Huge apartment, great layout. Good quality, solid furniture. Amazing shower! Lovely bedding. Really great view. Thank you!

Some extra things would make this apartment really special... A few more towels for example? (1 each for 6 nights - no hand towel, no bath mat). Some balcony furniture. Some extra things in the kitchen - there was only 1 glass... A sieve or colander would be helpful. Unfortunately there was quite a musty smell in the apartment, especially in the changing rooms and bathrooms. It could do with being properly aired, maybe even putting some air freshener in.

Pool was unexpectedly cold

员工忘记发入住指南，没有告诉我需要提前开启热水器，以至于第一晚洗的冷水澡。按照他说的把开关打开一直没有关上，第三晚仍然半天没出热水。住了三晚只有第二晚洗了一个热水澡。 房间实在太吵了，马路上过往车辆的声音使我晚上都睡不好。空调外机的声音也很大，睡觉时不得不把空调关了。 厨房岛台上有极小的蚂蚁快速地爬来爬去。

I always stay here since 2016. I don’t remember that I had an issue so far. The location is great.

As a cook ( and telling them beforehand) and booking for a 2 weeks stay a few extra kitchen utensils/ pan would have been good even if only staying a few days. And hand towels. So I bought what I needed. Oh and wine glasses would be good rather than 2 small non matching glasses. So I bought them too. However I liked the apartment and enjoyed my stay. But as a renter of properly I know that small improvements that cost almost nothing is something all owners should strive to.

Big apartments with everything you need for living. Perfect place for long stay in a nice area. Sayem was very friendly and helpful agent who met us and explained everything.

Everything was good. Apartments are located in centre of KL. Most of popular showplaces are situated close to apartments. From 5 to 15 minutes walk. Host was very friendly.

The stay was very comfortable, the location is great, just 10 minutes walk from KLCC. The Wifif was stable and the host was super friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

Appartment in good location, the handover of key and communication with owner was excellent.

very spacious and clean place in a smart position. You can reach everything really quickly. The host has been helpful throughout our stay and assisted us with every request. Plus there is a convenience store at the ground level. Would love to be back again with them. Strong recommended.

The room was very spacious n had great view on kl. from 36th floor. Kitchen, bathroom well equipped. I got extra towels when I asked. Staff very friendly n helpful

Nicely appointed, spacious suite, good kitchen and bathroom, huge bed. Great pool, gym, sauna facilities. Perfect location, sedate but central and close to good grocery stores. Hadi is extremely polite and helpful, and always on hand to answer any questions.

Scam and dishonest, properties managed by group out Bangladesh. I booked 2 double bedrooms with bathtub, but check in they provided one double + one single bedrooms without bathtub, they told me my booking room types sold out. I did communicate with them prior to my arrival, they did not tell me the room type which I booked sold out! We’re family with 4 children all the way from Perak, how to sleep in 1 double bed + 1 single bed? They said cannot help me, ask me try to request change room tomorrow. What the F! They don’t understand English well, only ask me to cancel booking for refund. I have to search for new place to stay at last minute. NEVER TRUST THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK! Not the real customers reviews!

I was there only for two days and I think it’s the best apparts in Kuala Lumpur. First of all it’s about clean rooms, second its about stunning views And location…only ten minutes walking away from Petronas 😍 And of course 10 of 10 it’s about swimming pool, it’s free and with incredible views 🥹

We were able to check-in in the morning, this was already a good start to my trip. To top it off, our suite was upgraded to 2 rooms and it was HUGE! Everything we needed in the rooms was available too. Location was perfect because we were able to walk to the nearby night market and also walk to KLCC. The distance for all the other places I wanted to visit were also about 30 minutes average by car. If there's a jam probably 40 minutes. The check in and check out was smooth and easy, fuss free and quick. The host was kind and very understanding to all my needs / concerns. I am satisfied and happy. You can tell I enjoyed my experience here and will definitely come again but this time bringing along my daughter! The room is fit for kids as well because of the spacious hall and room. The host also gave us a free bath bomb! All my basic needs were met, and more. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family 👍🏻

Honestly if you are not a fussy traveler or visitor, there is nothing to complain about.

