A week before I arrive, the host texted me saying the building I booked was full and moved me to another building of the same system. The new one is nearby, I have been staying with Sumitomo many times so quite familiar with their services. The host, the guard and the housekeeper are all very nice and accommodating. Room is spacious, free big bottle of water during the stay, cleaning 3 times/week. Location is great, near many eateries. Taxi can park right outside.

Can offer the bathroom with shower and normal floor instead of integrating with the bath tub, not everyone likes bathtub, especially when it doesn't look very hygiene and quite unstable to step on. Easily to fall. The shower curtain makes the whole floor wet.

The response of the host and the cleanliness.

Checkin procedures. Didn’t see any staff on duty during my stay.

Great apartment. Clean and spacious! A good location if you want a quieter stay outside of the touristy Old Quarter area but not far from it either. Walking distance to good Japanese food and Vietnamese food markets.

The language barrier made it slightly difficult for check in

A really spacious apartment, bright and airy. Bed and sofa both very comfortable. Had more facilities than I needed, to be honest, such as a washing machine and electric induction hob and fridge freezer. If you are a self caterer it would be perfect. Situated in a quiet street, well away from the busy major road. Spotlessly clean and the staff I did meet were really friendly. Couldn't get in one night and rang the bell and the caretaker came from somewhere across the street, so I felt bad for dragging him out of his house when, as it turned out, I was being a bit thick. Lovely man.

Although the area the apartment is in is actually quite interesting, giving an insight into the local way of life and almost void of tourists, it's a long way from Hanoi's Old Quarter ( Grab app said 3.7km, but I'm a quick walker and it took me over an hour on foot!) . That walk is along incredibly busy, congested roads. It could be difficult getting home from the above tourist epicentre, even once I'd downloaded the Grab app ( local version of Uber), although it did give me a couple of chances to experience life on two wheels via Grab motorcycle taxi. Get your bearings right from the start too, as there is a maze of streets round the property and you could end up walking round in circles.

The security guard was very enthusiastic. Even though he used a translater machine , he still enthusiastically guided me.

I don't like the location of this building very much, it's a bit difficult for someone who comes to Vietnam for the first time like me. But the security guard was very nice, he came out and picked me up so it was okay.

This part of Hanoi is very calm and quiet, there is almost no traffic in the street (and it's quiet at night). You can find around lots of options to eat out (my favourite was Nhà hàng Wai Thái restaurant), market and small businesses (many in Japanese style). Compared to the busy traffic in the Old Quarter this is like a little paradise. The apartment is very spacious, wooden floors, very clean and you have drinking water supply there as well + AC, nicely equipped kitchen, washing machine and a laundry dryer. I was supposed to stay in Sumitomo10 only 2 nights and I prolonged it to 8, that's how much I liked it :)

Nice compact one bedroom apartment. They have everything we need and it's clean.

I wish they could provide breakfast or extra snacks in the room, that would be great.

1. Very neat and clean apartment. 2. Very responsive host. 3. Very helpful people in and around the apartment. 4. Very close (2-3 mins walking) to a supermarket and fresh market for vegetables, fruits, fish and meat. 5. Located in a Japanese area. 6. Away from the city centre to enjoy the local Vietnamese vibes.

Awesome place.... very clean and the host as well as the people who worked there were so friendly. Yen the host was so helpful with everything.The stay was awesome with so many utilities that we can use. We also had the utensils and washing machine to cook at the place. I would highly recommend this place for the stay and will stay here whenever I go to hanoi.

Nothing to say about it.... One thing is that stay like this always to everyone.
