senge. Lejligheden havde alt hvad vi havde brug for.

Très bien situé et cadre très moderne. La présence d'une machine à laver le linge a été très utile. On a aussi beaucoup apprécié le jacuzzi privatif extérieur et plus généralement la terrasse.

Tout était parfait, l'emplacement, le logement, la propreté.

Le manque de micro-ondes mais ça n'enlève en rien la qualité du logement.

La struttura è perfetta e la piccola piscina esterna è davvero un valore aggiunto. Condizionatori in tutte le stanze ed attrezzate di tutto. In pieno centro. Consigliatissima

Établissement bien situé et bien entretenue

The apartment was on a lovely quiet street, away from the noise of the busy town. Access was easy via the code provided by the host. Communication with the host worked perfectly.The apartment had everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay and was spotlessly clean throughout. It was very spacious and would be ideal for a family as there are no stairs with everything being on the ground floor. Everything worked perfectly. It was just a short walk to the main harbour area although there were bars and restaurants in the nearby streets. The beds were beautifully comfortable and the bathroom perfect. This apartment provides an ideal place to stay in Agios Nikolaos.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like. It was ideal for our stay.

Locatie is top , alles is aanwezig in het appartement van theedoek, shampoo tot olie en koffie enz. Leuk ingericht en een heerlijk bed met goede kussens. Zeer schoon appartement en waterdruk van de douche is top. Communicatie verliep heel soepel . Parkeren kan in de straat of parkeerterrein in de buurt.

Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικότατος. Μας έλυσε οποιαδήποτε απορία μας δημιουργήθηκε, το διαμέρισμα φαινόταν ότι ήταν καινούριο, ανακαινισμένο, καθαρότατο και δε μας έλειψε τίποτε. Δεν ξέρουμε αν θα ξαναπάμε διότι είμαστε από μακριά (Καβάλα και Θάσο), αλλά σίγουρα θα το συστήσουμε σε όποιον πάει κατά εκείνα τα μέρη.

Δε μπορώ να σκεφτώ τι θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο.

Quiet location but close to the centre and the port.

Ηταν ενα προσεγμενο διαμερισμα, καθαρο, ωραια διακοσμημενο με οτιδηποτε χρειαζεσαι για μια ανετη διαμονη. Πολυ εξυπηρετικος ο ιδιοκτητης και σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσια. Η κουζινα ηταν πληρως εξοπλισμενη για να ετοιμασεις το πρωινο ή γευματα. Στο μπανιο υπηρχαν ειδη προσωπικης υγιεινης κατι που διευκολυνει πολυ. Ευχαριστουμε για την υπεροχη διαμονη.

It’s a great apartment and in the most convenient location to get everywhere quickly. The host is extremely helpful and the beds are super comfy. This is not my first stay here and I will be coming again. I have learned I don’t need sea views cause I’m out all the time. I just need a comfy nice place to sleep!

It was nice and clean. In perfect location. Easy to park on public streets. If you park you do not need to move the car, all are at sort distances to that point. The room have everything you need to live on, from plastic baby cups and spoons to cloths wash machine. The bedrooms have a lot of space to move. We was there with a 10 months old baby, with a LOT of items and baggages. About the owners, we did our job with just a talk, perfect to communicate with, all info and help at ones. It was a good place to live, thats all.

The location is excellent and the host was extremely helpful and welcoming. I had the best sleep! Will definitely be staying again soon.

Tout , il est juste parfait , confort , il est parfaitement équipé, une salle de bain ultra grande avec tout l équipement et en pleins centre , à deux pas des restaurants et du centre ville , on recupere les clés facile et l hôte nous explique tout avant . Rien à dire juste parfait 🙏

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και άνετο σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει κάθε στιγμή. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε!

Πολύ προσεγμένο και ομορφο διαμέρισμα. Η οικοδέσποινα ευγενέστατη και πολύ άμεση στην επικοινωνία.

Korter oli väga hubane ning puhas. Kõik vajalik oli olemas. Sõbralik ja vastutulelik majutaja. Samuti hea asukoht.

