El desayuno en las terrazas es algo muy bonito; las habitaciones son una maravilla. El equipo es muy servicial; un día que estábamos un poco saturados de comer, nos prepararon una cena ligera, lo cual se agradece, especial mención a la experiencia en el hammam.

The location is unbeatable—just a few meters from the vibrant souks/bazaar and within easy walking distance to the central Marrakech area. It is also situated right by the main pickup point for day excursions, which made our day trips completely hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone wanting convenience and easy access to the city.

A legjobb döntésünk volt – több, mint egy szállás, valódi vendéglátás és élmény ❤️ Őszintén szólva több napot töltöttünk azzal, hogy megtaláljuk a számunkra tökéletes riadot Marrakechben. Rengeteget keresgéltünk, összehasonlítottunk, véleményeket olvastunk, és végül a Riad Flam & Spa mellett döntöttünk. Most, hogy hazautaztunk, teljes bizonyossággal mondhatom: életünk egyik legjobb szállásválasztása volt. Már az első pillanattól kezdve olyan ellátásban, kedvességben, figyelmességben és profizmusban volt részünk, amely messze túlmutatott azon, amit egy szálláshelytől vár az ember. Az egész személyzet végtelen kedvességgel, alázattal, odafigyeléssel és valódi vendégszeretettel dolgozik. Nem éreztük azt egyetlen pillanatban sem, hogy „csak vendégek” vagyunk. Inkább úgy éreztük, mintha egy családhoz érkeztünk volna. Minden kívánságunknak eleget tettek. Amikor például az Agafay-sivatagba indultunk, nagyon korai volt a pick-up időpontunk. A személyzet már kora reggel rendelkezésünkre állt, és reggelit is készítettek számunkra, hogy indulás előtt se maradjunk étel nélkül. Ez a fajta figyelmesség nagyon sokat jelentett nekünk. A Riad saját hammamja egyszerűen fantasztikus. Kétszer is igénybe vettük, és mindkét alkalom csodálatos élmény volt, a masszázzsal együtt. Mindenkinek szívből ajánlom, aki itt jár. A második hammam után pedig egy újabb különleges meglepetésben volt részünk: a hammamot végző hölgy ott maradt, és tradicionális, valódi berber hennát készített nekünk gyönyörű berber mintákkal. Felejthetetlen élmény volt. Az egyik este megemlítettük, hogy szeretnénk elmenni vízipipázni, azonban a Medina területén erre nincs igazán lehetőség. A Riad tulajdonosa erre egyszerűen azt mondta, hogy semmi probléma, nekik van shishájuk, és készített nekünk egy fantasztikus, mentás vízipipát. Hussein, az egyik recepciós pedig leült mellénk, és amíg mi shisháztunk, rengeteget mesélt Marokkóról, a hagyományaikról, a kultúrájukról és arról, hogyan élnek.

Ilyet őszintén nem tapasztaltunk.

La chambre est spacieuse et très confortable. La climatisation est un plus, c'est indispensable en été. Le petit-déjeuner est bien copieux et délicieux. Le personnel est adorable. Le thé à la menthe est une douceur incontournable pour l'après-midi. Les massages et soins proposés au Riad sont très appréciables. Il y a même un Spa pour se détendre après une bonne journée de marche. Et l'emplacement est idéal, au fond d'une impasse donc pas de passage et à quelques mètres des rues marchandes et de la place Jemaa el fna. Je recommande vraiment ce Riad.

Il posto è molto bello e curato. Lo staff è eccellente.

ci sono due aspetti che non mi sono piaciuti: Innanzitutto, la piscina è troppo piccola ed è situata proprio accanto alla reception. Per questo motivo non l’abbiamo utilizzata, perché non ci siamo sentiti completamente a nostro agio. Inoltre, il bagno non è dotato di una vera porta, ma soltanto di una tenda. Questo comporta una scarsa privacy e non isola minimamente i rumori, rendendo l’esperienza meno confortevole.

