Reviewed May 23, 2025I went to the property and no one was there and no keys were made available to get in. No one showed up and I had to pay the taxi to take me back to the airport.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2025Good group spot close to the airport. Close walk to a few local restaurants/convenience stores. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Would stay again!
I had to message for the property entry details when we arrived, the host did respond quickly but it would be nice to have ahead of time in case we were to arrive late

Reviewed Mar 4, 2024The location was excellent, within about 5 minutes of the airport. This meant we could arrive at 12:30AM after midnight, get our car, and be in bed in around an hour. The place was very, very newly renovated as of Feb 2024, and is in mint condition. It's a quiet, safe-feeling residential area with another tourist rental next door. We're very happy we found this place!
The landlord didn't get the lockbox code and info to us until almost too late- he first sent only one of five photos, by accident I think. Tried contacting through the booking.com chat, with no success. Eventually texted him directly, with a several hour delay till he sent the info. I don't usually care about that too much, but it ended up where I was texting with the guy trying not to look nervous to my family, within 1 hour of our flight to San Juan. For payment he asked me to send person-to-person on PayPal to save a $20 fee, then sent me a link, which I clicked on. Then he complained I had done it wrong. But, since we were boarding the plane as that all happened, there wasn't time to fix it. I did my best. Most likely this will be ironed out for future travelers- I write this to give him the message to fix up that part of the process- then the whole thing will be truly perfect! Despite these complaints it was a truly excellent place to stay!
