Neat n clean apartment . Very near to tram station. The apartment is well maintained. Kitchen contain fridge, oven n dishwasher. The rooms are spacious. Big grocery store is 100 meters away.

Leider ist die Wohnung nicht so gut isoliert. Man hört leider von draußen, wenn man läuft. Aber es ist ok.

The property was absolutely perfect in every way. It was spotless & very well equipped. The beds were so comfy and the location was absolutely perfect for exploring Zurich. The tram was literally across the road. Dimi our host was so helpful too. I would highly recommend. There was absolutely nothing that could be improved on. We loved every minute of our trip😍

Lokacija je super. 2 minuta hoda do tramvaja. Takodjer ducan za namirnice takodjer blizu. Desetak minuta hoda je do jezera gdje se moze lagano setati i uzuvari

A localização próxima a supermercado e ao ponto de metrô. Muito bom o sistema de transporte público em Zurique. Apartamento com boa Wi-Fi, ampla sala, cozinha equipada.

O banheiro fica frio mesmo com o aquecedor. Como o chuveiro fica dentro da banheira, e ela é alta, é um pouco perigoso a saída.

The location was very good, centrally located and close to transportation. The place was clean . The water hot .The bedrooms roomy and the beds comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped .

Normally we expect the rudiments of breakfast..coffee,tea sugar at the very least, and often salt, pepper , oil. Zero for use in the kitchen. There was no plug for the bathtub .One tiny bar of soap for two people for three days,no shampoo or bath gel.There was one key provided for two parties which makes it very inconvenient for outings. Host asked for a score of ten ,which I consider inappropriate as the guest should decide the rating!

I appreciated Dimi's helpfulness. He supported us to the best of his ability, even on holidays. We needed to leave the apartment a day earlier than planned, on a Sunday. Well, Dimi promptly supported us via chat even on Sunday.

Insufficient supply of hygiene products. Defective wardrobe in one bedroom.

The apartment is spacious, and all rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable, and overall, it’s very cozy. The location is excellent — right in the center of Zurich. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location was superb! Walking distance to most points of interest for the average person, and excellent access to ground transportation. The Swiss transportation system is excellent!

Only one towel per guest for 4 nights. No traditional coffee maker.

The location was wonderful. It was so close to everything needed for a good stay. There is a tram/bus stop only 30 meters away. And two grocery stores in the same area. The lake is only about two blocks away and there is a great walk path along the lake that goes for over ten km.

Sometimes in the morning you can here the tram but overall it is very quiet and peaceful building with very quiet residents. It is a big city and there is a certain amount of city noise to be expected if you want to be close to so many things.

Excellent location with access to trams and local supermarkets.

Nice, spacious apartment conveniently located on ground floor in a modern building & lovely area of Zurich with nearby cafes, restaurants & literally just on the main street leading to the central areas - the old town & beautiful lake surrounded by mountains. We enjoyed the 20 min or so walk to these areas but can also easily jump on a tram & be there in around 10 mins (also great). We also took a trip to the wonderful Lindt Home of Chocolate via tram & bus which was really quick & easy. For our return home, we got the nearby train to the airport which was also really quick & convenient. Our flight arrived at night but self check in was totally fine with very precise instructions. The host-Dimi-was polite & helpful. We enjoyed our first trip to Zurich & whenever we return we will look forward to staying here again. Thoroughly recommend!

Отличное расположение, отличная цена, все что нужно есть, мы были 3 дня, но пользовались всем, утюг, тостер, чайник, кофе машинка и все прочее в отличном состоянии и пригодилось. Хозяин апартаментов отвечал быстро и помогал по всем вопросам!!

Evin konumu mükemmeldi.Heryere yürüme mesafesindeydi.Tam karşısında Tranvay,Otobüs durakları ile Migros ve Coop market vardı.Zürih'e saat 11.00 de geldik ve Eve giriş saatimiz 15.00 olmasına rağmen,Ev Sahibi her konuda yardım etti, çok ilgiliydi.iletişime geçip hem valizlerimizi eve erken bırakabildik,Hemde evimiz olabilecek en çabuk zaman da temizlenip teslim edildi Ev de herşey vardı.Migrostan alışverişimizi yapıp kahvaltı ile akşam yemeklerimizi kendimiz yaparak önemli bir miktar da tasarruf ettik

The location of the property is just perfect, walking distance to the lake and city center! The tram line is right there, so you can take a direct tram to the airport! The owner was available and helpful.

Location was great! Walkable to the lake, grocery store, restaurants, tram! Clean and the host was superb!

On our first morning, there was no hot water, by the time we came back from our day out, hot water was available. I'm not really sure what happened there.

Comfy beds except the pull out couch which was not great.

Limited kitchen utensils and needs some maintenance. Kitchen tap loose and bathroom light starter need replacing.

1. The location which is very near to Zurich downtown & walkable to the lakeside/ riverside with accessibility to public transportation stops. Cafes & grocery store are nearby. 2. Spacious apartment & very suitable for family of 6. 3. Towels are provided.

- Cleanliness of the kitchenware & utensils - pots & few other stuff with greasy residues. - No basic toiletries ie soap/shower gel & shampoo were provided.

Location was good, close to relatives I was visiting. Also only a 10 min walk or 5 min tram ride to the city center. The apartment is on the ground floor so very convenient for my ageing parents to access. The apartment was clean and spacious. Also the apartment was warm, ideal as it snowed that weekend! Apartment is close to a COOP supermarket and a cafe nearby.

There were not enough mugs/cups for tea/coffee in the morning. Owner should consider adding a few more items to a decent kitchen. The sofabed needs an upgrade, lumpy and you can feel the springs. The other beds in the main bedrooms were excellent.

The apartment is in a very nice area, especially since it is so close to the train station and a grocery store. Each room is spacious and comfortable, and the host communication is also very clear.
