Die Lage ist unschlagbar!

Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Tram Haltestelle lag ganz nahe an der Wohnung.

Das Bad war unsauber. Der Duschvorhang hatte Schimmelflecken. Der Armaturen waren alle nicht fest angebracht. Eine Gefahrenquelle für Menschen die einen Haltegriff an der Badewanne benötigen. Als Pflegeprodukte war nur eine kleine Handseife vorhanden. Die Nachbarschaft im Haus hat uns auch nicht gerade mit freundlichen Worten empfangen. Das Fernsehprogramm war nicht voreingestellt.

Om te beginnen was de gehele in check proces een drama. We kwamen aan rond middernacht op het adres om de sleutel uit de kluis te halen voor het appartement, echter als je (na diverse verzoeken aan de host ) het wachtwoord/ code niet hebt dan is het moeilijk om aan de sleutel te komen. Na eenieder in betreffende appartementen complex wakker te hebben gebeld, kwam een behulpzame jongeman naar beneden en gaf me de code. We liepen daarna naar het appartement complex 300 meter verder. Maar konden de ingang niet vinden. Toen we na 30 minuten de ingang hadden gevonden. Werkte de sleutel niet om het complex binnen te komen.weer iedereen uit bed gebeld. Na 20 minuten kwam er een vriendelijk man naar benden en opende de deur. Daarna liepen we met 2 zware koffers 6 trappen op naar boven. Er is geen lift in het pand en eindelijk konden we in onze studio. De volgende ochtend om 8.56 kregen we de code van de kluis van de host. Beetje laat. Al met al de eerste en laatste keer dat ik hier heb geboekt voor 500 euro voor 2 nachten met uitzicht het op huizen in een steeg.

The location is amazing! You are in the centre of the old town, in walking distance to shops, cafe, sights, the water and public transport. The property is clean and functional. The check-in process was great and worked super smoothly. The host also gives you contact details if you have any issues (we didn’t have any).

Nothing - it was great and I would stay again.

- The host has thought of everything from an oil-filled radiator to a fan, which was a lifesaver in a heatwave. From vacuum and ironing facilities to teaspoons and bread knives. It was obvious that the host was very caring about the guests' comfort. - The location was perfect in the middle of the city's historic part. - The building is historical and beside the Minister. - There are three church bells, but we lived with them. - Great spot outside the building for photos across the river, especially at night. - Fridge, freezer, and cooking hop were working well. - Once we figured it out, the TV was decent with the World Cup on.

- No elevator/lift. I had no idea that I had to carry heavy suitcases to the highest floor. Sore muscles - The bathroom can benefit from renovation; the curtain needs to be replaced. - The instructions were unclear for locking the room's door or the list of amenities in the room, even when we asked. For example, there was toilet paper, dish wash-up liquid, a tiny bar of soap, and kitchen towels in the room, but no tissues, shampoo/body wash, or slippers (we got our own). Knowing this list could have helped us. - To lock the door, you should push the handle up and switch the key from inside at night, and the same when you leave the room from outside. - Having a couple of coffee pods or tea bags and a biscuit would be helpful. Imagine a guest arriving at night, tired, with no supermarket open - No instructions for using the TV; we figured it out. - The fridge can be noisy at night; it is not a ghost. We checked. - Sofa was faux leather; not good for hot weather.

The property is at the best location, just beside the iconic Grossmunster church. It is housed in a well preserved old building, tram station is just few steps from the property with supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby. The property is very clean, with very comfy bed, the kitchen is a big plus too. We felt relaxed and comfortable during our stay.

Though we were informed before our arrival, it was still a bit of hassle picking up the key from a different location. Please consider changing the pillows too. No elevator as it is in an old building. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay.

Konumu harikaydı direk şehir merkezinde her yere yürüyüş mesafesindeydi. Her türlü mutfak aleti vardı. Yatak rahattı her yer temizdi. Anahtar başka bir yerden alınıyor eğer çok valiz varsa bu durum zor olabilir ama alınan yer yakın zaten.

Asansör olmaması biraz yorucu ama bizim için büyük bir sorun değildi.

Komfortables und großzügiges Apartment für zwei Personen in zentraler Lage am Grossmünsterplatz. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Check-in per Schlüsselkasten verlief unkompliziert, auch wenn dieser ein paar Gehminuten entfernt liegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Team war jederzeit reibungslos und freundlich. Für Zürich ein wirklich hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Niente ! Disastro totale.

Non mi piaciuto nulla , peggiore soggiorno della mia vita. Palazzo molto vecchio con la muffa sui muri, odore di cibo andato male, non ce ascensore- 4 piano a piedi con delle valigie pesanti ( non e stato specificato), vecchia scala in legno, una mansarda con soffitto basso senza lampade, travi a vista su soffitto in metallo( attenzione quando camini per non sbattere la testa), mancanza dei prodotti bagno semplice sapone, la machina di caffè difettoso e senza capsule, la porta non si chiude con le chiavi. Check in dopo le ore 15 e bisogna prendere in un altro indirizzo zona pedonale , dove non puoi arrivare in macchina e taxi , check out alle 10 del mattino ( normalmente 11-12). Proprietà ha riportato con il ritardo di 1 ora per check out si applica doppia tariffa. Un totale Disastro! Stati attenti. Appartamento non corrisponde alla descrizione e le foto.

L'emplacement idéal et studio bien agencé

Odeur de tabac froid très désagréable. Contact très impersonnel avec le propriétaire, on sent bien le business et pas le contact humain.

A localização era otima, ao lado de um dos pontos turísticos de Zurich.

Ter que buscar a chave em outro local torna o check in desgastante e dificil, alem disso o apartamento se encontra no terceiro andar, e nao possui elevador, então se estiver com muitas malas isso também pode ser uma dificuldade.

Sehr zentral gelegen und direkte Haltestellen vor Ort. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Studio war sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Kommunikation war reibungslos ebenso wie der Check-in. Wir würden wieder buchen. Vielen lieben Dank.

Super Flat. Info bzgl. Schlüssel bzw. Kontakt mit Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet. Lage top.

"Direkte" Anfahrt mit Auto eher schwierig. Darüber könnte man sich aber vorher informieren ! 😄

Petit appartement confortable très bien situé pour visiter la ville . Situé au 2eme étage sans ascenseur . Le studio est spacieux pour 2 et très calme . La literie est confortable

Le logement ne possède pas de volets , malgré les rideaux épais cela peut gêner les personnes qui ont besoin de l obscurité complété pour dormir . Une couverture d appoint pour les frileux serait judicieux. Enfin n oubliez pas d avoir avec vous shampoing gel douche car le studio n en mets pas à disposition

Quarto piano senza ascensore, l’appartamento potrebbe essere tenuto meglio, soprattutto il bagno

Localização, sossego, cozinha, banheira.

O fato de não ter elevador é ficamos no último andar. Achamos também o check-in meio complicado, pois tinha de buscar a chave em outro lugar, o que encareceu nosso táxi. Sugiro colocar um porta chaves no local da hospedagem para facilitar o check-in.

Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta pašā vecpilsētas centrā. Līdz stacijai 15 minūšu gājiens. Klusa vieta. Lai gan tuvumā ir krodziņi, nebija trokšņaini. Virtuves zona pietiekoši aprīkota. Ērti. Iesaku.

Atslēgas saņemšana bija nedaudz sarežģīta, jo tā atradās diezgan tālu no apartamentiem. Ierodoties pirmo reizi svešā pilsētā, atrast nebija tik viegli.
