Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce très beau riad. Charmant personnel et bon accueil de Sophie. Excellente literie, chambre et salle de bain très propres. Copieux petit déjeuner sur la terrasse.

Un magnifique riad où nous avons passé un excellent séjour 🥰. Un grand merci à Yassine et Myriam pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse <3 L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la ville et profiter des restaurants à proximité. Un vrai plus : il est très facile d’accéder au riad en voiture. Je recommande sans hésiter !

We had a great stay here. It’s located far enough from the buzz you can enjoy the peace, but it’s close enough to jump right back in when you’re ready for more action. The Riad is tasteful, comfortable and felt very homely.

There isn’t really anything I didn’t like. The taxi can’t bring you direct to the Riad door as the final stretch is too narrow for the vehicle to drive up.

Excelente servicio, habitación amplia y desayuno increíbleTodo estuvo excelente. Como viajera sola, me sentí muy segura por su gran ubicación. Mi habitación fue una joya de lo amplia que era, y el desayuno estaba muy delicioso. El servicio del personal fue más que excelente. No usé la piscina ni el spa, pero el riad es fantástico. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

No pudimos pegar ojo las dos noches que hemos estado . Hemos intentado dormir siesta tampoco se puede ( hasta los mismo dueños y personal pegan voces ). Hemos estado en muchos Riad pero lo de este lugar ha sido nefasto. Salí de allí con un mal sabor de boca increíble , te vas de ahí y nadie está , ni te ofrecen si necesitas taxi o algún transporte , ni recomendaciones . Absolutamente Nada . Y para colmo 265 que hemos pagado por dos noches antes duermo en una tienda de campaña en la playa y duermo con menos ruido.

Le petit-déjeuner de qualité servi sur la terrasse, le professionnalisme et la grande gentillesse du gérant Abdel ainsi que la gentillesse de son équipe, la propreté de la chambre et la déco en général.

Peut-être le prix de la chambre que j’ai trouvé un petit peu cher par rapport à la concurrence dans le même quartier mais au final je ne regrette rien puisque tout était très bien !

What an amazing property! We loved it from the first second.

Le riad est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il dispose d’un magnifique patio ainsi que d’une belle terrasse avec piscine offrant une vue sur une partie de la médina. La literie est très confortable et j’ai particulièrement apprécié la salle de bain, sublimée par son zellige. L’ensemble des lieux est d’une grande propreté. Le petit déjeuner, authentique et généreux, est un vrai plaisir pour commencer la journée. Le personnel est attentionné et aux petits soins. Un grand merci à Sophie pour ses précieux conseils et son aide dans le choix des meilleures activités à faire à Marrakech. C’est une adresse où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Nice and peaceful. There is enough space to hand your clothes , in a mini wardrobe . They offer massage, which is really nice . And their breakfast is on their roof top. Beautiful . Accommodation is close to the airport . About 20 minutes

1 more waiter needed . There was only 1 , which meant slower service . An iron is needed in each room, because I asked a couple times and I had to wait from morning to evening to get it . No toothpaste or tooth brush is provided like in a regular hotel. I was disturbed a couple times when trying to sleep because the waiter wanted to take the safe in my room and the key for it to another customer.

La struttura e’ discreta in linea generale, mi e’ piaciuto solo ed esclusivamente la gentilezza delle persone locali che lavoravano lì tutte gentilissime, dai ragazzi alle donne .

Fondamentalmente la struttura è bella, buona la posizione ma quello che ci è successo a noi in due giorni ha dell’incredibile e ci ha rovinato la vacanza . Il problema e’ Sophie la Host che non parla inglese, maleducata ha voluto che si parlasse francese ( non lo sapevamo ) e non è stata per nulla ospitale . Appena arrivati la camera che ci e’ stata assegnata non era quella delle foto, assegnandoci una a loro detta superiore che in realtà era uguale più o meno , la camera non aveva gli asciugamani ce li hanno forniti il giorno dopo ( check in non so nemmeno se ci e’ stato fatto),ma la cosa che ci ha fatto perdere la pazienza e’ stata quando alla nostra richiesta di ricevuta al pagamento effettuato all’arrivo in contanti , dovevamo avere 18€ di resto che non c’è stato dato fino alla nostra partenza( a casa mia io ti pago ed il resto me lo dai subito non fai finta di niente! ), così come la ricevuta di pagamento che ci è stata fatta dalla figlia su un blocco ricevute in quanto Sophie non c’era al check out. Eravamo preoccupati dopo tutti questi atteggiamenti ,in quanto avevamo usato la carta per bloccare la prenotazione e il pagamento era stato fatto in contanti . Dopo che abbiamo contattato Booking ci è arrivata la ricevuta via mail quando eravamo già in aeroporto. Mi dispiace dover fare una recensione così negativa , i ragazzi e ragazze del personale del posto sono veramente squisiti, il posto sarebbe bello e si mangia pure discretamente, il PROBLEMA È SOPHIE l’host mi auguro che cambi atteggiamento perché facendo così è comportandosi con sufficienza e inadeguatezza e non farà del bene alla sua attività.

