En general c'est un tres bel établissement avec plein de confort. Le personnel est très agréable et très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Les matelas sont durs. Le second lit ds la chambre triple pour une personne est trop petit, enfin il est bien pour un enfant de 5ans mais pas plus. Le faite que le bain rafraîchissant ou piscine soit au res de chaussée et un peu gênant, j’aurais préféré sur le roof top.

TOUT ! Le personnel, l’accueil, le Riad, le petit déjeuner, le hammam, le massage … Même eu des msemen avant mon vol merci beaucoup !

Rien c’était parfait

The riad is beautiful, stylishly decorated and in an excellent location. The whole complex is lovely, and the relaxing massage was very enjoyable.

The massage started 45 minutes late. The gluten-free breakfast was not available, even though we had requested it the day before, and there were no towels by the pool. Overall, it is a beautiful property, but a few details and aspects of the service could be improved.

Magnifique Riad très bien placé dans la médina. Tout est facilement accessible et notre chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. La terrasse est magnifique. Merci à Mustafa pour son accueil chaleureux et sa prévenance tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons avec grand plaisir.

Le personnel est à l Écoute , Agréable, Professionnel. Le Riad Deha est magnifique et bien situé dans le cœur de la Médina . De jolie restaurant et de jolie boutique avant d atteindre la place Jemaa El Fna .Merci pour ce moment partagé

This was honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Everything was incredibly clean, the staff were so kind and welcoming, and we felt at home from the very first moment. The whole atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. We truly loved our stay and would definitely come back!

La pulizia é impeccabile e le attenzioni e la gentilezza dello staff uniche. La colazione é ricca e genuina. Molto piacevole l' esperienza Hammam e il massaggio. Sentiremo la nostalgia di questo posto!

The property was as it showed in the photos: clean, beautiful and comfortable. The staff was super helpful and accomodating, as well as nice and approachable. We did the hammam+massage+lunch and we had a good time.

The outside is daunting looking because you are in the Souks of Morocco. But inside is beautiful, very well maintained.

Todas las personas que trabajan allí súper amables y simpáticas. El hammam una experiencia inolvidable. Nos encantó quedarnos allí, súper limpio y súper bonito.

Es un Riad precioso, tranquilo y muy limpio. Un acierto de 10. Nos han tratado muy bien y tienen un desayuno muy rico. Me senti como en casa. Mi estancia fue 7 dias y volveria a repetir sin duda.

No tengo nada malo que opinar.

Quelques soucis avec la Clim mais rien de dramatique

Nous n’y avons séjourné qu’une seule nuit. Bon emplacement dans la médina. Chambre très spacieuse.

Personnel peu chaleureux. Nous avons demandé un petit déjeuner avant 8h car nous devions partir en trek. Ils n’ont pas accepté directement notre demande. Nous avons dû beaucoup insisté. Ils ont dit oui pour 7h45 et le petit déjeuner était très décevant. Je pense que nous avons eu le pain de la veille, les crêpes pas cuites.

All the staff we’re very kind, it was really clean, the food was great, they treated us very nicely with a lot of respect In addition to everything I've already mentioned, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and say how truly impressed I was with Mustafa. He took exceptional care of us throughout our stay, making our experience incredibly enjoyable. He was always there to help, attentive to every detail, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well looked after. He is truly amazing.

Le décor est sympa

L'emplacement est difficile d'accès : les taxis ne peuvent pas entrer dans les ruelles, ce qui oblige à faire un long trajet à pied. Manque de professionnalisme et de communication. Dès l'arrivée, l'accueil était très froid. De plus, j'ai été très choquée par l'attitude d'un membre du personnel lors du petit-déjeuner : celui-ci m'a fait une leçon de morale déplacée et s'est permis de me reprocher le fait que ma fille n’est pas rentrée la veille au soir, prétextant qu'il n'avait pas dormi à cause de cela, ce qui est totalement inadmissible. Les prestations, c'est très décevant : la moindre bouteille d'eau est payante, et le petit-déjeuner est ridicule. De plus, le linge et les draps de lit était insuffisants pour trois personnes , la chambre est très petite et manque de meubles , pas de mini frigo ni même un verre d’eau.. Enfin, la chambre vendue comme une « suite de luxe » s'est avérée être de qualité vraiment médiocre.

