Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Conveniently located in a good area, but in a side street so it is quiet. Big apartment, great value for money overall. Extremely communicative and friendly on WhatsApp, every request or issue was handled very quickly! In terms of amenities: comfortable bed, TV, kitchen, toilet seat with bidet. Would absolutely stay again.
The only issue was check in was a little confusing, as security was handling it and had to carry luggage around between buildings as originally was taken to the wrong building. After this all was good. Other than that, the room has a clearly lived in feel and could do with a refresh in the future, but was not a problem.

THE REASON FOR THE LOW SCORE IS THE CLEANER. SHE REPEATEDLY ENTERED MY APARTMENT WHEN "DO NOT DISTURB" SIGN CLEARLY INDICATED ON THE DOOR. SHE ALSO STOLE FROM ME. I REPORTED BOTH THESE ACTIONS TO THE MANAGEMENT SEVERAL TIMES,WHO DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!.
