No AC in the room. I was very hot

Bed was very comfortable and overall the apartment was cosy. We loved the proximity to beach and access to beach included in stay. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. It was also very clean.

The room was as exactly has how it displayed on the site. I love the fact that they was a ac for each area(bedroom and living/dining). I love the that apartment was well kept and the kitchen had a kettle/microwave/fridge/stove/utensils etc.... The pool was ok. I enjoy the pool area the sit and even swim around. Went on the slide but I had to wet up myself in order to slide lol. It was fun. I recommend and I'll go back again.

I didn't like the fact that I got the beach access card from the hotel and when I walk over to the beach I had to stand there over 10 mins to be told I have wait for them to print armbands for the persons coming from the hotel. The wait got me upset so I left. I think these passes should have been print and put aside just like how the bands for persons coming from outside bands were already prepared.

Customer service was excellent. All of the staff members were pleasant and polite. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The chair for the desk was broken and the bar stools were too high. However, the two single leather chairs in the living room were very comfortable.

the fact i could smell mould in the property on entering wasnt good i then saw the damp around the walls bubbling, not a good look. The windows were not covered with netting and this is something i look for when booking, as i have allergic reactions when bitten. Not a pleasant stay... Phone reception was crazy had to stand in one place to hear the call and the tv well lets just say it was watching me ... i couldnt get to watch a programme with out it pausing and the spinning buffer wheel going round and round .. Crazy... good for the price if you just want to lay your head down for the night... However i really couldnt wait to check out the next day because of the damp smell....

The location was good, close to shops restaurants and beaches

There was an infestation of small cockroaches, on the tables, the floors in the bathroom and bedroom

The attendants were in a shift switch so it took a little longer than should have and the new attendant was not nearly has helpful as the first one. The code didn't work so I had to go back to front and then someone had to meet to reset but honestly the person meeting me was there before I got back to the room so that was great!

The A/C in the main room didn't work but the one in the bedroom did so it was fine. I only use to sleep. There were no utensils or paper towels to use but not that big of a deal as I was only there for one night but a longer stay would need those items.

The property was comfortably nice and clean with great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Also within walking distance of the public beach. The property was safe due to gated security.

It can't be easily fixed but if it can help you with improvements, please know I share this only to help: 1) The walls are paper thin 2) The bathroom is outside the bedroom and right at the entrance 3) There is no toothbrush cupholder, no soap/shampoo holder in the shower, and the tiles didn't seem to be clean when we first used them 4) There was a sharp broken metal fixture (maybe where the toilet paper holder was. The toilet is tiny, low, and right against the wall, so if you are a large person, you could tear the skin clean off of your leg or arm. I almost did when I woke in the night. It was kind of scary to have to force myself to be awake as I walked from my bed, with a squeaky door (that woke my husband) through the corridor and though the door and remember to sit from the off center left side. 5) The faucet had a constant drip, and the spurt would spurt out of the small basin. There is no water for your feet except a spurt on the side that you need to figure it out by playing with the knobs I didn't give a bad rating. These things are from older buildings. I loved the stay. The bed was comfortable and made up for what was lacking.

Great location on the local Bay Beach and the main Roa. Accurate pictures. Clean and modern room with cold AC. Silver Sands the on site restaurant is fabulous. Delicious food and excellent for our favorite authentic Jamaican dishes.

Consider leaving more face cloths and towels for guest. We stayed for one week and bathe often due to the heat and chlorine pool exposure. We visit family island wide and often return after 6pm too late for the 12 to 6 housekeeping hours. Consider a little more in the kitchen like can and bottle opener’s and a dish cloth to wash dishes etc. Other condos I the area even include a bottle of water or two for checkin , a little dish soap etc…. Some even call their guest to check on them upon check in to be proactive with needs or concerns if any.

Location was great. Room was clean. Easy check-in.

Only issue was that on booking it says 2pm check-in but when we arrive just after 2 we were told to come back after 3.

I loved how the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Loved the amenities and atmosphere, will book again 🤍

The place was clean and kept clean,saw staff ensuring the bins outside were empty, definitely a tumbs up.

I felt the security could have a big tighter... And I do believe Housekeeping could have not waited on the guest to call up for towels, etc but apart from that it was all good
