Kasbel 2 Appart & Pool

Wonderful staff, particularly the lady who came every morning and made a great breakfast. The air conditioning was good and the kitchen facilities were adequate. Great location for exploring the new area of the city and excursion pickups.

Uncomfortable beds, lack of towels and noise at night. No bedside cabinets and the place generally lacked attention to detail. We were disappointed that the room we were allocated was not the fancy bright one advertised. The indoor pool was not functioning and the gym was not usable.

I liked the staff all friendly and the property was clean

Rooms were clean and it felt like home away from home

The gym equipments don’t work and appeared very dusty from not being used in ages. The swimming pool appeared dirty and the main swimming pool isn’t in use. Asides that it was a beautiful property in a busy city center

The property is in a good location, easily accessible. The interior design was perfect as well

It was so difficult to communicate with one of the receptionist.

We stayed here as a group of three and found the apartment's layout to be highly functional. The bedding configuration of a queen and two singles suited us perfectly, and having two toilets plus a washing machine made the space incredibly convenient for a group. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of dining options nearby and a large shopping mall just a short five minute walk away. Additionally, the service we received had some highlights. The staff allowed us to use the rooftop facilities early since our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and the gentleman who took our bags up to our room was friendly and helpful while showing us around the apartment. Overall, the stay was okay.

Unfortunately, the property itself was a letdown compared to the online listing. We were attracted to this apartment because of the beautiful photos and the advertised spa, but the reality looked nothing like the pictures. The rooftop photos are outdated, the furniture is worn with sunken lounges, several sunbeds are damaged, and the cabanas lack the flowy draped material shown online. Even our private balcony was a disappointment, featuring nothing but dry dirt and dead plants in the planter box. We could hear every noise from the apartment above us, everything happening in the corridor, and loud neighborhood noise late into the night. None of us slept well. The shower door was missing, which meant water poured all over the floor every time we showered. The mattresses were rock hard, like sleeping on concrete with a sheet on top. I was so sore after the first night that I had to sleep on the couch for the rest of the stay. Management desperately needs to add soft mattress toppers or replace them entirely. The staff member who checked us in lacked a friendly personality. It doesn't hurt to smile when guests arrive. I regret not reading prior reviews, as many others have warned about these exact same issues. The apartment size and location are excellent, but management seriously needs to update their marketing materials or upgrade the property to match what they are advertising.

There is a strong toilet drainage smell coming from the air-conditioning area in the living room and the bedroom adjacent to the kitchen.

Heel net appartement waar alles aanwezig is.

Nice clean apartment and lovely amenities. Breakfast made fresh in the apartment every morning. The property manager was really helpful when the receptionist were not

No house keeping or change of towels, you are expected to wash them yourself. Ran out of toilet paper and waited a whole days for them to refill it as they don't keep extra on site. They receptionist are no help at all and barley speak english but if you need anything its best to contact the number on the booking and she responds really quick and gets stuff done

Il manque le amlou au petit déjeuner

Tout était parfait, accueil, disponibilité, localisation. Merci pour cette belle expérience. Nous recommandons

Great staff, beautiful apartment, amazing facilities in a very good part of Marrakesh close to everything one would need and want to see

Petit dejeuner excellent.

Staff was great and helpful particularly Chaima who was available with any issues throughout our stay. Generally the apartment was comfortable and spacious. The communication with staff was great and provided us extra assistance with our needs.

Gym facilities was not great. Roof top pool and area was not clean on two different occasions and didn't use the roof top pool. From the picture provided, we didn't get any balcony where we can sit but didn't ruin our overall experience.

Centralissima prezzo diviso 4 persone eccezionale che dire ottima sorpresa

Neighborhood was great. Area was beautiful.

The shade cover over the door in the master bedroom was broken which prevented us from using the patio off that bedroom.

Nice destination everything is nearby to visit easy transportation

It was a little expensive for me because I stayed in other hotels with some more good amenities like them at cheap prices it’s just my point of view doesn’t mean a lot but still happy with the service Staff was very good and talk very politely in every conversation

Very modern and clean property. Facilities are very good and close to main attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff amazing- helpful!! Breakfast - wow- chef showed up at our door and prepared our breakfast in our room. Nice touch! Big apartment!! Very clean - well supplied except for Kleenex and napkins. Espresso provided was delicious !! Both bathrooms were clean. Parking is a bit tight. And garage door opener was problematic. But the staff - were very attentive and apologetic!! Would go back. Plenty of room for 4-5 people. Enjoyed our stay

Groot appartement, fijne bedden en kussen, hygiëne was top! Heel fijn verblijf.

Eigenlijk niets, alles was goed!

House keeping would be good

Needed extra towelz

Super

L appartement est bien en général

Le canapé pas du tout confortable

Very modern interior, a lot of space

Very clean, close to shops, restaurants, mosques. Swimming pool was a fantastic addition for the kids. Breakfast was amazing and very unique (if you stay there you will find out, don’t want to spoil the surprise). Overall a fantastic experience. Staff very helpful both on chat and onsite.

None, it was a fantastic experience

Nice comfortable clean apartment in good location. Check in was difficult as person on reception wasn’t expecting us. Breakfast delivered and served in apartment at the time we chose which was nice.

Gym equipment very basic / didn’t work, pool and gym didn’t open until 10am with 11am checkout

Qualidade e limpeza

Super appartement Super literie
