Abbiamo preso una suite per tre persone, camera grande si stava bene. Camera ben arredata, in stile, con cura dei dettagli (tipo logo su lenzuola e biancheria da letto). In camera all’arrivo frutta e biscotti. Ottima centrifuga di limone di benvenuto. Abbiamo cenato e ci siamo trovati bene. Colazione buona e di qualità. Personale gentile, hanno subito risolto un problema che si era verificato con il pagamento che a loro non risultava.

La posizione è all’interno della città vecchia, forse un po distante dal parcheggio auto ma essendo un Ryad si può soprassedere.

The riad was beautifully decorated, it was a true oasis of calm in the middle of the medina. Cool and calm to give a real rest. The rooms are so comfortable and the staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful!

Alles! Geweldige Ryad! Ik kan het iedereen tijdens zijn verblijf in Chefchaoun aanraden. Ligging is perfect en het personeel is ontzettend attent. Ze waren ontzettend lief. Als we na een lange dag binnen kwamen, maakte ze gelijk een lekkere jus voor ons. In de avond kregen we lekkere thee op het dakterras! Echt een dikke 10 waard! Uitzicht op het dakterras is super!

Le Hammam et la table de massage était non seulement inaccessible mais il y avait du bruit pendant qu on était à la piscine Notre chambre était au quatrième étage et ça faisait beaucoup à monter à pieds

Riad très bien situé. Le calme absolu. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. Le personnel très chaleureux. Je le recommande vivement à ceux ou celles qui veulent séjourner à Chefchaouen car ce Riad est en plein cœur de la médina très bien situé tout à proximité.

Juste le parking Pardora est toujours pleins un peu compliqué pour trouver une place.

Es difícil elegir pero si tengo que hacerlo, la limpieza y el gusto esquisto ame la decoración. Si vas con coche aparcas en el parking del hotel parador y te llevan las maletas hasta el hotel. Es un servicio que se paga a parte pero es barato y merece muucho la pena. Pregunta por hussein.

I am used to travels and hotels all around the world but Lina Ryad is a place you need to discover. Amazing property animated by an outstanding team from the luggage pick up to the breakfast team. Big thanks to all of them especially Hajar, Kawtar and Widad for the warm welcome and continuous support. I should mention also Nawal for the smily breakfast. Moreover the property is ideally located in the medina with incredible views from the roof top. Highly recommended

Forse il check-in alle 15, un po’ tardi, ma è anche vero che puoi lasciare le valigie in reception e cominciare a visitare la città.

Assez cher pour le Maroc

La pulizia della stanza e delle parti comuni. Lo staff molto gentile.

La totale mancanza di insonorizzazione della stanza; dalla porta, proprio accanto al letto, entrava dalla soglia la luce del corridoio e arrivavano le voci delle persone che erano nelle aree comuni. Sveglia alle 3,30 causa operazioni di scarico merce (nonostante fossimo ad un piano alto dell’edificio i rumori erano purtroppo perfettamente percepibili). La zona breakfast/ristorante coincide con la reception e se vuoi cenare in hotel devi scegliere in anticipo cosa mangiare. Complessivamente è una discreta pensione a 3 stelle ma a posteriori non avrei pagato più di metà di quanto ho pagato per soggiornare qui - l’hotel al momento della prenotazione era il più caro di Chefchaouen-.

- impossible arrive by car, and the parking was far away. Many stairs to climb and even with the man helping with the luggage, you need to walk a lot - it is not a SPA! And you need to pay to use the swiming pool. The massage room is very tiny. - There was a lot of trash in front of the hotel. - The hotel is not like a real Riad.

Central location. Helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable room. We had a third floor room with a fabulous terrace with beautiful views over the city. We ate one evening meal in the Riad which was excellent.

The only thing I can think of was that the hook holding the robe in the bathroom fell on my toe! The room we occupied was on the third floor and had 60 steps and no lift. This might cause problems to some people although it didn’t affect us adversely.

We had an incredible stay at Lina Ryad. It was top notch customer service. They helped us with every request we had. Even helped us get our 80 year old mother home from dinner when the walk was too much for her. Absolutely incredible stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for everything!!!

Un personnel au petit soin, à l’écoute et arrangeant. Petit déjeuner excellent (notamment le meilleur café noir et le meilleur jus d’orange frais de notre séjour). Chambre très spacieuse et bien éclairée avec des ouvertures vers l’extérieur, Terrasse exceptionnelle. Nous n’avons pas testé le spa.

The staff were incredible welcoming and the room exceeded expectations. Traveled with a 3 year old and was extremely impressed with how patient and attentive the entirety of the staff was. Highly recommend anyone to stay. Wife said the spa was incredible.

Je souhaite attirer votre attention sur le fait que le Riad Lina est un établissement excellent, notamment grâce à la qualité et la gentillesse de l’équipe gérante. Lors de mon séjour, un incident malheureux s’est produit : ma femme a eu une entorse de première catégorie, ce qui nous a obligés à rentrer précipitamment chez nous. J’avais pourtant réservé deux nuits via Booking, mais en raison des conditions de réservation, je n’ai pas pu obtenir de remboursement pour la nuit non utilisée. D’après les explications du personnel du Riad, si j’avais effectué ma réservation directement auprès d’eux, je n’aurais eu à payer qu’une seule nuit, ce qui me semble plus juste et plus flexible compte tenu des circonstances exceptionnelles. Je pense donc qu’il serait souhaitable que Booking réfléchisse à ce type de situations imprévues, afin de proposer des solutions plus humaines et adaptées aux voyageurs confrontés à un accident ou un problème de santé. Encore une fois, je tiens à remercier chaleureusement l’équipe du Riad Lina pour leur professionnalisme, leur compréhension et leur accueil exceptionnel malgré cet incident.

The bed and pillows were the BEST we had in all of our stays in Morocco! Staff was so kind. Our room was huge with and amazing balcony and incredible views.

Absolutely loved our stay at Lina Ryad. Samira was very lovely and helpful when we arrived at the Ryad. We were lucky enough to stay in the suite which was on the top floor. The staff kindly carried our luggage up the stairs, thank you Mohamed! Our room was very spacious and it was lovely sitting on your own private deck and watch the setting sun over Chefchaouene. The breakfast was made to order with a great variety and very delicious made by Saada. The location was fantastic only a minute walk to the main square where there are lots of restaurants. Parking was a 5 minute walk from the Ryad and again Mohamed came to greet us and help with our luggage. You just need to inform them that you have a car so they can meet you in the car park. Loved everything about Lina and Chefchaouene! Would definitely stay there again.

Du parking à la prise en charge jusqu’au départ, tout a été irréprochable. Nous avons passé un bon moment en famille dans la piscine privatisée, puis, le lendemain, un petit-déjeuner traditionnel, généreux et savoureux. ☺️merci à toutes les équipes 🙏🏽

The room service and the room itself was immaculate, beds were exceptionally fluffy and comfortable, the view was picturesque and the spa was exemplary among spas. Best Riad/hotel I've ever been to, would recommend and will book next time I'm in Chefchaouen.

Location a bit far from the car parking so bags transport was a bit of a mission although the hotel provided a staff to do the job. No outdoor pool available only indoor and we had to book it in advance . No proper seating area on the amazing terrasse and no entertainment at the hotel.

The bathroom in the lobby was consistently smelly. No dining options inside. The hotel staff didn't give excellent dining recommendations.

Location was great. Very easy to walk around in the Madina from Lina Riyad. We had a lovely big room with a terrace access. Clean and well maintained.

Lots of steps to our top floor room. A lift would have been great, but we do understand it’s not always possible to install an elevator in the old Riad homes.
