We actually stayed fr 28-31 Aug & 1-2 Sep & had no Internet throughout. We killed 3 baby cockroaches during our stay - 1 was in the cup cabinets 😓 Cleanliness is absolutely key. Jomstay really needs to at the very least provide clean accommodation. At present it doesn't commensurate their high rating

The property is in a very strategic location, with Lost World of Tambun within walking distance and several convenience stores nearby, making everything so easy and accessible. The place itself was very nice, clean, comfortable, and had such a warm, homey feel. We felt relaxed throughout our stay. The security was also top-notch, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you, Jomstay, for the wonderful hospitality!

Customer service was good, but the waiting time for the deposit refund was quite slow.

Reviewed May 7, 2026The apartment is hotel cleanness and style which so great for rental suites. It has foldable mattress for kids. The pool is magnificent,big and clean with a wonderful view. The location is good if your stay purpose is to visit the lost world, it’s not in the downtown In 10-15 mins walk you can find many restaurants. The host always answer the WhatsApp for any questions.
Nothing really, only the construction site next to it, sometimes make a small traffic and some noise.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026The location is very convenient and excellent. It is within walking distance to Lost World of Tambun, which made our trip very easy and enjoyable.
The access card was not very sensitive, and we had to tap it several times before the lift could be used, which was quite inconvenient. Another inconvenience was the game room arrangement. To play pool, we had to go all the way down to the guardhouse to register our name and collect the pool balls, then bring them up to Level 5. After playing, we had to return everything back to the guardhouse again, which was quite far and troublesome. It would be much more convenient if the pool balls were kept on Level 5 and managed by the guard there.

I didnt like the sofa/couch and the lamp that located awkwardly at side of the sofa. Other than that is great.

The construction happening in front of the balcony There was no proper blanket for 3rd adult. Also it said futon bed but they gave a mattress. Also the towels are not replaced next day.

When we checked in, we found that we cannot use the sofa at all because according to the staff, the sofa was dirty & they were cleaning it, so the sofa was in wet conditions.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2025The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos. The swimming pool was amazing with a mountain view, and there’s even a heated pool! Parking was easy, and check-in was smooth. The view from the apartment overlooks the Lost World of Tambun resort absolutely stunning. My child walked to the water park! It’s also right next to A&W and Subway. I’ll definitely come back here again.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025If you’re planning a visit to the Lost World of Tambun theme park, you couldn’t find a more convenient place to stay. It’s just a five-minute stroll away and even has a well-stocked convenience store on the ground floor. The apartment is spotless, and the balcony offers stunning views of the theme park and surrounding hills. Absolutely lovely scenery!

Reviewed Oct 25, 2025A moins de vouloir aller au parc, à éviter ! Contruction d'un centre commercial juste en face : travaux importants, avec beaucoup de bruits. Pas de contact physique avec les propriétaires, procédure de check-in à distance compliquée : entrée dans l'établissement, récupérer les clés etc. surtout après un long trajet. Je ne recommande pas.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025Facility meet our expectation. Location very strategic with waterpark & hill scenery. Fair price. Excellent cleanliness. 2 car parking for each unit.
1. Iron board should be longer, its very difficult to iron trousers or long attire. 2. Pillow & mattress can be more fluffy or ergonomic. 3. Check in time should be earlier than 3pm & checkout time should be 12pm. 4. Can put some complementary coffee & tea drink sachet together with sugar & creamer.
