Luxury 2 or 3BR Apartment in Dist 1, Pool and airport pickup

I stayed here for a one-night business trip, so strong and reliable Wi-Fi was essential and the apartment delivered perfectly. They also have a very convenient and quiet co-working space on the 1st floor along with a gym on the same level, i think. There’s a great pizza restaurant in the next building I highly recommend trying their fruit salad and cheese pizza! Overall, a great apartment with helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely be back.

Exceptional stay! The apartment was incredibly bright with tons of natural light and located in a convenient spot. The host was super responsive throughout our trip. A special thanks for letting us store our luggage until 2 PM after checkout—that made our last day so much easier! Highly recommended.

After we got over the first hurdle of having to pay cash up front with no invoice available at the time, or Eftpos available, the apartment was reasonably comfortable. It had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very tired apartment and doesn’t look like any of the pictures on the website. The apartment was made to look glamorous and it was not. There is a lovely home made pizza restaurant at the end of the street that was packed out every night. Location was disappointing, no supermarkets anywhere apart from a basic Winmart. Even though it was District one it was a long way from any sights and transport, more a residential area. It certainly was not Luxury.

When we arrived somebody came after a while to let us in and show us the code etc They did not speak any English so the owner/Manager was on the phone to interpret. All the manager wanted was us to pay the money up front and insisted she wanted our ID to take until we paid. We were not happy with this, so she said that the person who let us into the apartment had to come with us while we got money out of an ATM. The lovely lady with us took us to an ATM but it was broken. In the end I paid in US but it left us with a sour taste. In hindsight I wouldn’t book an apartment unless it was in a hotel with reception in Vietnam. There was no information available in the apartment. The furniture was tired and smelt of cigarettes. The water given was in a half used container, ? Was it drinkable.

The space in the apartment for our family was appreciated.

The pool area was disappointing. The pool was not clean ( cigarettes in the water) and water looked murky and not clear or clean

Kitchen and bedding were spotless and smelled fresh. They also provided a large bottle of clean water, really thoughtful and convenient. We traveled with two small kids and I felt totally safe cooking in the apartment. There’s also a nice swimming pool and a play area for children. Perfect spot for a family stay!

The place was huge! Although it is not “walking distance” to the famous landmarks; it’s still near. The place was complete as well, you can cook and staffs were very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely book this again when we comeback to ho chi minh.

Beautiful apartment in a high-end building, close to the city center and Bui Vien Walking Street. There’s a delicious Pizza 4P’s restaurant right in front. The swimming pool is small but clean and pretty, and the security is excellent. The room felt cozy and was fully equipped, and staff were quick to respond to any request.

The room was clean, luxurious, and super comfortable with great air conditioning. Staff were very professional and incredibly sweet. I arrived late around 10 PM but was still warmly welcomed and assisted quickly. When I asked about dining and local attractions, the staff helped me look up information and even made reservations for me.

I have been trying to find a place to heal my soul and this is the ideal place to stay. From the space to the environment, everything makes me feel comfortable. Vietnam is definitely a place worth choosing for a vacation.

The host was very enthusiastic in advising and supporting me. When there was a problem with the room, the host and his staff tried to arrange for me a great room that suited my wishes.

The lobby area was a bit small and hot for our check in wait.

There’s a great pizza place right next to the apartment. Getting a Grab was quick and convenient. The security is excellent and always attentive. Whenever we requested something from the host, she responded immediately.

Bang for the buck, nothing to complain about. The view from the apartment isn’t the best, but that’s beyond control. Honestly, I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The swimming pool is not too big but it is beautifully designed, clean and creates a pleasant feeling when swimming or relaxing by the pool. This is an ideal space to soak in the cool water or rest on a lounge chair under the gentle sunlight. The scene is really peaceful, the cool space brings me comfort as if separated from the noise and hustle of everyday life.

The building does not have outdoor areas with many trees.

The location of this place is extremely convenient, it is located right in the center so it is easy to move to entertainment, shopping or dining spots. It helps me save a lot of time traveling and enjoy many interesting activities in the area. In particular, the staff here are not only enthusiastic in supporting but also extremely friendly, humorous, always making me feel comfortable.

The building does not have much variety of food.

Il serait appréciable que les serviettes soient changées sur un séjour de 3 nuits et qu'il puisse être possible de mettre le papier toilette (ce qui est interdit (ici) dans les WC et non dans la poubelle. Certains équipements étaient cassés (poignet de porte, lampes de chevet, fenêtre qui ne fermait pas)

The room here is really spacious, giving a really comfortable feeling, whether staying for a short or long time, it is pleasant. The furniture and amenities are fully equipped, from beds, wardrobes, tables and chairs to small items, creating the feeling of being in my own home. The space is clean, bright and carefully cared for, helping guests to easily relax and enjoy their stay.

The bath in the sauna is small enough for 1 person.

Thank you to the property for giving our family a wonderful stay. The place is new, clean and beautiful, it looks like in the picture. It's look very luxurious and comfortable, the bedroom has a view of the city. They even have the pool for our kids to play. We came to Vietnam for a month and stay in this apartment for a week, this apartment have washing machine that help us a lot without going to laundry store. Also love the location here, easy to go to famous attraction just a few minutes. The staff is really nice and their respond really fast whenever I have a question. Overall very satisfied.

It don't have breakfast, but with the price it' ok. We have more time to explore local food.

No cleaning service during the 4 days

It was conveniently located near everything, yet tucked away from the main roads, which made me feel safe in the evening. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for me and my friend groups of 6, with plenty of amenities that made it feel just like home. Since we only stayed for 3 nights, we didn’t use the washing machine or cook, but for a longer stay, those options would be really handy.