El baño , la ducha sin cortina ni puerta,estaba enfrente al lavabo por lo que como el baño era pequeño se inundaba el suelo cada vez que te duchabas, el bater justo al entrar en la habitación sin puerta ni intimidad. La ubicación caminando lejos de la plaza de jemma fna que era desde donde nos desplazamos a todas las zonas de marrakech. Tampoco nos gustó que en la zona de comedor hay una zona reservada para los dueños donde ellos hacían su vida calentitos con la chimenea mientras nosotros en la terraza pasando frío( era enero ). Y el penúltimo día de irnos se me plantaron con el check out para que pagará y aun nos íbamos al día siguiente.Y por último las cervezas el primer día nos dieron un precio y después nos cobraron más del doble.

Riad El Khaeir is the most magical Riad ever! I truly loved every day of my stay 🤍 I just felt so warm and comfortable with the friendliness of the staff, I am truly grateful for that! Everything is super clean and there is fully everything you need for a comfortable stay! The breakfast is also really nice 😊 If you’re looking for an awesome place to stay in Marrakech, then you’ve found the right place :)

Hemos pasado 2 noches estupendas en pareja en el Riad El Khaeir. La zona es muy tranquila y está cerca de la calle de la Kasbah que es peatonal y llena de tiendecitas, esta calle te conduce hacia el centro de la medina. Sophie, la dueña, y todo el personal fueron muy amables con nosotros en todo momento. Contratar el Hammam y masaje de Fatima fue todo un acierto, lo disfrutamos un montón. Nuestra habitación de la gama superior era correcta, con cama kingsize muy cómoda junto a la terraza. Los desayunos exquisitos, volveremos!

La escalera es un poco empinada, quizás se podrían señalizar los algunos peldaños para darles mayor visibilidad, yo por la mañana bajaba un poco dormida y casi me caigo 🤣

The staff, especially the young guy who helped us with all our resquests. The dinner and the breakfast were probably the best we had in Marrakesh.

The location is bit far from the center, but the biggest problem was the payment. If you want to pay by card you have adf 10%. And once I paid the conversion was not done correctly and I paid more than the booking price

Le Riad El Khaeir est juste superbe! Parfaitement raccord avec non seulement mes attentes mais les photos avant mon arrivée! plusieurs points essentiels: propreté au top, personnel au top, géolocalisation parfaite (quartier de la Kasbah) génial! Sophie, la propriétaire est juste une femme au grand coeur et son personnel est top!!!! Super à l'écoute, très attentionnée, (petit clin d'oeil à Sam, Yaya ..) ... Je recommande les yeux fermés! Sur plus de 1000 Riad à Marrakech; sans hésitation, venez chez Sophie!!!! Je mets la note de 11 sur 10!!!!!

Beautiful decorated, cosy Riad. Excellent location at the southern border of the Kasbah district, where it is not so noisy and crowded. Sophie and her staff do everything to comfy your stay. Delicious food offered. Breakfast and dinner are served at the rooftop where also a small pool is located, perfect to relax after a exciting day at the souks, museums and other great places in Marrakech. The Riad is a good base to explore the city. Walking time to jemaa el fna (big place) is approx. 20-25 min. We did all sightseeing by foot. We also ejoyed a Hammam and massage session in the Riad during our stay.

Be aware that the Riad is not accessible by car. The last 50m you have to walk as the street leading to the Riad is really narrow.