Liegt zentral an den Souks, Judenviertel, Place Mellah von wo man ein Taxi nehmen konnte. Hatten eine Suite, wunderschön und sauber mit großem Bad. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war vorwiegend süß und reichlich. Frisches Obst, frischer Orangensaft und auf Wunsch Ei. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Servicepersonal. Hatten eine Massage gebucht die spitzenmäßig war.

We had a great stay in this riad. It felt authentic, with beautiful paintings and friendly staff always happy to help! The massage and hammam was excellent and great value for us as a couple! One of the great perks is the location, its super central next to Bahia palace, but in a quiet street where the noise of the busy city doesn't reach the place. Only birds chiming and quiet music, which is exactly what you want from a hotel in Marrakech!

Wij hebben geweldig genoten van ons verblijf in deze prachtige riad. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen dagelijks een lekker ontbijt en op verzoek vroeger op de dag van vertrek. Goeie airco op de kamer, ruime badkamer, warm water, ruime kleerkast, frigo. Goede bedden en kussens. Heerlijke verkoeling in het zwembadje. Rustige en zonnige dakterras met ligzetels , parasols en een jacuzzi. Kortom alles was tiptop , wij komen graag terug.

Beautiful pateo, spotless clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed in two different rooms. The first had no real window in the room itself but had a small living space with a window - not what we asked for and not very pleasant. The second night they moved us and gave us an upgrade, and the room was much nicer. Good that it had a small fridge in the room.

Breakfast was ok, but could be more varied and better quality (juice for instance). There were things mentioned in the room description that make it sound very luxurious but don’t exist, like bathrobes and slippers. Don’t understand why Bookings advertises 50% discounts for any date in the calendar. It makes it seem like clients are getting a great deal in perhaps a higher end property, but in fact what you pay corresponds to the level of the property.

Beautiful riad. Whilst it's close to everything in bustling, amazing Marrakech it's a haven of traquility inside! Lovely room. Pretty roof garden. Great food. Helpful, friendly staff. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Really close the the souks and medina mall was just a 5 minute walk away which was a great stopping point for food and cold drinks when the heat got too overwhelming!

Colazione troppo lenta e inizia troppo tardi verso le 8.30 troppo tardi per le escursioni. Pulizia piscine e cucina scarsa. Menù Pranzi e cene sempre uguale per tutta la settimana. Troppo costoso per quello che offrono

Maravilloso ryad, todo perfecto, la comida, los desayunos insuperables y variados. El transfer puntual y te acompañan a la puerta, todo de 10

Cama cómodo con baño amplio, todo muy limpio y personal muy amable. El desayuno está bien. Bonita decoración.

La piscina es minúscula y no hay zona de hamacas a su lado, solo en la azotea que es donde está el jacuzzi. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y los precios de las bebidas h las comidas por encima de la media, al igual que las excursiones que ofrecen en el alojamiento. Sin ser una mala opción, quizá haya mejores opciones cálidad/precio.

Beautiful Riad! It was not hard to find as it is not that hidden in the Medina, easy walk to many points!

Everything was great and staff was exceptional.

The team at Riad Flam were attentive and very polite for any requests made. Breakfast was a feast with tea/cold drink included. This is a typical average size Riad with the bonus of a roof top having a Jaccuzi. There is also a small pool in the main courtyard. The whole riad was spotless and clean and the food we had on the first night was tasty with a traditional chicken tangine. The team arranged pickup from the airport which was very smooth. They also provided excursions if needed, we had a 3 hrs personal tour arranged by Riad Flam

The pillows were not large enough and a little lumpy, though they did replace them. The location is good, however the surrounding areas area being renovated, but that is expected.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich hatte mein Handy im Taxi vergessen, und alle hatten mitgeholfen, dass ich es kurzfristig zurückbekomme. Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war landestypisch und üppig.

Das Abendessen war im Verhältnis zu den landesüblichen Preisen etwas zu teuer

Beautiful and elegant decor. Staff were very kind and respectful. Location is second to none away from the hustle and bustle of the markets while still walking distance.