L ensemble du personnel est formidable, des receptionnistes,aux femmes de menages sans oublier les cuisinières, tout le monde est aux petits soins pour nous. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Peut-être qu une télé dans la chambre serait la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci à tous pour votre accueil et votre serviabilité

Es precioso, súper acogedor, con una decoración maravillosa , muy limpio y cómodo. El personal ha sido súper amable y cercano. Ali y Mustafá siempre pendientes de que todo estuviera bien… sonrientes y agradables… un acierto increíble.

Nagyon jó helyen volt, az óváros közepén, a reggeli nagyon finom volt. A tetőterasz nagyon kellemes. A személyzet nagyon- nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Ha esetleg megyünk még Marakeshbe, biztos, hogy ezt a szállást választom újból.

Riad davvero molto bello! Purtroppo ci sono stata di passaggio e non ho potuto provare tutti i servizi, ma sono rimasta impressionata dalla bellezza del posto. Ringrazio molto Mustafa che si è molto impegnato per organizzarmi il trasferimento in aeroporto nonostante il brevissimo preavviso. Molto gentile.

El alojamiento es un lugar agradable, con una decoración muy cuidada y muy limpio. El personal es agradable y servicial.

En primer lugar, el alojamiento está más o menos a 15 minutos de la plaza central y si vuelves por la noche, las callejuelas del camino de vuelta dan bastante respeto. Hay que tener cuidado con los falsos guías que andan por la zona fingiendo que te ayudan con el camino, nunca hay que aceptar su ayuda porque luego te acorralan para que les des dinero a cambio. Por otro lado, dejamos nuestro dinero en el armario del hotel escondido en el porta pasaportes y nos dimos cuenta de que faltaban 50€. Sabíamos que era difícil probar que alguien lo había cogido pero decidimos comentárselo al gerente porque estábamos muy seguros del dinero que habíamos dejado ahí guardado. Éste no pudo averiguar (o no nos lo dijo) quien del personal de limpieza lo había cogido por lo que decidió descontarnos ese dinero del total de la reserva y además nos ofreció llevarnos al aeropuerto sin ningún tipo de coste. Fue una experiencia bastante desagradable pero fueron bastante resolutivos y amables. La zona de piscina es preciosa pero incómoda, es muy pequeña y si se coincide con otros huéspedes ya no disfrutas del baño. Al salir la zona es poco práctica, es todo tan bonito y cuidado que no sabes muy bien donde ponerte toda mojada. Por último, tienen unos grifos Grohe que son de primera calidad pero no hay nada de presión de agua, por lo que tener esos grifos tan caros no les sirve de nada.

Loved this hotel, everything was great - staff were so helpful and friendly, happy to answer all our questions. Whether it was where to find activities, support with taxis. They were quite flexible about check out and luggage, which made onward travel really easy. Nothing felt like too much trouble. The hotel is beautiful and kept very clean. We were in Marrakech during 45 degree temperatures, the a/c and the pool to dip in were very welcome. We also enjoyed the hammam and massage which was a very relaxing way to start a holiday

Struttura fantastica, abbiamo soggiornato qui per 3 notti. Posizione ottima per girare a piedi ovunque, struttura bella e curata, pulizia ottima, staff gentile, sorridente e sempre a disposizione. Colazione molto buona, servita al tavolo e varia. Camera tripla spaziosa, doccia gigante. Abbiamo avuto un problema la prima notte con l’aria condizionata che non funzionava bene e non riuscivamo a dormire dal caldo, la mattina seguente abbiamo fatto presente il problema e entro l’ora di pranzo è stato risolto. Super disponibili. Piscina piccola ma rigenerante dopo una giornata in giro per marrakech. All’arrivo ci hanno offerto del tè marocchino e ci hanno dato la camera prima dell’orario di check in. L’ultimo giorno ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valige per poter girare prima del volo. Possibilità di mangiare sia a pranzo che cena. Noi abbiamo ordinato dei wrap per pranzo l’ultimo giorno ed erano davvero buonissimi. La zona è tranquilla, eravamo 3 donne e abbiamo girato a piedi la sera tardi senza nessun tipo di problema. Se venite a marrakech vi consiglio assolutamente questa struttura.