Beautiful, clean and feels as new. Manos is quick to respond to questions through Whatsapp.

All good really. Just missing some ‘welcome’ info on a sheet. Manos is going to take care of that.

Η πισίνα ειναι μικρή.

Ο χώρος ήταν τέλειος ευρύχωρο,καθαρό, δίπλα στο κέντρο της πολης.Η τιμη πολυ καλη.Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενεστατος.Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για ξενοιαστες διακοπες.

This property is all about the location = It is ideally located just up from the main square. Perfect for 2 couples. Parking on the street is scarce = however there is a large FREE municipal parking lot located about 5 blocks away to the South East. We always found a spot here. Very comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the bathroom. An amazing inexpensive restaurant on the corner 1 minute away run by some lovely ladies = opens at 1 p.m. for lunch and dinner.

The front door opens to a small common courtyard shared by other apartments = no privacy when other tenants are eating outside. We found it quite hot and stuffy = and we couldn't leave the windows open because of a large constantly barking dog on the proper next door = so we had to keep all the windows closed and use the air conditioner. Nice kitchen but lacking many basic accoutrements.

Ένα απίστευτο διαμέρισμα (ιδικά για τα λεφτά που δώσαμε). Τεράστιο με πλήρη κουζίνα, άνετα κρεβάτια, ωραίο μπάνιο. Ένα από τα καλύτερα διαμερίσματα που έχουμε μείνει. Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά σίγουρα για να μείνουμε περισσότερες μέρες.

Absolutamente todo. Super bien ubicado, decorado con mucho gusto, todo nuevo. Con todas las comodidades, secador de pelo, lavadora… Una pena haber pasado solo una noche allí

Amplasarea apartamentului, aproape de plaje, de centru, de marină. Apartamentul este mare, bine echipat și frumos.

Greu de găsit loc de parcare pe străduța îngustă dar se pot găsi în apropiere.

We were only here for one night but I wish we could have stayed longer! It’s such a lovely decorated apartment and it’s spacious too! Both bedrooms are good in size, the shower was great and the living area is nice and cosy (it was raining the day we were there so we spent a lot of time inside the apartment!!). It has everything you need and more. 10/10 recommend 😊

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet Lediglich im Bad könnten mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten vorhanden sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll, denn man ist in wenigen Minuten am Meer und in der belebten Altstadt.

Das Appartment ist ganz neu und liegt traumhaft in der Altstadt von Agios Nikolaus auf einem Hügel, abseits von den touristischen Straßen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll designt und eingerichtet. Das Bett ist groß (king-size) und neu mit guter Matratze.

Die Nächte im Oktober waren dieses Jahr sehr kühl (ca. 14 Grad). Da reicht eine dünne Baumwolldecke, die für Hochsommerhitze ausgerichtet ist, nicht. Leider gab es, wie sonst in Appartments üblich, keine Wolldecke im Schrank, so dass wir gefroren haben. Die Idee der Zugehfrau, bei der wir uns am nächsten Tag beschwert haben, doch einfach mit der Klimaanlage zu heizen, fanden wir nicht so gut. Ein anderes Problem war, dass ich trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragens den Schlüssel-Code nicht bekam. Anscheinend sei es üblich, diesen erst am Anreisetag zu erhalten. Aber auch da wurde er mir nicht zugeschickt. Na ja, die Zugehfrau hat uns dann reingelassen. Aber gut finde ich diese Art der Kommunikation nicht, denn es macht mich nervös, wenn ich das Gefühl habe, um Einlass in das bereits bezahlte Appartment kämpfen zu müssen.

Suurepärane asukoht, 3-5 min rannast ja linnasüdamest. Uus, puhas, kauni disainiga stuudiokorter teisel korrusel koos kõigi köögivahenditega, lisaks külmkapp, elektripliit ja pesumasin. Väga hea Wifi. Korteri ees lauake kahe tooli ja kuivatusrestiga.

Kindlasti tuleks traumade vältimiseks ohuteibiga märgistada kiviparketi aste siseõuel ja kaarvõlv teisele korrusele minekul. Võiks soetada ka võileivarösteri (võileivagrill oli olemas)
