Reviewed Jan 19, 2026spacious property. Rooms are clean with facilities. Air-condtions worked well. Wifi Ok. Most toilets are ok.
One of the toilets' flushes was malfunctioning. The host responded quickly, but it didn't help much due to the slow shipping of the spare parts. Toilet rolls need to be topped up a little, as 16 of us are women. Toilet paper is an issue that affects us all.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025Very spacious 3 storey house for 11 of us. Can fit in more people too. The house is generally clean. Beds all comfy. Parking space is good enough for two medium size cars. The host provided all the basic items. Thankfully no insects during our 5nights stay expect one cockroach when we enter. The house is not within gated area but we felt safe.Location is abit far from the city centre, but it is ok for us. There are few eating places nearby.
It would be good to have full length morriors in all the rooms.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2024The homestay is located in a quiet neighborhood and it is easy access to anywhere at KK. The house is spacious and fully equipped including a washing machine. The bonus is the host provides us cookies and instant noodles aside from coffee and tea.

Reviewed May 24, 20243 storey huge comfy house to fix all my 13paxs family members. The house was clean and tidy, a complete facility with all the necessities, an auto mahjong table also brings a lot of joy for my family. The owner was also a super responsive and helpful person, i was a forgetful person and left my things in the fridge and I contacted the owner to help me keep and collect them later. Owner still offers to help send the items but I don't feel good to trouble him since it is my own mistake so I arranged a grab express! Overall me and my family have a happy stay with Jiale homestay:)
Maybe due to the 3 storey height, the water pressure for the 3rd floor slows. But the whole house has so many toilets, you can use others instead!

Reviewed Mar 12, 2024the house was clean, tidy, the host was so nice provide us coffee, tea, biscuits, Maggi, drinking water bottles n other stuff too. we requested to check out late he also gave us to extend until 5pm .. is so nice of him. the house is huge n very nice