It was amazing stay...everything was excellent water was always hot for a warm shower or bath, bathroom was huge with a big bathtub, view was nice out to the city and Kg Baru, bed was incredibly big and comfortable even the floors was squeaky clean as well as a fully functional kitchen area with extra bathroom (I got upgraded by the kind and helpful host Mr Hadi) and it also came with good wifi and Netflix connections...makeup and luggage area was perfect and there was also a huge desk for work purposes...mrt station is a short walk away, there is KK mart down near the lobby and parking was ample and very safe...never had the chance to try the pool but will do next time...my to go place to stay wherever I'm in Kuala Lumpur...thank you Mr Hadi for your kindness and help.

Warning: This is not Fraser Residence but a so called private host trading some available like many others in Kuala Lumpur nowadays.... So things get tricky very quickly. I didn't get the room I booked. Was on the highway side, very noisy. Couldn't sleep all night. The day after, the private host was rude and not helpful at all. He was very contradictive and full of non sense. He proposed us to stay in another place, same but not same...?? Very confusing and weird. Had to move in another building after 2 hours of negotiation. Got a smaller place, strange smell inside, ruined sofa, hot inside. Terrible experience. Never again!

Very spacious apartment, free parking, excellent location near KLCC, convenience store downstairs, good super market and cafe in the tower besides ours, Netflix, nice kitchen. Nice pool. Staff was very responsive. Easy check in, great value for money.

Be aware: The cheapest rooms have balcony, the more spacious and expensive 1 bedroom rooms don’t. 2 bedroom apt also has a balcony. My room did not have hot water. It could only be fixed next day because I noticed in evening only. Therefore: please check all the basics of the room upon check in, so that things can be repaired on time.

The dongle for netflix (android box) was only one, u cannot watch netflix on both tv at the same time.

Abysmal. This is the last time I will ever trust a listing based on only a few reviews (of which I very strongly question the authenticity). I suspect to have been one of the few real guest who stayed in this apartment. 1. No soundproofing. Everything can be heard. Every footstep by the upper neighbors can be heard boink-ing through the apartment. You can even hear the side neighbors plugging and unplugging their phone charger. Also, the noise made by the lower neighbors can be heard. It is absurd. I always bring earplugs, which normally work well against the normal noises of a big city, however in this building the sound insulation is so bad that every footstep can heard echoing through the apartment. Moving into the other bedroom didn't solve the problem. Sleeping is impossible as long as the upper neighbors are still walking around through their apartment. 2. Cigarette smoke can be smelled in the entire building and even enters into the apartment itself. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but the smoke (from other tenants?) enters into the apartment through the ventilation system. This is another badge of amateurism for the constructors of this building. Turning off the ventilation system isn't possible, because it is centrally regulated, so this problem cannot be solved by simply turning off the air-conditioning. 3. There are a lot of cockroaches in the building. Every floor has a garbage room. The garbage room on the floor 13A (where I stayed) had many smaller and larger cockroaches running all over the floor and walls. Is it extremely disgusting. It doesn't seem unlikely that these cockroaches can enter the apartment itself. My stay here has been a complete waste of time and money and now I am sleep deprived and my eyes are red because of the cigarette smoke entering the apartment. There are excellent options available in the region for the same price.

overall the room is nice, got a bath tub and the host even gave a bath bomb. the room is clean and comfy, got good facilities

the check-in is kinda troublesome because the padlock got problem then need to wait for the host to come

The room was big, clean with a beautiful view. The residence was incredibly. Gym, pool,sauna, jacuzzi near by shops.

The Apartment is huge ,Very Hard to get this sized Apartment in KLCC area, huge living hall ,It was perfect for my family to spend time together and watch some movies,The unit has a corner L shape Balcony which was very nice , The host gave us free Bathbomb as well , i would like to recommend this property and definitely will come back

They upgraded us to one bedroom apartment for free. Booked 1night stay only but we extended 1 more night there, i just informed the host and no need to book thru this app again. The host very nice, easy to communicate and fast respond. We asked for late checkout and they give us an hour late without charge.