The riad was very comfortable and well located in the Medina. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us get around. The rooftop area had wonderful views of the city. Can highly recommend

Sehr schönes Riad in einem sicheren Quartier gelegen. Es gibt zahlreiche Essensmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Den Platz Jemaa el Fna erreicht man in ca. einer halben Stunde zu Fuss. Das Personal ist sehr nett und höflich. Die gebuchte Massage mit Haman war auch sehr angenehm. Das Rooftop lädt zum Verweilen ein. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Une parenthèse hors du temps sur Marrakech pour une semaine de repos seule qui m'a fait le plus grand bien. Que ce soit la localisation, le personnel, les services proposés, ou encore la disponibilité pour toute demande particulière, tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement cet endroit chaleureux et dépaysant. Un grand merci à Sophie pour toutes ses attentions ainsi qu'à toute son équipe !! <3 :-D

Lieux rempli de charme, avec un personnel très agréable. La petite piscine est un véritable plus. Possibilité de se garer à proximité, gratuitement et en toute sécurité.

Magnifique établissement, très fonctionnel, meilleures briouates jamais mangé, tout est très beau et pratique. Nous avons pu demandé des boissons chaudes le soir. Tout était parfait. Les chambres tout comme la terasse sont sublimes, le petit déjeuner exquis, rien à dire. Le massage réservée était génial aussi

The pool is more like a large bathtub rather than a pool… The hotel is not accessible for handicap and is a bit far from the main road.

Good breakfast offering delicious Moroccan breads and homemade yogurt.

Our room was often noisy due to being under the pool pump. Lack of information on what to do at the riad.

Location is a bit far from Medina, but I didn’t see it as a problem for me it’s nice to have a walk and mostly even better this way - more quite, away from main square mess ;)

The staff were very friendly and attentive, with the hotelier giving me a lift to the other side of town when it was raining. The hotel smelled beautiful all the time and the Hammam was a special treat and really relaxing. My room was stunning, a little sanctuary of paradise, with a beautiful bathroom. I would like to install something similar in my house! I loved the attention to detail they put into the welcome teas and little cakes. I felt very safe in the area and it was nice to be just off the hustle and bustle.

I found the mattresses very hard for what I'm used to. I had also thought the pool was going to be bigger from the photos on the website.

The Riad is a real hidden oasis from the hustle and bustle of beautiful Marrakesh and the Medina. Clean and very tranquil setting with a massive comfy bed. It is in the Kasbah so a short 20 min walk to the main Jemaa el-Faa square so for us it was a great location. Kasbah is a lovely local neighbourhood to explore and less touristy than the main Medina areas. The highlight was the rooftop pool and bar and the staff - they could not be more helpful or friendly. Very safe space so if you’re a solo traveller I’d recommend it. The breakfast was good as were snacks round the pool bar - all cooked on site and really delicious. The hotel arranged a taxi from the airport and I’d recommend this - will make arriving and getting yourself orientated far easier than trying to navigate the windy streets with luggage and your phone in hand. It has a small Hammam on the roof which we didn’t use as we wanted a slightly more luxurious spa setting so we went outside. But a lovely little extra if you’re only in for a couple of nights and want to experience a Hammam without the travel.

The property is lovely and so are the staff so not really a dislike but more of a warning for lighter sleepers to be aware that it is a small Riad so chatted of staff whilst they are working and other guests will wake you. Was ok for us, but worth noting. The ground floor rooms (which we had one of) are right beside the kitchen so the washing machine and cooking and cleaning and general noise around the place was enough to wake us. But part of the charm of the Riad is being in a home from home so I prefer this personally to a bland hotel.

Staff is very nice amd the riad is at a good location. I especially welcome the woke mindset and diversity.

Breakfast could have more variaty like cereals, milk, cheese, cold cuts etc. The bed is a bit hard. Toilet is not separated from the room so you can hear your wife / husband shitting.

I have stayed in many different riads with very different price points but riad El Khaeir is without a doubt one of my favorites so far. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, the riad is so well kept and clean. As a Moroccan, I can tell the breakfast and food served in the restaurant is incredibly authentic and delicious. The location of the riad is perfect, it’s next to a big road where cars can drop you off and pick you up so there is no hassle to get there with your luggage which is very often the case with other riads. Overall 10/10 would recommend and will certainly be back in the future!!

Very small suggestion for improvement: the massage room is quite small and the massage table does not have a proper head rest which made the massage a bit less comfortable.

