Le personnel était gentil, et notre chambre etait nettoyée a temps et la baignoire etait agréable.

Ne vous laissez pas tromper par les photos elles sont faites avec de l’iA ou obsoletes. Il y avait de la moisissure sur les murs, des fourmis partout, l’eau de la douche etait soit trop chaude soit trop froide.Le batiment etait mal isolé il n’y avait pas de chauffage on a eu tres froid et il faisait humide..

Chỗ nghỉ rất rất sạch sẽ, thoải mái, tiện nghi. Nhân viên thân thiện, helpful. Có chỗ gửi đồ và nghỉ ngơi trước giờ check in rất tiện lợi và rộng thoáng. Khách sạn gần trung tâm tiện lợi di chuyển, bên hông có 1 con hẻm dốc rất xinh. Có thể thuê xe máy tại khách sạn với giá khá rẻ. Mình đã có một kỳ nghỉ rất thoải mái.

Khách sạn ở ngay trên con phố chính, nhiều hàng quán đồ ăn vặt ngon, gần chợ đêm, nếu đi bộ thì tiện, còn đi xe máy thì phải đi hơi vòng vì đây là đường 1 chiều. Phòng của mình có ban công, rộng rãi thoái mái, có bếp để ăn lẩu và có cả xà phòng rửa bát rất tiện lợi. Wifi tốt, tivi có youtube, tiện lợi.

Nếu muốn dậy sớm đi săn mây thì hơi bất tiện vì xe máy đã bị xích lại, bạn lễ tân còn trẻ nên ngủ sâu, gọi mãi mới dậy nên mình hơi ngại mặc dù lúc đó cũng là 6h sáng rồi.

The hotel was in a perfectly convenient area, close to the lake and night market, but just far enough removed to be super quiet at night. So many great restaurants close by, and easily walkable to many sites. The biggest draw was the huge balcony with table and chairs that overlooked the whole city! What an amazing spot to relax or have morning coffee! We enjoyed every minute! The staff were super friendly and helpful as well! This is a boutique hotel, and only 2 rooms per floor, so it was quiet and homey.

We loved everything! The only issue that we had right away was that there wasn’t a lamp to use as extra (or alternate) lighting. It was all the pot lights , or no lights at all. We asked for a lamp, and the next day one showed up in the room, along with a clothes drying rack on the balcony, because they noticed my thin rope strung up to dry my hand washed clothes. Super nice surprise! We had the top floor balcony room.

Staff & facilities were excellent & a great location

Great hotel in very convenient area. Close to city centre and night market. Lovely staff and helped with everything. We were slightly shocked as we had an upgrade!

Not a negative but the hotel doesn’t do scooters - but there are few renting places you can choose from. Another one- there were small ants crawling on the floor.. maybe a bug spray in a room would help.

Very classy looking and spacious rooms with a roomy balcony for some fresh air (though not much to see). Staff was helpful and charged my phone for me while I went out. Pretty centrally located, just a couple side streets away from the main strip (which had the flower festival when I visited!).

The bed was clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view from our room. The shower was nice and hot.

Staff smoke in the reception area in the evenings, even though the hotel is advertised as non-smoking throughout. This made our stay uncomfortable as we could constantly smell it in our room and it woke us up at night. This would put me off staying here. If it was non-smoking it would have been a lovely stay. Also, the toilet seat was broken and did not fit and the bathroom was constantly wet.

Nice, clean room with window and view to the city. Both hotel and room have nice decoration, especially on the wall on the side of the building. Location is good, 200m from bus stop, 300m from Hoa Binh Area, 400m from Đà Lạt market.. and many places with delicious food, coffee, bars to chill within 500m range.

Pavements and road are being renovated, so have to watch where you walk. Also some noise from the work. Quite a lot of bike noise for light sleepers.

The room seemed unfinished. The door to the bedroom missed a handle, there were still painters tape on the door and the room was humid.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, thanks to the attentive and responsive service provided by the staff, special highlight to Bean/Ben. Despite the check-in time being 2 PM, we arrived early with a group that included many elderly members and children. The staff graciously accommodated us with an early check-in. The room was exceptionally clean and exactly as depicted in the photos. We will definitely book this hotel again when we visit Da Lat.

Almost new hotel, lovely staff. Clean rooms, great location. They let us enjoy our own happy hour beers at the front in the afternoon, which was greatly appreciated.

The location was excellent. Very close to good restaurants. It was comfortable and reasonably clean. Very good balcony. Staff tried to be helpful.

The bathroom was very small. There were no face cloths or hand towels and not enough bath mats. Also no spare pillows.

