After getting off the transport, one has to walk through a narrow passage with all the luggage to reach the property. Moreover, the entrance to the narrow passage was not clean; garbage bags were left there every morning. There is no lift in the property, and the receptionists were very poor at understanding English. This was frustrating for a foreigner who does not understand the local language. Every morning we had to ask for complimentary drinking water & washroom amenities. Housekeeping leaves a lot of room for improvement. The complimentary drinking water bottles may be served in the room every day without being asked by the guests.

Reviewed May 13, 2026It was well located, with a 7 Eleven just around the corner for any goodies needed. The room was neat, beautifully setup and had all we needed. Tea / coffee, a desk to work at, kettle, great bathroom and daily cleaning provided you add the door handle tag "make up my room". Comfortable, clean, affordable and nearby to attractions. Quiet neighbourhood as well.
Nothing that was problematic to us.

浴室排水不良，洗澡洗一洗容易積水。 入口外面水溝晚上會放垃圾、有老鼠，我都要先大力踏幾下嚇跑老鼠才敢跨過去。（我是四月底住的，不確定其他季節會不會這樣）

It’s located on a small alley with no car access, only a short walk in. Right at the entrance of the alley, there is a rat nest, and during my entire stay there were rats roaming around. I was terrified. It’s not the property’s fault since it’s on the street, but if you’re scared of rats like I am, this is a huge no. Also the bed is VERY hard on your back

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026The location is 10/10. And still quiet, even tho it’s close to everything. Solo female traveler, and I really recommend this place! I first booked a cheaper place a bit further away, but I change my booking to this place, and I’m so happy I did.
Honestly, no complaints. I read the reviews before I came, and I can’t say I agree with the negative ones. Some people just have the need to complain about something when it’s not what you are used to.

Zimmer war schon sehr klein. Es gab auch nur eine Deckenlampe und wenig Steckdosen kein Nachtschränkchen Bad war aber in Ordnung. Es war sauber wir haben uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war okay.

משאירים את הנעליים בכניסה למלון, הזרם היה טוב אבל הראש מקלחת היה קצת תקול והמים עפו למלא כיוונים.

Chambre sinistre sans aucune lumière extérieur Les meubles ds un piteux état, la salle de bain avec d’énormes VIELLES taches d’humidité sur les plafonds. L’accès est impossible dans une ruelle qui fait moins d’un mètre de large, pas de petit déjeuner et pour finir le personnel vs demande de retirer vos chaussures avant de rentrer dans l’immeuble ! C’est à dire dehors !!! Du jamais vu en Thaïlande. C’est une escroquerie. Personnel d’accueil pas agréable du tout. À BANIR DE BOOKING

Da wir sehr spontan buchen mussten (1h vorher) gab es leider nur noch ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, das war aber kein Problem und wir waren froh überhaupt so spontan ein schönes und preiswertes Hotel zu finden.

- chambre extrêmement sombre et pas suffisamment de lampes pour l'éclairer - la chambre est absolument glaciale car elle est entièrement enclavée au rdc face à l'hôtel d'à coté et il n'y a aucune exposition naturelle au soleil. Difficile de rester dans la chambre sans se mettre sous la couette... - pas d'eau chaude dans la douche - très bruyant à la fois coté intérieur et extérieur car la chambre est située juste au niveau de la réception face à l'escalier mais aussi parce qu'il y a toutes les installations techniques de l'hôtel d'a coté à en face de la chambre donc extrêmement bruyant (frigo, clim et lieu de pause pour le personnel). - pas hyper propre non plus => donc vraiment pas un bon rapport qualité prix

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026The position was really convenient to walk aroind the main attractions in the city. Rooms are spacious and clean. It was overall quiet so sleeping was not disturbed.
No elevator, some of the staff was very nice and friendly, others were more challenged communicating in english. Shower temperature needs a major fix, it's burning hot.
