Property was so good and our family members enjoyed a lot as well as the house was furnished and clean.

Suggestions are, Fans are not enough. Better to have some fans supplied in the property. Top bathroom bidet shower and the shower was not operating well and there was a leak. Only hot water was coming. Better have some housekeeping equipments

The property was as described and the pictures were a true reflection. The house was spotless clean.

Good rental with 6 bedrooms on 3 floors and two bathrooms. Conveniently located 18 minutes walk from the stadium and town centre.

Good location

There was no heating, hot water or gas to the hob and oven for more than a day in the middle of a storm and 2° weather. The house was freezing, a group of 11 were unable to shower, and the hosts were incredibly unhelpful and we had to resolve the issue ourselves by overriding the smart meter for emergency credit despite calling, emailing and messaging. Was offered compensation but have been ignored and not given any support in resolution.

Location was good & kitchen was nice

Not enough mirrors or bins in bedrooms, needed more seating in lounge for amount of people that can sleep.

Plenty of space- well equipped and plenty of available parking.

V minor point- no curtain on velux on top bedroom.

Excellent location, clean, excellent communication from the host.

towels looked used (not washed) properly but some of them was clean , washing machine was not working wifi not strong enough not working at upstair , no instruction for dishwaher. it would be better to solve all above issues. kind regards

Beautiful place newly refurbished. Still little few bits to do but was lovely stay

The double bed in atic and some of the singles bed mattress need new lumpy uncomfortable . And could do with de weeding. But the property in newly renovated still few bits to do but will defo stay in future

The location of the property is excellent, with only a 20 minute or so walk into the city centre with lots of amenities nearby. The size of the property was great and perfect for our group

The heating was on very high when we arrived and despite turning it off, would turn back on incredibly high. During the spring/summer months this is not ideal. The water in the shower went cold before all our guests had chance to have a shower in the morning - possibly related to turning the heating off? We stayed in one of the double rooms and the mattress was incredibly hard and uncomfortable - a mattress topper would help with this. Other than in the two bathrooms, there was only one small mirror in one of the bathrooms which made it slightly difficult for us to get ready.

Lots of room - more than enough space for our group of 8

The smoke alarm decided to beep all night on the first night, needed a new battery, owners sorted this swiftly the next day.
