Reviewed Aug 11, 2025The swimming pools were very nice. The onsen was with super hot water so very nice after a rainy chillier day. The newly installed water filter was also useful as well as the washing machine and the detergent at our disposal. Wifi is very strong. Netflix account for your use.a
The pillows were very thick and hard. There was a total of 8 pillows all of the same consistency. Would have been nice to have some variety to choose from if you already put so many in the room. This is just a small thing though, the rest was good.

Building is next to Lost World of Tambun theme park (walking distance). Perfect for 4-6 person.

I am disappointed with the owner’s poor management regarding the check-in timing. Initially, he informed me that the cleaner would start cleaning at 12 pm, allowing approximately 1 hour for the process. Consequently, he suggested I collect the key and enjoy the facilities while waiting for the room to be cleaned. However, around 1:30 pm, he unexpectedly called me, requesting the key back as the cleaner had not yet finished cleaning. This miscommunication led to wasted time during the waiting period.

Not only is it incredibly clean and well-maintained, but its proximity to Sunway Lost World of Tambun was a huge convenience. The host were exceptionally welcoming and easy to chat with. We can't wait to return and experience this wonderful combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience again!

access card is not sensitive, hard to open the door and access lift for each time entry. Limited cutleries; even got a build in cooker, but no wok/ no instruction state how to use it. Only one bathroom, 4 persons queue for using it.
