Nettes kleines Appartement mit Miniküche. Für 2 Personen ausgestattet. Bad ist ok, bisschen Abstellflächen wären schön gewesen. Schmaler Balkon aber wegen der lauten Straße kaum nutzbar. Großes Plus ist der dazugehörige Parkplatz. Die Tram fährt direkt vor der Tür..perfekte Anbindung. 18min bis Hauptbahnhof und Bahnhofsstr

Some noise from the main road at times

Biorąc pod uwagę kosmiczne ceny w Zurichu, to za te pieniądze (200 euro) nie można wiele oczekiwać ani marudzić. Standard bardzo podstawowy, ale czysto i schludnie. Na jedna noc jest Ok. Trochę głośna ulica, ale przy zamkniętych oknach da się spać.

Głośna ulica, ale do wytrzymania. Tramwaj pod domem co jest i plusem i minusem.

The apartment was in great condition, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had the items needed to make meals easily. The check in and out was a smooth process. There was a good amount of space for us with our bags and the balcony was great. The location was good with a short tram ride into the city centre.

Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt nichts, Bad mit Körperpflegemittel. Es gibt einen Balkon. Alles war picobello sauber. Gutes Bett ! Einchecken mit super Personal am Telefon perfekt. S- Bahn Station vor der Türe

Appartement très propre, spacieux et calme. Un tramway au pied de l'immeuble et surtout à 5min de la ville et avec un garage pour voiture. Un appartement au top👍, je recommande vivement.

An dem warmen Spätsommerabend war die Wohnung heiss und stickig, der Badezimmerboden aufgeheizt, als ob die Bodenheizung auf Hochtouren laufen würde: sehr unangenehm, was das auch immer war. lauter Verkehr von der Strasse

Estada d’un dia. Llit confortable, cuinat equipada, lavabo amb plat de dutxa. Tot el necessari per un apartament. Plaça de parking (pagada a part) en garatge privat cobert. Fàcil fer el check-in. Em vaig deixar un objecte i gràcies al personal de neteja: en especial a Sandra i Lis, l’he pogut recuperar. Estic molt agraïda!!

Strassenlärm, da die Tram direkt vor dem Haus anhält, ist es sehr laut, zumindest in den der Strasse zugewandten Zimmern

Gut zu erreichen. Fußläufig zum See. Direkt an einer Tramstation. Für Zürich sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wenn man rechtzeitig bucht.

Nachts ziemlich laut, weil direkt an der Hauptstraße. Einige Apartments liegen zur Nebenstraße raus. Die sind etwas leiser.

So noisy outside the apartment next to the main road lots of traffic every day so noisy that I have to close windows 24/7 and it was very very hot inside the room no conditioner. I couldn't a sleep as I was jetlag during the day no chance was loud and so uncomfortable because of hot. My balcony was so close to the road busy road .

L appartement est juste devant une station de tramway, le personnel est super réactif et la place de parking au sous sol (25CH/nuit) est pratique

L appartement n'est pas très agréable à vivre : la cuisine est toute petite et pas vraiment fonctionnelle, La table pour manger se trouve dans un couloir... et la déco, quasiment inexistante, Il n y a pas la clim et les ventilateurs ne suffisent pas...

No te responden cuando llamas por teléfono al la propiedad.Al llegar quise comunicarme varias veces PORQUE NO HAY RECEPCIÓN física en el lugar , el check in , es a través de una computadora que no está en el mismo bloque por donde entras y para poder llegar hasta allí tienes que tener la tarjeta de tu habitación.De no ser por una señora que vive en el edificio y que amablemente me ayudó a para llegar al lugar y hacer el check aún estaría esperando!!! Se debería enviar las instrucciones del check in y no solo colocar que la llave se retira de la propiedad porque allí no hay nadie para atenderte . No te limpian la propiedad durante la estadía ni te sacan la basura. No te reponen los artículos del baño ni el café ( te dejan 1 cápsula para el primer día y shampoo y gel de ducha en envase diminuto que te duran 1 día ). Por el precio es un detalle a tener en cuenta !

Localização. Em frente ao prédio é uma das paradas da Linha 4 que nos leva para estação de trem Zurich HB e também para vários pontos turísticos. O prédio é silencioso.

Sentimos calor a noite. Sentimos falta de um ar condicionado. Mas não é um defeito da estadia. É geral. Hoje estamos em Yverdon no hotel mais caro da cidade com piscinas termais e spas e aqui também não tem ar condicionado.

App.to 007 Con 36°C fuori, il pavimento del bagno era bollente, e anche le tubature. Non hanno aria condizionata nell'appartamento, c'era solo un ventilatore. Non si poteva lasciare la finestra della cucina aperta xche era a piano terra. La stanza era al primo piano e dava sulla strada e sulla stazione del tram che passa ogni 4minuti , con la finestra aperta (perché se no si crepava dal caldo) non si riusciva a riposare, dalle 5 in poi ripartivano i tram e le macchine e non si dormiva più. Abbiamo fatto tutto presente e hanno detto che nn possono fare niente, abbiamo chiesto un minicondizionatore o un altro ventilatore, ma hanno detto di non averli. Peccato perché la stanza altrimenti era bella grande. D'estate evitatatelo

L’appartamento è comodo, con due stanze da letto, una con divano e una con letto. La cucina aveva tutto il necessario e bagno discreto. Ottima anche l’esposizione al sole.

Mancanza di tv nella camera da letto, ma è un optional

Nicely decorated and right in front of the tram stop, just a few stops away from central Zurich. There where two fans in the flat, which were great for the unbearable summer heat.

They left only one tinny bottle of shampoo, soap, cream and conditioner for five people for four days. When I asked for more to be provided I was told that they would make “an exception” and give us a few more, which they did, but how was that an exception? Also, communication was not great, either they took a while to reply, or didn’t reply at all. A washing machine would have been super helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby tram and bus stops, making it very convenient to explore the city. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay.

Het appartement was compleet, schoon en lag bij de tramhalte. De tram bracht je in enkele minuten naar het centrum van de stad.

Er was een ventilator maar die bracht niet echt verkoeling in de nacht. Een airco zou in de toekomst fijn zijns

Baustelle direkt in der darüberliegenden Wohnung. Keiner hat uns informiert. Sonst hätten wir nicht gebucht. Lärm ab 7.00 Uhr. Enormer Straßenverkehr (LKW, Straßenbahn) kommt noch dazu. Haben für 3 Tage 60 SHF für den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage bezahlt.

Good location, good size and ok kitchen. (Still no peeler, though.)

No air conditioning in a heat wave, situated on a busy and noisy street, with only a loud fan for help. Oh and no vent in the bathroom.

Spacious, clean and in a great location with a tram stop right outside. Laundry facilities downstairs were helpful as were the staff. Great stay- thank you!!

It would be helpful if laundry facilities could be paid by card. We had a hard time getting cash and breaking into coins.

Küche war nicht wie auf dem Bild. Wohnung war extrem warm (Sommerzeit aber auch)… Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster… konnte daher nur schlecht schlafen. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht… aber gut, ist halt Zürich/Schweiz

Room was speciaus but the wooden floor was way old and not clean! Kitchen gear was well supplied and the bed was comfortable.

Very good accommodation and very good location close to the train stations and tram. Allowing easy access to city center and to the airport.
