Reviewed Apr 7, 2026So 1stly was over the moon and excited to have the experience of this place booked it got a message day later to say that they have to cancel coz they didn't get a cleaner how unprofessional is that the way the guy spoke to me in a v.n was so so u professional say its only one night and things happened. How do u speak and treat your Guest like that, shouldn't all this be sorted long time already u running a professional business, i had to go look for a other place and settle for something we didn't even really like and looking for coz we had to take what was available for us at such a short notice. Was so upset and disappointed.

What didn't you like???? The host send someone else to give us the key and he was brief about everything.we booked in 3 pm and by 10pm the electricity went off, he contacted me via what's app telling me it's only his house thats off in the neighborhood and he notified the department of electricity and they said they'll come out between 3 to 72 hours and we only there for the night 😢,and said " it is what it is" I thought he might get an elictrician out to come check what's happening. Our night was cut short. We went to go sleep in the dark and cold the electricity went on in the middle of the night but when we woke up just before we could get to the kitchen and make breakfast the electricity went off again, we decided to leave when I told him I'm leaving via what's app because I've never met the guy He said I must leave the key in the mailbox. I ask whats gonna happen with what happend he said hell let me know.. IM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED AND WOULD LIKE COMPENSATION FOR MY DIFFICULTY...