Nice and friendly staff - really good value for the money

We loved this hotel. Very friendly staff and the best location! We were lucky enough to have the top floor room with an amazing view of da lat. very easy to walk out and find great dinner and drink spots. The night market that is held every night is only a 7 minute walk away. The street this hotel is on has the cutest clothing shops, and a couple of thrift shops as well that are semi reasonably priced if that’s what you’re into! We arrived early and were welcomed into our room prior to the 2pm check in time. Highly recommend

Only 1 pillow to sleep on and no bath mats.

My room was an apartment on the 5th floor and it had a large balcony which I loved enjoying a fresh air of Dalat in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was small but efficient. They provided 2 free bottles of water and refill instant coffee and tea packs daily if needed. I did not hear much noise from the street since the hotel was in a one way street alley. The hotel location was perfect. There were plenty of restaurants and shop around the hotel. It took about 5-7 minutes from the hotel to the night market. The street in front of the hotel was well known for street foods. At night, especially on the weekend, there were many young people came for snack foods. Staff were friendly but some were helpful while other was not. If you want to stay in this hotel, book the apartment one with balcony, you won't disappointed.

Some staff was helpful while other was not. Upon arrival, a young male staff (with earring) just stood at the front door and starred at us. Instead of helping us with luggage, he just chat and played game on the phone with his friends on a couch. We arrived around 1pm and our rooms were not ready. They told us it would be ready by 2 pm. We went out to have lunch and came back after 2 pm but no room was ready. Since we had a tour at 2:30pm, we just had to leave our luggage in the back room and left. By late evening, when we returned, our room was ready and a night shift staff helped us with luggage and showed us our rooms. His name is Bin. He was friendly, helpful and polite. The water temperature in the shower was not stable. Sometimes it switched from hot to cold unexpectedly. Also, in my room, there was no door or curtain between the shower and the toilet so the whole floor from the shower to the base of the toilet was totally wet after a shower. However, this was a not a deal breaker for me. There was no safety deposit box in the room and since this is Dalat, there was no AC, only a portable electric fan in the room.

The location is within walking distance of so many attractions, the night markets etc. Around you there is a wide variety of eating options and shopping. The room was large and spacious, little seating areas and a huge closet for clothes. Everything is lined new and very clean and the mattress was soft.

I would stay here again

The location was perfect and the view from the room was incredible. The staff were young but very friendly.

We could not really open up a window and the lighting in the room had one mode: full power. Also you continuously hear the elevator arrival sound through the walls and there was cigarette smell in the halls and sometimes in your room.

The room was as pictured. Staff were friendly with a short walk to shops and the night market. It was clean and didn't have any unpleasant smell.

We were with the understanding that hotels provided accomodation for private drivers. It was disappointing to find out when we got there that this was not the case for this particular hotel. It would be helpful to future customers if they stipulate this on the booking.com website/app.

The view from the room is amazing, location was fine and the beds were comfortable. Since the prices are low in Vietnam, value-for- money was okay but still worse than in other places.

There is no shower curtain so the area around the bath tub gets wet and it smells like mold. There was only one bath towel per person but no small ones to dry your hands/ face/ hair. The ringing sound of the elevator arriving on a floor is so loud that you could hear it in our room no matter in which floor the elevator arrived. Staff spoke only broken English and was not really attentive but busy plucking hair at the reception, eating or writing on their phone

Faint smell of sewage in the late afternoon/evening. Seemed to come from shower waste (suspect there wasn’t a u-bend installed as there wasn’t one under the sink).

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, 5mins from Dalat market. The prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality of facilities. They have a beautiful wall painted like Europe space. Large, new and modern room. Netflix is available. The front desk receptionist was exceptionally helpful and attentive. Will come back anytime and Highly recommend!

Perfect location to stay in for a few days in Da Lat. Staff were lovely, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

There was no air conditioning, but a fan was provided, which did the job for us. We visited in the winter, so this was not so much of an issue.

I had a lovely stay in this brand-new hotel. The room was spatious, airy and impeccably clean. For once, previous positive reviews were accurate (doesn't seem to be always the case in Vietnam). Location is good, a few minutes walk from the market (hill side entrance)

No credit card payment - they allowed me to pay in Euro but applied a steep commission. I would suggest making the lobby smoke-free.

Brand new hotel located right in the centre. We were celebrating and they upgraded us to a beautiful room with a view. Very clean place and a comfy bed. We loved our stay. Thank you for having us Thu!

Everything was amazing

The hotel room was so spacious and clean. The staff are so nice even if they can’t speak English they make sure your room are always cleaned every day and they always ask what I want for breakfast. Such a beautiful stay with a beautiful view.