The art work (pictures) hung up around Riad was questionable, I’d dint really understand the theme There weren’t many but couple of things I missed having in the room, one was a bin, there was a tiny bin in the bathroom to put the rubbish in but we could do with one in the bedroom too We improvised and used an empty plastic bag once it get filled, staff used to take it when they come for cleaning and The last one Is we could do with a desk/table or a dressing table to put our stuff on in the room but this is me been slightly picky Apart from that everything else was great

The communal areas were well decorated and looked good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Lo staff è molto gentile, sin dal primo giorno ci hanno detto di sentirci a casa, sempre attento a rispondere alle nostre esigenze, sempre con il sorriso. La struttura era accogliente e pulita

Esperienza davvero deludente. Il personale si è dimostrato poco disponibile e poco attento alle nostre segnalazioni. Io e la mia amica non siamo riuscite a dormire a causa dei continui lavori di verniciatura svolti all'interno della struttura, con rumori e odori che hanno reso impossibile riposare. Inoltre, i letti erano estremamente scomodi, con materassi molto duri che rendevano difficile persino addormentarsi. Un altro aspetto molto grave riguarda la sicurezza della zona. Proprio davanti al riad era presente un uomo in evidente stato di alterazione, probabilmente sotto l'effetto di sostanze. Abbiamo segnalato più volte la situazione, chiedendo di contattare le forze dell'ordine, ma le nostre preoccupazioni sono state ignorate. Per due ragazze era molto difficile e spaventoso rientrare in struttura, sia la sera che durante il giorno. Purtroppo questa esperienza è stata molto negativa e non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.

- the pool was quite small, but it was perfect for us! Me, my niece and sister in law can't swim so found it comfortable with the baby to play in there and dip after a long day! - the staff were welcoming and incredibly accommodating! One of the main guys there - a tall man, was very lovely, had a welcoming smile and always helped when we needed it - I.e. luggage or with the babies pram. Wish I had his name because he was very kind. Also. Another lady, unsure if she's the owner, she was lovely too! Can't fault the staff. The cleaners were lovely. - thank God for the AC

- the beds were terrible - might as well sleep on the floors outside. My back hurt from it. - the lighting is terrible in the rooms. Better chandelier and better bulbs - the breakfast was meady- the Morrocan tea and orange juice was delicious but didn't enjoy the rest. We ate what we could. The seasoning on the eggs were poor. - the bins in the room are TINYYYY. Small thing that could make a big difference if changed

The breakfast was good and slighty diferente every day. The staff alwasy have a friendly smile and greet you in your native language. They provide help and tips whenever needed. The rooftop is a great place to chill out at the end of a long hot day.

Ich war bereits mehrere Male in Marrakech und habe noch nie so ein schönes und sauberes Riad gesehen. Die Inneneinrichtung und die Möbel sind unglaublich schön und geschmackvoll. Die Angestellten sind ausserordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Wir durften früher einchecken und sogar unangemeldet am Einreisetag frühstücken. Vor der Abreise konnten wir an Vormittag das Mittagessen bestellen und flexibel das Mittagessen geniessen. Das Riad ist sehr zentral. Die Angestellten sind rund um die Uhr anwesend und stehen für alle Anliegen zur Verfügung und helfen auch immer mit dem Gepäck/Taxi/Reisetipps etc.

Es hat im Zimmer zu wenig Ablageflächen. Es gibt im Dreierzimmer nur ein sehr kleiner Nachttisch neben einem Bett. Der kleine Weg zum Riad ist teilweise am Abend etwas unangenehm. Der Mitarbeiter des Riads hat dies jeweils bemerkt und stand bereits bei der Türe, womit wir uns jederzeit sehr sicher fühlten! Vielen Dank!

This was the best place we have been to during our holidays. We spent here 5 nights and the staff was exceptional. They were caring, attentive and friendly. Especially Sayf and Ismail were the best! They brought us tea any time of the day with contagious smile. The facilities were great and we enjoyed the peacefulness and atmosphere of the Riad both inside and out on the terrace. The breakfast was incredible. They even made an exception and made it for us an hour earlier so we can get to our trip on time. 10/10

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel était au petit soin et le Riad était magnifique ! Il manquait seulement d'un petit peu de mobiliers dans la chambre mais le reste était parfait ! La situation géographique était idéale.
