Me gustó la forma tan óptima de realizar el check - in y el check - out, sumado a la ubicación y la seguridad del lugar, tiene acceso a la piscina.

Que fue difícil encontrar la ubicación en waze o maps a pesar de que es bastante central.

The location was great

The mattress has a "ditch" in the middle

The room.was clean and fresh.

Was in the room until11:10 and heard the door open. No one knocked. It was the cleaning staff saying its pass check out time. She could have knocked.

Place was clean and comfortable

It's super well located and has free access to the beach

The problem was that people were coming in from outside and the hotel didn't feel safe; my wife was approached on 2 occasions.

Great location with easy access to local amenities on the Ocho Rios strip. Walking distance to Dunn's River, right on the white sand beach, with an onsite restaurant and store.

Disliked: First impression wasn't great — security didn't have our reservation on file, so we had to wait around 20 minutes for the host to turn up. Once inside, there was no complimentary water in the room, which is a real miss in a hot country, especially after a long journey. The headboard was loose and shook the bed whenever you sat down, and the cushion had a smell that needed cleaning. Miniature toiletries would also be a welcome touch for short-stay guests.

Hanno cancellato la prenotazione dopo l’arrivo senza motivo. Il gestore della struttura, quando mi ha visto, l’ho fatto chiamare io. Mi ha detto con aria di sufficienza, non sapeva chi io fossi. Il numero di telefono che aveva lasciato su booking non era quello giusto. Alla fine nessun grosso problema oggettivo, solo tensioni inutili e supponenza che poteva evitare. Il sand castle offre tanti appartamenti, questo lo eviterei.

The view was good

The room walls were very dirty also the ceiling fan the little sofa chair in the room had bleach on mark on it and was out of internet for 4 days the host had poor communication.

It’s close to a lot of different restaurants and markets.

Loved it all

Loved the location, beach house. The beach is 5 steps away from my room. Clean, modern, beautiful, its just tranquility. In the best area Ochi town, walking distance to everything- KFC BURGER KING,MOTHERS MARKETS ETC I LOVE IT HERE, I dont want to leave. Lovely vibe here too, everyone is establishment is friendly. My first choice next time! See you soon.

Check in process could be more efficient.

Easy check in staff were very courtous Cocktail bar staff very nice...food was good there aswell.. enjoyed myself.

I enjoy my peace of mind and the environment was absolute what I was looking for.

The apartment is on the second floor and has a balcony that overlooks the other oapartments. It's modern, homely, well equipped and I felt safe. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The kitchen is reasonably equipped however there were no drinking glasses and if you want to cook there is only two hobs. There were pots, pans and some utensils. The fridge is small but adequate. The TV is big and has Netflix and other streaming apps, which was great . The AC is so powerful I couldn't keep it on for long! The studio is in a great location close to all shops restaurants and bars on Main Street in Ochi. There is free access to Bay beach at the rear of the property.

The couch is uncomfortable, but it wasn't a deal breaker. However what bothered me more was hairs and debris throughout the apartment, bathroom and shower cubicle, indicating that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The water pressure in the shower was non existant; the water just tricked out so it took me longer to shower. The water ran hot the evening I arrived, but was completely cold the following morning. I would stay again if the room is cleaned properly and the water is hot with better pressure.

Good location

Leaky pipe that wet up kitchen and hall. Reported but not fixed even after my elderly mother fell. Dirty water left on floor 4 days Tv not working over a day but was fixed- details need to be provided how to use it. Even the technical guy had problems with it.. No greeting from the owner even though she knew i was coming and reception didn't help with issues in property.I was told to contact owner.with all issues. Owner should be contacting residents to make sure all is ok on check in not just taking the money. Don't assume everyone can call housekeeping send someone every 3 days to clean and change towels, sheets etc

The Wi-Fi connection was very poor. As a matter of fact I had to hotspot the TV in my room. I had no other issue.

Went out for breakfast the fact I didn’t have no internet for the duration of my stay couldn’t even watch tv in the room had to keep going down to the bar area to get WiFi which I found difficult as I have issues walking around I tried to get assistance but it was to no avail apart from that my stay was ok

The WiFi was very slow. On arrival I was greeted by a member of staff who was quite rude and not very helpful so had to email the property owner to find our what was happening with the booking.

The apartment was modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

The Tv could not connect to the internet.

Great location in the Sandcastles resort. So this is someone's condo inside the resort and the resort rents it out while the people are away. It’s on the main street very near the cruise terminal, many stores, restaurants and tourist traps. The beach is a fenced out public beach but you get access for free with your resort bracelet. Unlike in Negril, you can't just wander to the beach at any hour. The resort has a pool with a mini water slide and a bar with live music at night. It gets lively. There is a couch and a patio door. Since it's a condo, the wifi somes with the condo, it doesn't work in the full resort. The kitchen is equiped with a fridge and a stove. I used the resort's laundry service, they were courteous and fast.

The live music can be pretty bad. Not many utensils in kitchen.

Studio 20 was clean, modern and really lovely to stay at. The garden view was nice and it was close to the parking lot and pool.

The toilet had a slight issue where the handle needed to be toggled so the bowl can refill. The hot water in the shower was tricky to regulate.

The location really is central on main street but had secured parking. The room was clean bright..linens were clean mattress was comfy with ..great ac and various things for cooking to feel at home . A6 is also very nice both rooms are well maintained by the owners!The place has its own vibe there is something for everyone! if you want to hang out and have fun music and bars and restaurants across the street. Pool area is active. But in the same breath P the inner grounds and within the condo is very quiet and peaceful. Also loved the beach access was an amazing beach. And of course host and staff were amiable and helpful. Will return

The directions to find apartment could have been clearer.

The bed was great! And there was air conditioning!

The check in process for the condos was VERY unclear on Bookings compared to when we arrived. The person who checked us in didn’t ask for payment so I thought Bookings did it (even though it stated to pay at the property). Once in our room after a 40 minute wait (and 2 hours later than stated on Bookings), a different person asked for payment and didn’t have a working credit card machine. So we had to walk to an ATM to get cash to pay for the room. 😱 It was very annoying to have to wear bracelets off/on the property to show security guards. The beach access hours were 8:30-4pm which makes it very hard to enjoy the beach when you check in at 4 and leave the next day.

The room was very clean and of good quality. Environment was quiet and was a good location to the town.

When trying to check in, the host made a mistake of trying to charge double the price than what was stated before and they do not accept cards so I had to find an ATM.

We were in love with how comfortable and homely the room was. We had such an amazing time and we're already looking forward to doing it again! We've been to so many places in Ocho Rios and our stay here instantly took the cake from the moment we opened our room door. It was absolutely amazing and I can guarantee that there's no need to be hesitant about booking here. You'll absolutely love it.

I booked for 4 days but had an emergency and had to leave on the third day, I ask for a refund from 10 am and they wait until after 11 to tell me that check-out time already past, when I was already packed to leave from 10am and they told me to wait on property manager and no one showed up then I receive a message to say they won’t refund me