This apartment don't have receptionist, but ok because we like private space and their online customer service reply so fast when I need assistant

Had a great holiday with my family in here. The location is good, we can go to all famous attraction within 15 minutes. Located in District 1, but the building itself is quiet and secure. The staff were responsive and helpful tho. The apartment was modern, spotless, and tastefully designed. Definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, comfortable spot in the heart of the city.

Waited a bit long for the elevator during peak hours but it's ok because this apartment have 4-5 elevators, if I remembered correctly

A première vue l'appartement est parfait. Mais .... Au regard des détails, et du prix nous nous attendions a un service de plus grande qualité ! Ce sont des éléments qui paraissent petits mais qui ont grandement impacté notre séjour. Avoir une cuisine c'est top mais avec de la vaisselle c'est mieux Trois verres pour un appartement de 6 personnes Les calculs ne sont pas bons Nous avons fait deux appartements car nous avons dû prolonger notre séjour Dans le premier il y avait une odeur d'ail et de choux qui empestait l'une des salles de bain. L'odeur était horrible. Nous avons demander un encens, le personnel nous a envoyé une personne pour constater l'odeur. Or l'odeur était présente que le soir et la nuit. Impossible de savoir d'où elle venai, ni de l'extérieur, ni des canalisations puisque les autres pièces ne sentaient pas ! Dans le second appartement bien qu'ayant préciser que l'on voulait une chambre non fumeur Nous avons eu un appartement fumeur avec une odeur très forte. Le personnel nous a rapidement ammené un désodorisant pour wc a la lavande. Ce qui a réglé que partiellement le problème. Et nous a dit d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour palier au problème. Lors de l'arrivée nous avons eu deux cartes pour accéder au bâtiment. Comme tout est sécurisé la carte est nécessaire pour rentrer dans le bâtiment, pour l'ascenseur et pour entrer dans la chambre. Nous étions 5 amis repartis dans 3 chambres. Or l'une des cartes ne fonctionnait pas. Donc nous avons passé une soirée avec une seule carte. Ce qui a été bien compliqué pour la soirée. Et il n'était pas possible d'avoir de carte supplémentaire. Le personnel malgré tout réactif nous a ammenè une carte le lendemain matin. Le personnel est réactif pour une partie des besoins. Nous avons une conversation de groupe et nous nous nous sentons aidés, bien que certaines de nos demandes non pas été prises en compte.

Strong wifi

I went with my family. My children were constantly told off by security when by the pool. They were always supervised and well behaved. However they were told off for laughing on one occasion. This place should not be advertised for holidays if you need to be silent by the pool. They also seemed to target certain people while others could do whatever they liked.

Everything was tidy and fresh. I especially loved the workspace by the window – lots of natural light in the morning. The host provided all the essentials: toothbrush, shampoo, towels, drinking water, hairdryer, and ironing board. I barely had to bring anything.

Wasn’t a very smooth check in or check out process. Communication could have been better in the lead up to the booking to avoid confusion with check in and check out process. Apartment lacked many basic amenities (clean dish sponges, paper towel, face washers, hand towels) and cleanliness was passable.

The balcony was cute, and the lights at night made it feel really cozy. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The bed was comfy, and everything smelled fresh and clean.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotless, and fully equipped. Super convenient location, close to food spots and just a few minutes to the city center. The host was very responsive and helpful. We stay in a 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms apartment, one bathroom attached to the master bedroom and the 2nd bathroom placed next to the living room. Good layout!

The pool closes at 10 PM, so I couldn’t take a late-night swim – not a big deal, but just something to note for night owls.

Great for a family. Very comfortable and clean. Great value for money. It’s not right in the middle of the action however it’s so easy to get a grab so this wasn’t a problem at all. Some restaurants etc close by it you walk about 5 min. Pool was great to cool off with kids after sightseeing. Highly recommend

A comfortable, modern, well appointed apartment in a good location. Fantastic local restaurants and street food nearby and an excellent Italian right on the doorstep, and a short Grab ride to all the major sites. It’s very convenient to have kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment.

Die Wohnung war gross und sauber und die Betten sehr bequem! Die Lage war ok und man ist in wenigen Minuten bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten!

Die Küche war leider nicht wirklich ausgestatten zum Kochen. Wir hatten nur eine Pfanne und die war leider aus Aluminium und funktionierte nicht auf einem Induktionsherd…😵‍💫 Der Pool war leider nicht sehr sauber - Die Kinder hatten Hautausschläge und extrem Rote Augen.

- il n’y avait qu’une seule carte pour l’appartement. Quand on est plusieurs, et surtout en groupe, je ne recommande pas, parce que l’on doit toujours descendre pour ouvrir, on ne peut pas sortir chacun de son côté. - l’emplacement n’est vraiment pas top et très difficile d’accès ( au bord d’une grande route ) , il n’y a rien aux alentours , pas de petits restaurants de rue ni rien. Il faut marcher environ 1 km faut trouver une petite épicerie mais la marche y est difficile et dangereuse. C’était le gros point négatif de l’appartement.

Die Unterkunft wurde inkl. Airport Pick up angeboten. Erst nach Buchung wurde uns mitgeteilt dass der Pick up erst bei 3 Nächten inkludiert ist. Der Vermieter hat uns kurz Vor Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass Kreditkartenzahlung nicht gewünscht ist, sondern Cash. Das ist bei den niedrigen Summen die man am ATM erhält ziemlich kompliziert. Daher Wäre Info frühzeitig gut. Wir konnten dann doch per Kreditkarte zahlen