All the facilities were excellent, and particular note should be taken of the wonderful cleanliness throughout. Daily turn down of beds, towels etc, superb. Both assistant managers who facilitate the daily and nightly running of the Riad are exceptional! Nothing is too much trouble and they are extremely knowledgeable, providing you with everything that you need. Service at breakfast time was absolutely perfect. Room service was delicious and efficient. Both young men are a credit to their employer.

Just one thing I’m afraid. Every morning about 7 am somebody would start to prepare the terrace for breakfast and it just woke me up every morning. Maybe wearing lighter shoes would alleviate this problem totally.

The staff is incredibly friendly and flexible. They speak french and english. They go above and beyond to make your stay the best experience possible.

The rooms are really nice, but they are a little bit small and the bathroom is only separated by a courtain.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was absolutely beautiful and perfectly clean, and we never missed a thing. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. On top of that, the location was just perfect!

There was honestly nothing we didn’t like. Everything was just perfect, and we would love to come back again.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and I loved the ‘family’ feel the staff have with each other and their guests. Yaya was particularly sweet to me, making sure I knew some nice places to visit, he took me on his moped when I needed a taxi and played cards with me on the first night. It felt like nothing was too much to ask for. He really made the experience even more special. What an attentive and caring guy and what a lovely place to stay.

The ‘spa’ was a little confusing as I misunderstood what it would be but still it was an amazing experience and if the weather had been hotter I would have used the pool!

Having breakfast on the beautiful roof garden was wonderful. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Being elderly, I found the bed, which was on a kind of platform, difficult to reach comfortably. But the bed itself was super clean and comfortable.

Serene and beautifully Morrocan property. Kept very clean. Very friendly staff and Actual value for money. Property walkable distance to the main roads so very convenient to get a taxi.

Bedroom was quite small. Had to pay extra charges which although was not a problem would have been nice to know ahead of time. Breakfast could have included fruits especially for the hotel price.

We had a very comfortable stay. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the riad was tastefully decorated and very clean. I would recommend this place.

Pros: - location: it’s in the Kasbah (quieter part of the Medina), walking distance from the rest of old town - place is almost new, rooms are cozy, clean, etc. Quite sophisticated interior design - warm hospitality and customer service, especially by two male workers (Salah and the other one) who do their best to take care of you and make your stay pleasant - nice breakfasts, but mostly with sweets. Ask for eggs (eg. omletts), they prepare them for you.

Cons: - room walls are very thin, take earstoppers if you have light sleep because you’re gonna hear every word come from the patio - water leaks very slow in the bathrooms, need to be cleaned regularly - no bottled water in the rooms - no need to book a taxi transfer from/ to airport by the riad for 20e. It gets 2x cheaper if you do this by yourself and just take a taxi from the street. You can also try to use Careem app.

Lovely shower znd nicd breakfast, Yassim was very helpful, owners polite and easy to talk to.Walking distance to casbah, close to cafes, hotels and restaurants, sometimes hidden down alleys so take time to look.

Nothing, small issue with bed, was fixed that day. Thank you.

The decoration, calmness and staff

The location is nice because the street is quiet and far from the crowds. Also, the hotel is very clean and beautiful. The bed in our room was amazing! Very soft and comfortable. The breakfast was okay.

The hotel is very small, and so you don’t have space from other guests. Plus, the riad has an open floor so you can see everyone from top to bottom. The staff don’t speak English well, which was okay for us. However, it might bother some. The hotel room we stayed in had a very odd floor plan - the bathroom faced the door and did not have a door for privacy, so you cannot use the toilet and feel at ease. Even for couples on honeymoon this level of “closeness” might be too much. Easy to fix by installing French doors instead of a thin, sheer curtain.

Wonderful Riad, excellent location. Friendly staff and an amazing rooftop breakfast every morning. Would happily come stay again!

This raid is pretty and clean. The location feels safe. The staff are very nice and friendly.

It is so clean, fresh and quiet . Sophie and Alfred are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you .. the roof top terrace with a lovely plunge pool, sun loungers and a bar is just perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine . They cooked us a beautiful meal on arrival . They organised some trips for us and were picked up just near the hotel . Do the hot air balloon trip .. so good . So many properties to choose from … don’t waste your time just book this one !

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The riad was in a good quiet location and an easy 20 minute walk in to the centre. We loved the Rooftop terrace with plunge pool and loungers. So relaxing. Breakfast was nice but mainly breads and jams.