Location can be hard to find on Google Maps. Would suggest the hotel provide a map from the nearest parking

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this riad. The location is perfect—within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. There was a slight hickup at first as we had asked the Riad to organise our pick up from the airport we were waiting outside for around 20 mins looking for the driver in the end had to call the Riad myself to ask where the driver was, unfortunately still never turned up had to book a taxi outselves in the end. The staff were truly exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A special mention to Hussain, who was especially helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. The riad itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. It has a peaceful atmosphere that makes it ideal for both short breaks and longer getaways. We felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting the area

The Riad itself is beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable -- we always felt welcomed. We enjoyed the breakfast when eggs were served. Excellent location -- a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the markets and main square, but in a very quiet and serene area.

Our room was small and not very well-maintained. The photos for our room showed a table, but our room did not have one (nor the space for one). The shower had a rain and hand-held option, but the toggle to switch them was broken, so we were only able to use the rain shower.

Excellent Riad right in the heart of the Medina close to the Palace. The place was spotless with exceptional staff who cannot help you enough. Breakfast is really good. Highly recommend if you want a central place.

Buona colazione servita nella corte dallo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Sul tetto c'è una suggestiva terrazza con panorama sulla città. L'arredamento è accogliente e raffinato. Il personale dà supporto nel consigliare gli spostamenti e ad organizzare le gite . La guida che ci hanno consigliato era professionale, colta e simpatica. Buoni i servizi (abbiamo usufruito di massaggi e acconciatura, non abbiamo fatto in tempo per l'hammam, che ha bisogno di un preavvso di 90 minuti.

La camera è molto buia. Aprendo le finestre non si ha privacy in quanto dà sul corridoio di passaggio. Bagno con micro-finestra vicino al water. Zero privacy anche lì. Usando la doccia si forma un'umidità incredibile che non è possibile smaltire. Era presente un telecomando per HVAC ma non azionava nulla. Colazione mediocre. Sarebbe stata gradita più frutta e più varietà.

My friend and I had an excellent stay at Riad flam & Spa and genuinely couldn’t fault it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything needed. The level of service across all of the staff really stood out and made the whole experience feel effortless and relaxing. The cleanliness was exceptional-everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and very well maintained. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in keeping the hotel to a high standard. The room itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to unwind after a long day exploring Marrakech. Every detail felt considered, which really added to the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that combines outstanding service with top-level cleanliness and comfort.

We absolutely loved our stay, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and spacious, the riad had a cozy atmosphere and a lovely rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi. The breakfast was very tasty and the location was great, close to everything but still in a quiet spot.

A lot of water is wasted waiting for the shower to heat up. At first we thought the hot water had run out.

Bellissimo ryad nella Medina. Si vive l’autentica cultura marocchina. Personale gentilissimo e attento ad ogni esigenza. Colazione abbondante. Abbiamo usufruito, inoltre, della cena anch’essa gustosa. Terrazza con panorama mozzafiato e stanze pulite.

Joli sanctuaire dans la medina proche du palais Al Bahia et du quartier juif. A partir de là on accède facilement au labyrinthe de la vieille ville. Pour y aller au début avec une grosse valise c'est utile de réserver le transport offert par le riad Flam pour 25 Euros, comme ça on est escorté et aidé avec la valise. Sinon c'est probablememt difficile à trouver tout seul la première fois. Le personnel est super sympa et prêt à aider et donner des conseils. Le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon.

Staff were excellent from start to finish. Issam and Hussein went out of their way to accommodate our requests and external bookings. Breakfast every morning was different and very nice. Location is superb for exploring Marrakech on foot and the hotel was able to arrange external trips and restaurant bookings we requested. Will stay here again and thoroughly recommend it to others wanting to explore Marrakech.

Riad superbe avec un personnel aux petits soins et très sympathique. Merci pour votre accueil tellement dépaysant et en même temps on se sentait " comme chez nous". Un vrai havre de paix a 2 min des souks et de la place Jema El Fna. A réserver sans hésitation ! Merci !!

Ce riad est un bijou de calme et de douceur, caché au fond d'une impasse il vous protège de l'effervescence de la médina... Le personnel est adorable une mention spéciale pour Hussein qui est un ange toujours aux petits soins!
